Heard from our friends, Pastry Boutique, has exceptional pastries and highly recommended. On our first visit, we were not disappointed and planned for many return visits! We sampled the Quiche of the day, Quiche Lorraine and an almond croissant with a Pistachio Vanilla Latte. Both items hit the 5-star category! Croissant was flaky, crunchy and the best Quiche in Florida! The Banana Nut Bread, Sticky Buns, Cinnamon Roll, Tiramisu and cookies looked so amazing, you want to take a few home! We were early and were able to sit in one of inside tables. As we were tasting the latte, more than a dozen of patrons stop by for pickup orders. The ambiance is plain and simple. The lovely young lady behind the counter gave us exceptional service with a friendly smile! This is a cashless facility so make sure you have your credit card or e-wallet with you. Food is delicious! We had the ham and cheese croissant and a chocolate caramel cookie with coffee and an Americano. Everything was top notch. Croissant was buttery and flakey and the ham and cheese didn't overpower the delicate taste of the croissant. The cookie was rich and gooey and so good! We had to take most of it to go. We ate on pretty plates and cups and it was just lovely. The seating and dining set up was clean and inviting and just pretty! This bakery is a hidden gem in the Estero area. I tried a variety of items such as the almond croissant, crème brûlée pastry, cinnamon bun, pumpkin cheesecake and the caramel chocolate cookie. They all were so fresh and had a ton of flavor... there is really something for everyone. I wish the filling in the almond croissant had a better taste, but overall my experience was great. This is my first time here and it was serendipitous that I had a flat tire nearby ended up going for a cup of coffee and discovering the delicious flavors of this pastry boutique shop. The owner is a young lady who seems to have developed a talent to make the most flakiest butteries croissants I have ever tasted in comparable to Paris. It is the day before Thanksgiving and she is entirely sold out, but I will be back to try her other goodies I hear her cinnamon buns are to die for and her coffee is excellent too. I highly recommend this place and suggest that you make reservations for any kind of pies or cakes that you need in advance since apparently she's no longer a secret. read more

For the small inconvenience of inconsistent hours and running out of my favorites if I don't get there early enough, it's a small price to pay for a locally owned small business where everything is fresh and made with passion. Finally found a bakery near me. I normally don't leave reviews but this place definitely deserves one. The food is phenomenal. We had a ham and cheese croissant and Parisian Creme Brûlée croissant tart and both were absolutely delicious, we went for the second. We also bought some sourdough to go and a chocolate cookie, again both were so good. I can't wait to go back. The best bakery cafe in the area! Due to their INCONSISTENT hours and days of operation, no further interest. We were on the hunt for delicious local pastries for a brunch we were hosting for my sister's bachelorette party weekend, and we came across Pastry Boutique in a cursory Google search. It's located in the most unassuming strip center, and we got the most delicious assortment of treats including dark chocolate croissants, almond croissants, cinnamon rolls, a creme brûlée croissant tart, ham and cheese croissants, and a guava and cheese croissant. Had to buy a birthday cake for the wife. Found Pastry Boutique in google search. Went there, met Brandon. No cakes on display, no pictures to look at, and certainly no website. I'm thinking, time to leave. But the small pastries looked good so I asked Brandon what kind of cakes can you make. He says, what do you want...i can make you a chocolate caramel, a strawberry cream white vanilla cake with coconut...I said that sounds like a winner! I'm normally a guy who plays it safe but i just felt a sense of trust with this guy. I ordered the cake at 10am, needing it the next afternoon. I arrive next day, and BAM, what a beautiful cake, even gold leaf on the strawberries. The cake easily serves 10. Phenominal cake, so fresh and delicious. Everyone loved it. Happened to see the sign for The Pastry Boutique off US 41as we were headed for a walk in Estero Bay Preserve and made the stop on our way back home. This is a new (~4 months) family-owned pastry shop that serves scrumptious goodies like croissant (marzipan, butter, chocolate and ham & cheese) as well as other fancy desserts. We selected a few things to try and were quite impressed. The croissants had a crunchy crust but were tender on the inside and very tasty. Mmmm! Their version of Creme brûlée came in a light pastry shell, wasn't too sweet and was filled with a light vanilla custard--Fantastic! We also tried their German Rye bread which was also special. They are a cash-only store so bring your plastic. We are looking forward to our next visit and will certainly recommend to our friends. read more

We tried the newly opened bakery in Estero and it was fantastic. We had ham, egg, and Wisconsin white cheddar cheese on a toasted English muffin. The eggs had chives and they were the creamiest scrambled eggs I've ever had in my life. The English muffin was toasted perfect and the Wisconsin cheddar cheese was fabulous. It was a great breakfast sandwich to start the day then another customer came in and wanted to test five different desserts. Well, she shared them with us. She cut them in fours and she let my sister and I try them. One was better than the next we absolutely adored the Keylime pie will definitely be going back. read more

Thank you SO much for your bakery! The quiche is outstanding. Buttery, flaky on the outside, creamy on the inside. And the desserts...my Mom and I were eating one of the chocolate chip cookies and thought it was the best we ever had. Cinnamon rolls are made fresh in the morning and they have items I have never seen: Cherry pie in a croissant. Creme Brulee in a croissant. I saw a harsh review about the service and availability. Um....I have only ever seen the Chef there. He makes everything by himself. He seems to run it by himself. It's hard to get help. Hours are on the website. There is also a phone number to make sure they are open. The world is lucky to have this talented Chef sharing the baked love. Chef Malzahn is a pastry genius. My husband and I visited yesterday, tried both quiches and two pastries, the ham and cheese croissant and the salted caramel kouigan-amann. Utterly delectable. Quiches had a smooth, delicate, custardy texture and were wonderfully delicious. The pastries were amazing. Generously sized. Perfection. Everything in the store looked fabulous.
