This place was extremely disappointing. It was not clean at all--the outdoor tables were dirty. I ordered a sandwich and it was served completely falling apart. This Starbucks is under new ownership/management and things have really turned around. It's a great place to stop by and enjoy a coffee while shopping at Miromar Outlets. It is also convenient to the Hertz Arena, for Everblades games! Clean and nice. read more

Starting the shop and mom wants her latte so we popped in here. It's definitely busy and a bit crowded even in the age of COVID. But they moved the line quickly enough. Busy starbucks in the outdoor outlet mall. Starbucks is taking extra precautions for their patrons. Staff and patrons are required to wear masks and their is a marked line outside of the door to direct people where to wait. Capacity is also limted. Had to wait a little bit for our mobile order. My go to is the cold brew with cinnamon dolce- good pick me up during hot summer day. read more

Worst Starbucks ever! Tommi (not sure if she is the manager) is the rudest employee I have ever encountered! With the line out the door she proceeded to count the tips from the tip jar right in front of all the people waiting to place their orders. When we pointed that out to her she was rude for counting the tips while the line was so long she told us we were rude for pointing that out to her. I was thirsty for some blonde expresso after some shopping at the outlets and this location did not quench my thirst. It took 20 minutes to get my tall iced chai tea latte after ordering. The customer service was minimal at the register as well the man seemed to rather be outside than talking to a customer. The location was also very messy. Wanted a blonde brew, was told that they didn't have any brewed and were not planning on brewing any more for the day, it was 4pm, 5 or 6 hours before they closed. This is the Starbucks in Miramar Mall Outlets, or, as I like to call it: ONE TWO THREE, because that is the exit on I-75. I stopped in there on a Saturday in February and it was extremely busy - 12+ people standing in line to order the entire time I was there, and I stayed there sipping my Iced Coffee for about 1/2 hour reading a book while my wife was shopping. This little location was a pleasant surprise. I was on the road between Sarasota and Miami, trying to duck in and get some work done. At first, I didn't realize it was in the mall, but the access was pretty simple. Fortunately, it is located in an outdoor mall, so you do not have to wander through a maze to find it. The inside was pretty clean, despite the many people that came in and out. The staff was super efficient and made sure the line went through fast. The young man who took my order was inviting and made sure to verify my order before putting it in queue. I was able to sit and get my work done with my coffee and life was good. PS- despite what a few other reviews say, this location IS NOT DUNKIN DONUTS. I must add that in, because it confused me! read more

I'm very pleased with the way this store has handled things throughout this whole insane pandemic. The baristas are constantly ensuring people are following social distancing rules and they clean and sanitize the store regularly. The employees at this location are always pleasant and get my usual Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato with Soy out correctly and quickly! I have been coming here for two years and have never been disappointed regardless of how busy they get and this is the busiest store I've seen so far, especially during the holidays. The MOST UNDERRATED Starbucks around. They are always super friendly and engaging. I do feel so bad for them because they have to constant remind customers to wear masks yet people still seem so mean to them. I'm not a fan of their flavored coffees, etc, but my daughter likes them and I occasionally treat her to one of their crazy mocha things. LOL! I will say the staff is friendly and helpful and my daughter likes their drinks and so does my dog. I made the mistake of walking to the mall with my dog and forgot to bring a bowl for his water. When I asked the girl behind the counter if I could buy a cup, she went above and beyond and gave me a small oatmeal bowl full water with a smile. I so appreciated the kindness.
