I've only been to their drive thru a few times since they've reopened and have had exceptional service. I usually don't write reviews but was just there this morning (Sunday at 7:30am) and the young woman at the drive thru had just been brought to tears bc she was called "stupid" by the jerk ahead of me and then told to have a "blessed day". I'm sure he was in a hurry to get to church to pray to god for a bigger d*ck. If you're here to write a bad review because your service wasn't fast enough or your drink order was wrong please remember how terrible people in the service industry are treated and that they're trying their best. Earlier I picked up my online order. A women of color with long curly hair called me after bringing one coffee so I asked where is the second one. She brought it out. I asked for a bag, she gave me a two cup holder and bag. I thanked her, total four times. I put my coffee int he bag myself, thanked her again. She was rude and didn't acknowledge me. I always thank those to serve me as I used to provide service to others myself. I don't appreciate her attitude and behavior. I am a regular customer, when I go through the drive through, they are always so pleasant. I will never step food in this store again and will make sure others know about her. I found bugs in my drink. I drank half the drink until I realized there was bugs, I dont know how many bugs I have consumed. I am disgusted, and annoyed. They seem to be closed a lot for various reasons. Several times we have went and they are not open.

The sign says they are open until 8pm. We came at 7pm and a guy sitting at the front door said they close at 4:30pm. Who knows when they are actually open and when they are actually closed. read more

Staffing seems to be an ongoing issue which affects the ability to order ahead. I have to question management and the DM's ability to run a successful functional business. The store hours say open at 7am, Mobile order was placed and when I arrived to pick it up, the doors are locked and no one answers when at the drive through.7:40am and still no one answering despite seeing 3 employees behind the counter.8:10am and Still waiting for my order that I already paid for. Add the traffic to that, which makes it hard to get on and out of, just adds to the frustration. The staff is usually always friendly helpful and knowledgeable. But overall, this unpredictable location isn't worth the hassle. Kroger is right across the street and Starbucks there has never had any issues there. read more

First time visit. I had a gift card and the Pistachio Latte was calling my name. It was a bad weather morning so the drive-thru line was a lot shorter than normal at that time. I got lucky, being in the area for another purpose. The drink was great and I felt good that I had a bit of cash for the tip after using the gift card. Great service. read more

