I was polite and she was quite the opposite. Extremely argumentative and did not care to assist with my situation as she told me to go somewhere else. And her manager, not Jackie but another woman stood there with a smirk on her face letting her employee disrespect me. I was shocked to have such a negative experience. Stopped in for a drink after a day of hiking in RMNP. My friend was given a $35 gift card and wanted to treat us. Plenty of parking available. Location is clean. It was very spacious with quite a few tables available. It was inviting inside. Bathrooms were a little weird. Staff was not knowledgable really about their menu and couldn't answer the questions that my friend had. I ordered a dragon fruit tea iced. my friends son ordered a dragon fruit lemonade, the cashier did not tell either of us they were OUT of dragon fruit...... we found out when our orders were presented to us..... That would have been nice to have been mentioned while we had placed the order. read more

This was one of the most beautiful Starbucks that I've EVER been to!!! The bathrooms are unisex and pretty cool inside! It's so unique inside! I love that there are fire pits outside and plenty of seating inside and outside. Inside, the store was packed with people in most of the seats. The store was pretty clean as well. Customer service was your average Starbucks experience. I had the seasonal eggnog steamer (crème) and it was pretty yummy! Good overall experience:) read more

They close at 3PM everyday. There have been days that they are not open at all. The umbrellas are up and stuff was on the drive through window, all indicating they were open. Wasn't able to use points. This location, even though it's new and bright has a LOT of learning to do. Save your energy and choose a local coffee shop over this one read more

We stopped at this Starbucks on our way to Estes Park. It is one of the nicer looking Starbucks I've seen. It reminded me of a modern ski lodge with the design of the place. Right outside in the seating area were 2 electric fire pits. Nice and cozy on a cold day. The inside was huge with a lot of seating and leather arm chairs. I got a caramel macchiato in the famous red holiday cup. This was perfect for the chilly 40 degree weather. They also had a pretty display of their "Been There" series mugs. I actually collect these mugs from every city I visit. They recently changed their design (last collection was the "You Were Here" series. In addition they made a holiday version of the current Colorado mug but all in silver. I've seen at other locations that they sell these same mugs but in the mini ornamental version. It's the Starbucks with the amazing view! No vacation is complete without a stop at the local Starbucks. It's one of the best Starbucks I've been in and I've been in quite a few. It reminds you of a ski lodge. Great customer service, ample people working, so not much of a wait time. For a tourist town in the summer you would think the 4 Billion company could open its cafe but no, it has been closed for several days without a reason. My favorite Starbucks!! Love the location, only a few blocks away from the Stanley Hotel. The outside was beautiful and nice seating outside. The environment was so inviting and warm. Me and my girlfriends stopped in for a coffee "pick me up" and small snack. My girlfriend raved about the banana bread and we had the smoked bacon, egg and cheese croissants, delicious! The staff were friendly, quick and helpful with other customers and coffee flavors! Made me want to be a barista!! read more

The service is quick and good. They were on point with the orders. Plenty of parking too. Its at a great spot between US 36 and US 34 making the perfect spot to take a break, grab a coffee and get in. You're better off stopping here than finding one in town since parking can be difficult. read more

It's Starbucks. You can find one on every corner in the US. People, for whatever reason, continue to get coffee here. The coffee is acrid, and the food is exceptionally overpriced for what you get. we visited Starbucks and had such a pleasant experience with all of the team! We sat and watched the river then we came back inside to warm up a bit. While we visited we people watched and watched the interaction of the team members with the clients. During our time a patron came into the store with her seeing eye dog. Jackie was amazing to watch the interaction with this guest. She told the woman where there was an empty table by using the clock as directions. The woman settled herself and her companion then she went to order her coffee. Jackie delivered the woman's coffee again telling her using the clock as a guide. It was such a pleasure watching Jackie show her kindness! By far this was one of the most pleasant Starbucks experiences I have ever had! I look forward to returning to this Starbucks! read more

This was a great Starbucks once, but it seems that they lost their internet connection, and are unable to take mobile orders, credit cards or Starbucks cards so you have to stand in line and pay with cash and don't earn any stars. This has been going on since beginning of July, as we were in Estes Park in May and June had no trouble with mobile orders etc, but we returned in middle July and we're told the problem was two weeks old and they were trying to get their internet service providers to correct it. We returned yesterday, and they're still having the same problems, but when asked today what's going on and can't the issue be fixed, he just shrugged and wasn't interested in whether they'd ever be able to take mobile orders etc. I can't believe the store isn't losing business, because who carries cash and doesn't want to use or earn stars? Please get this fixed. read more

I LOVE this starbucks!! The outdoor seating has the most amazing views.. I can't believe how tranquil and relaxing it is to just sit here, watching the water go by, people strolling along, just sitting there, sipping on a tall Red Eye.. The baristas are friendly and efficient, their coffee was just right and I couldn't ask for a whole lot more from this coffee shop. This is, by far, the nicest Starbucks I've ever visited. The one thing that could be improved, and which would have made this a 5 star review, is the interior seating. There are no cozy areas to curl up in, which would be perfect for a cold evening, as you see the outdoors from behind the window pane. This shop was rather small and I'm not sure that they could even fit anything like this in, but it would be a great upgrade. As I was just passing through this area, on a cross- country roadtrip, I'm not likely to be back any time soon but if and when...I will definitely come back here, for the coffee, but mostly for the memory of this place. I was at this location this morning. I asked why they were short staffed, and the girl at the drive thru was short with me. She said just like the rest of the country. I said they just up and left, she said ye, and in a snarky way said have a nice day. I understand you are short-staffed. Part of the experience of buying an expensive cup of coffee is the friendly service, it makes the extra money worth it but not at this location. Stopped here on vacation and the whole Covid-line set up was confusing, people were standing all over the place, you couldn't tell who was ordering or waiting for their drinks. Once I ordered I was going to stand far out of the way but got scolded by the barista. SCOLDED. She proceeded to scold several other patrons after me. I almost left without my coffee, but alas, I already spent the money. If the lines are confusing, fix them. Don't scold your guests. Coffee was good but I won't be back. I'll stop at a gas station, they are MUCH friendlier. read more
