The register lady quietly told the barista to get something I could not hear from the refrigerator and put it in my cup which turned out to be iced coffee. YUCK! There is a big texture and effect difference between cold brew and iced coffee. I would not be as angry if I had been given a choice but I was not offered one and was deceived into believing I was receiving Cold Brew when I got iced coffee. YUCK! Shame on you! There is a big difference between Cold Brew and Iced Coffee. I have been dragging all day but Cold Brew would have offered me the pick me up that I ordered. I still have about 1/3 of my drink left because there is no sense in drinking it. It won't do the trick and I am really, really mad that I was lied to. I have spent a lot of money at this particular Starbucks but will NEVER spend another dime there. It makes me very angry to pay the wages of someone who thinks it okay to lie to the customer (wage payer).

The barista answered my questions about a couple of their specialty drinks and even made a recommendation. If we are ever in town again, this will be on our must stop list. For those wanting a drive thru service, they have this option, but the inside is spacious with plenty of seating if you prefer to hang out for a bit.

He makes sure that the customers are well taken care of by the wait staff( who are all friendly and knowledgeable as well as hard working). The decor is attractive and spotlessly maintained. The kitchen staff gets the food out very promptly and the bacon, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy were all cooked and seasoned to perfection! Everything was so good that I drove through a flooding deluge of rain and lightning to eat there the next morning! Chris remembered me(after only one visit) and greeted me by name! We chose the breaded cube steak. Think Chicken Fried Steak. We knew if would be a bit tough and chewy. It was but it was still decent. We added their gravy to it. The gravy was decent as well. For breakfast dessert, we had jelly on that biscuit we ordered. For the money - $26.95, it was a great value. That and the meal being decent scores this breakfast a score of 5 of 5. That said, we considered the buffet. It was $35 per person. For us, we made the right choice.