5 stars for a Starbucks? Yes. What edges this location over any other coffee house for me is the consistently high quality of service. I am not going to fault a busy location for having a drive-thru packed with cars as long as the cars are moving under 1 minute (or so) each, this is efficient. I help the cause by using my app to order, which I am convinced speeds everything up because they only have to retrieve your order by name (and not type or total the order) and when distributing the order to you because the app handles payment; so it saves them the time for that transaction as well. That being said, I don't always use the app and sometimes I get really lucky and have either no wait or only a car or two ahead of me. Whether the line is short (or non-existent) or if there are a dozen cars ahead of me waiting for the window; the service is always friendly and efficient, never feeling rushed or hectic. Anyone can be nice,gracious, and friendly when they aren't busy - but show me a barista staff who can pump out the product efficiently, effectively (as in correct - I have always received orders precisely as desired) and with a genuine smile? Now, assuming you are an avid customer you can skip my somewhat obvious tips. I'm including them because the last time I was in line, the car ahead of me was taking an extremely long time to decide what to order so as a PSA; I'm publishing some tips: 1) Sizing is tall, grande, venti, and a size not advertised: trenti. Tall = small Grande = medium Venti = large Trenti = extra large 2) NCB: I enjoy both cold and hot coffee; but my hands-down favorite, must try recommendation is the new "Nitro Cold Brew" - whether you choose with sweet cream (for a bargain 70 calories) or straight (5 calories, just a touch of cream in the process) the result is a smooth, delicious, mildly nutty beverage. Available officially in only "tall" (small) and "grande" (medium); I pushed the envelope and ordered and received a "venti" - but no one really needs that much caffeine. "Grande" is my default size overall. 3) There is sweetener is nearly every drink - ask for less pumps of sweetener or remove it entirely. It's in all of the cold drinks, including teas. 4) My favorite "hot" coffee is a latte with only 1 pump of vanilla sweetener. Default number of pumps for a "grande" is 3. If you use the order app it is very clear exactly what is in the drink and you can customize it yourself. 5) My second favorite "hot" coffee is a "grande" basic brew: Pike's Place with no sweetener and room for cream (if I'm inside and doing it myself). I like 1-2 tablespoons of cream in this size coffee. You can adjust the amount based on your preferences. They gave me a Venti Ice White Mocha with Vanilla Sc Cold Foam, add cinnamon dolce top with blond shots! I have to say they achieved making me a coffee that is now my new favorite! Disorganized. Often out of basic supplies for such a busy location. I only drink one thing - often out of peppermint. Sometimes I get milk instead of dairy free which makes me sick. The worst part is that you don't know when they're out of something and you can't get out of line. Idk what happened to this place the last few months but it's gone downhill fast. I swear I get the same drink everyday and it's always different. For like 4 days in a row they weren't putting vanilla in the sweet cream or something bc it was like milk with a splash of coffee. The employees haven't been super friendly either., I finally started to say something after the wrong coffee for days and she made the drink wrong.. again. My bf gets the nitro and we try not to be a holes when we get there for the mobile pick up so he was keeping an eye on the coffees waiting patiently for his rather than shoving by people or bothering the baristas. The woman working said "fun fact, you're actually supposed to tell us when you get here" and then proceeded to add sweet cream to his drink.. which he didn't order. I really don't want to do this however, I tried this location again yesterday been going to the Starbucks on Frantz rd Dublin since the last bad experience at this perimeter location and have no problems at Frantz rd I go almost every morning and give them 5 stars! I went yesterday day to this location a friend with me thought ok let's give it a try well I had finally earned my 200 points, using the drive through, I ordered a Vinti Frap chestnut praline I let them know I wanted it made with decaf coffee or expresso which ever they used can't have reg coffee as I have heart disease and wanted no whip but if I could have the the sprinkles they put on it if they do. We get to the window and my friends drink was missing the milk she asked for she did get that added at the window. They handed my drink through and it was a tall not a Vinti and it was so liquid not like a Frap should be and no coffee one again at all. They told us since it was so busy I had to come inside. Took 10 mins once inside to give it back to someone then waited another 15 mins and they handed me a Vinti size but again no decaf coffee at all after I explained things again in store. So they took it back making rude comments out loud threw a shot of decaf express on the top which melted the drink more not a Frap. I let them know in a calm matter people standing around me that I was disappointed yes this was with my 200 stars which is harder to earn now days than past however I still tipped them $2 at the window as if I paid for it also why were they making me feel I was in the wrong one girl then said merry Christmas to you to in a very rude manner and then two others did same not in a real we wish you a merry Christmas another customer standing beside me commented he had never seen anything like how rude they were. Again where is the owner in all this there are many same type of reviews. Like this. Yelp know I give good and fair reviews on here. I will not visit this store again I will drive a bit farther and continue to purchase from Frantz road location where get what I order with no issue they even help with new suggestions on firings to help with heart issues. Everyone is SO friendly! It was raining so I went through the drive through. The line was super long, but moved very quickly. The woman over the speaker was so warm and friendly - like it was her goal not to just make coffee, but to make everyone's day. She was like an injection of sunshine on a rainy day. The man at the window was the same way. He told me a cheesy joke, and smiled. The coffee came out promptly and was perfect. I expect baristas to make me a good coffee, nothing more. I've started to become a regular to this Starbucks, even though my workplace is up in the UA area. First, I'd like to send thanks to Dome from morning. She is very upbeat and funny. I know sometimes if I get in line between morning rush, I have to wait 5-8 mins, but that's no problem. I just like to see her face sometimes! Next, I visited few times after work, and I see this little asian manager working her butt off at the bar. I've never seen an Asian lady who speaks fluent in English. Ive probablt been to every starbucks in this part of Ohio by this point, but this is by far my favorite. The customer service is pretty good in comparison to other local ones, the mobile orders are always done on time, and the lines never take very long and you usually are on your way home with drink in hand within 5-10 minutes. The drive through usually doesn't take very long either. When they get my order wrong (maybe like once or twice in the hundred of times i've been there) they fix it in fast time. This is my favorite Starbucks location in Dublin! This is the only location in the city with a drive-thru and the service at the location is always really fast and high quality. Inside the restaurant, there is much more space than the West Bridge location. The staff here is super friendly and always willing to remake your drink in the rare instance that your order was made wrong. There has only been one incident where I waited about 6 minutes for my drink to be ready and a barista recognized I was standing there for a while and made my beverage without hesitation and handed me a $5 credit for my next order due to my wait. read more

