I've stopped by this Starbucks many times and they consistently deliver. The drinks are well made, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Recently, I've taken advantage of the indoor seating and WiFi to get some work done. Both times were a couple of hours before closing, and it was relatively quiet--great for focusing. Since the renovations, though, I've noticed the seating area has been slimmed down. While it's still a nice space, I can imagine it feeling a bit cramped during the morning rush, so plan accordingly if you plan to use the seating for a coffee date or even to work. read more

Slowest service ever. I had a gift card ... have gone 3 times. Have not got order correct on ANY of the 3 stops! Simple orders TWICE gave me white chocolate... yuck... instead of regular. The kicker is this... there are only 2 shots in a venti and a grande.. taste ... bitter and mediocre! There are so many coffee stands... BUY LOCAL... support small businesses people! read more

My experience was very dis pleasing. Im a repeat customer who has done business many times & ordered the same drink abundantly at this location with great customer service until one day the manager Kayla says they can't make it. There's no specific details, verbiage written anywhere in Starbucks that says that they can't make a specific drink. I'm asking where does it say that, show me far as means & methods, process, etc. there was no attempt or initiation to suggest or recommend a solution to mitigate the issue/problem. read more

They really need to find a way to speed up the drive thru. It averages 10-15 minutes regardless the amount of cars in front of you!

I've been coming to Starbucks since I grew my first set of teeth and was able to say "can we get a hot chocolate from Starbucks?" I LOVE Starbucks. I've been to numerous locations several times. I've even been to Starbucks across seas. I live in the Enumclaw area so I frequent this Starbucks the most. This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Everyone is always nice, coffee is made perfectly, the drive thru is quick, the store is clean and cozy. I have to ask the baristas to double check with their coworkers if I got decaf coffee. Since I can get really sick if I drink caffeinated beverages. It's embarrassing because I feel bad for always hounding them. They always do it though and are so sweet about it. Today was different. The Barista that handed me my coffee recognized me and said "let me double check that this is decaf" she did and I was so surprised in a good way. I was extremely thankful that she did that. I don't recall her name but it starts with an N and she always wears a bunch of cool necklaces. She's so sweet and personable whenever she serves my coffee. Someone give this woman a damn raise! read more

Lately the service has been a bit lacking! Sometimes it's not putting the cocoa powder on the Irish cream, today our sandwiches weren't heated thoroughly!! 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches, almost $22 and they come cold. I thought it was so cool when Starbucks offered free coffee to healthcare workers. It started the long covid days in a hospital off right. When they extended their offer to the end of May I thought that was very generous but obviously the employees don't agree. This week my daily coffee comes without a stopper and sleeve so I get to spill it in my car as I drive to the hospital and then burn my hand as I walk through the hospital. That's fine, it was nice while it lasted and was free. My Starbucks card was almost empty so it was a great stress reliever to shred it up. read more

A group of eight senior citizens went hiking in Mud Mountain Rim Trail on Saturday 2/25. It was a little chilly day. After the hike we stopped at Starbucks in Enumclaw. We wanted hot drinks. I wanted to have some caffeine to stay awake while I drive home for an hour. And we wanted to use the clean restroom. We ordered our drinks and used the facility. I ordered double shot tall latte. My wife ordered tall drip coffee. The drinks were good. We could not find a table for eight. We gathered around a small table at the corner. Actually there is a table for eight, but a man with a laptop was sitting at the table. The entire time we were there, this man was occupying the large table alone. I think the man lacks common sense. One of the Starbucks employee should have told him to move to a smaller table. Other than that we enjoyed our brief stay at the Starbucks. read more

Seriously! I am in line for 42 minutes after sending in my order at the drive through. The end results was 55 minutes later not getting my entire order which was a sandwich, banana loaf, and coffee - the coffee. What I notice was two dozen customers inside Starbucks waiting. Baristas running back-and-forth, the cashier at the window was asking irrelevant questions about my work career, and not actually streamlining the order process. WhT HELL STARBUCKS! There was absolutely nothing LEAN about this process or my experience. read more

I'm not really the one to show up last minute before closing, but today as I was driving up to the drive-thru window @8:27PM, (Close @8:30PM) the menu light was shut off as I arrived. Personally, being one that has worked in customer service before, I find this very unprofessional. Although I am partly at fault for showing up last minute, if you say you close at 8:30, you close at 8:30. To make matters worse, as we drove by the window, the woman didn't apologize or even acknowledge the fact that we were there which is the main reason for writing this review. read more

I actually liked their old location better - even though this one has a drive thru. Have on more than one occasion been overcharged (by a lot - not just a few cents) and they get mad and defensive about it (what's going on with that??). Drive thru seems to be the better choice here. read more

Typical starbucks place. The one has kind of a weird set up, but seems to work well. It does get really super busy in the mornings (like any starbucks) and it gets awkward if the line is too long. read more