This location is right by my work so my co-workers and I frequent there often. The staff is always friendly regardless of time of day or how busy they are. I usually go around 5:30am and the barista taking my order is chipper and puts a smile on my face. My only negative is the line for the drive thru can get a bit out of hand (long waits) and the narrow parking lot doesn't aid in getting people in and out quickly. My favorite Starbucks location in Dublin! I'm a regular customer and every time I go here, my order is always correct. The workers are friendly and leave me feeling appreciated as a customer. I almost always use the drive thru and if you go at the right time of day, you can zip in and out of the drive through in under 5 minutes. Even when it is backed up, I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes for a drink. The inside of the store is almost always clean. The seating area is a bit small, but there's usually empty spaces in case you need it. They also have an outdoor patio with a few tables and chairs. As far as ordering drinks inside, baristas are fast and friendly. Can't beat the service you receive and the accuracy of the orders!! read more

The staff here is hit or miss. Sometimes you get super friendly ppl, other times you get the WORST RUDE STAFF. I've never witnessed anything like it at a Starbucks. Drive Thru can be slow, but in general they are ok and always get the order correct. Just wish some of the staff would stop being so rude. They know it's the only Starbucks Drive Thru in Muirfield so we are at their mercy. Still, it's just coffee, settle it down. Your brand is built on exceeding a customers expectations. this is the worst starbucks i've ever been to. every tome i go i get more and more annoyed with it. today, i online ordered a drink at 12:34. the wait time in app said 2 minutes so i get there in 2 minutes and go inside. still wasn't ready. i think i waited inside for at least 11 minutes. there's was probably only 3 people waiting inside and when i went out to the drive thru there was only 2 cars so, literally what was the hold up? i online order to do a simple get in get out but, i feel like at this location, it's ever like that. also after waiting 13 minutes for my drink, it was only 75% full like i paid money for a venti and pretty much got a grande. so if you're gonna online order here, do it 15 minutes before you'll actually be there, just so you don't have to wait forever inside. another time i went in to this location at 7, they close at 9. i walked in with my backpack with an intention on studying for an hour. but, as soon as i walked in everyone looked at the clock and rolled their eyes. the store was pretty much closed down. floors swept and coffee ingredients put away. i don't think i've ever received that many death stares at once. they didn't close for another 2 hours, so why were they already shutting down. i was the only one in line and pretty much the only one in the store besides a couple of people sitting down. and my drink literally took 6 minutes to make. i get a strawberry açaí, which when watching them make it, it looks like it takes a minute max. so, you are eager to get out of their yet you make my drink slow as molasses. so if you come to this starbucks, be mindful that you never come past 6. because no matter if you go thru the drive thru or inside, they will be pretty pissed off at you. also, good luck asking them questions about drinks they act like you are speaking a different language to them and are just so unhelpful about things they should be very knowledgeable about. they are just so slow and really do not care if they have you waiting forever. everyone of my friends and family always complains about this starbucks and their unfriendliness. I would maybe understand if they were teens but, majority of their workers are older. i think every company is built on exceeding customers exceptions and having a friendly work environment but this starbucks definitely does not.
