    Waiting for my hot drink
    Belinda M.

Fast, Reliable, and Gets the Job Done This Starbucks location is a solid choice when you need your coffee fix without the frills. The staff here isn't overly chatty or warm, but they are efficient, professional, and keep the line moving--even during the busy morning rush. And honestly, sometimes that's exactly what you want: in, out, and on with your day. My order was prepared accurately and promptly, which I really appreciate. The store itself was clean, well-stocked, and had enough seating for a quick break. The mobile order pickup area was organized, and my drink was ready right on time. If you're looking for a Starbucks that's all about speed and reliability without the small talk, this is a great spot. The drinks are consistent, and the service is smooth--what more could you ask for?

Nice Starbucks located in the Westin lobby across from Sullivan's Steakhouse. They had a new flavor called Cherry Chai but were out. Pretty spacious interior and prompt as well as attentive service. Cool seat and what looks to be a Tuk Tuk or portable bike thing in the lobby. Recommended and check it out!

This Starbucks is located inside of the Westin hotel lobby. Due to the high foot traffic, this location is typically very busy on weekends, but not so bad on Monday through Thursday! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! No matter how busy it gets, the staff always seem calm and organized. If you're looking to work at this location, there are plenty of stations/tables inside as well as a patio for nice summer days.

Great place inside the West Inn - however, the name should be just 'Starbucks' because the speciality reserve drinks are not served here (like the ones from the reserve in Seattle or Birmingham). Aside from that great place with tons of tables to sit; work or play from. They have board games to chose and play from too!! I'll be back!

    Get this!

If you are staying in, or working in the downtown area near Campus Martius... Always, and I mean I always walk the extra 2 blocks to get this Starbucks vs the Starbucks outside my office (in Campus Martius). There is never a long line and the service is always friendly. The set up is ideal for dealing with a line. The location is inside a Westin, and they have my nitro brew coffee. If you have not had it yet and want roughly 2x the caffeine (and zero calories) of a normal coffee in a velvety cold brew... you have to try the nitro brew. If you don't like black coffee ask for some sweet cream. Not sold in every Starbucks location, this is one of few that carry this delectable coffee beverage. As one that holds most Starbucks and coffee shops to a 3 star rating, this one is ranked higher than most. A must visit.

How cool! Games available while you lounge.

This Starbucks has its peak times like most, particularly in the morning. The employees are efficient and able to keep up with orders. Staff is very polite. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea . The staff keeps it clean and inviting. A nice contribution to a beautiful hotel.

Terrible service. I waited 25 minutes for my coffee. I ordered on the app, and everyone in a long line received their coffee first!?!

The staff worked efficiently and were friendly in an "urban setting" kind of way. Seating inside is ample yet also stayed full as this place appears to be quite popular. Prices were reasonable. I was here just after they opened (at 6 am!) and enjoyed morning coffee and wifi before heading to the office. I love a coffee shop that has a cortado on the menu. Or a Gibraltar. This tells me that the barista isn't some button pusher but instead of a craft coffee barista who actually has some training. I'm talking to you, Green Siren people. The barista this morning assembled a perfect cortado for me. Half espresso and half steamed (not foamed) milk in a short glass. I love the cortado because it's the same amount of coffee as a big latte but now I won't need to hit the restroom all morning! It was fabulous, delivered to my table as I wrote my morning's Yelp reviews. Dessert Oasis is a little grunge, a little industrial, a little coffee shop. I didn't realize that the drinks came without any sort of sweetener, so I requested a splash of simple syrup after, which the barista kindly did for me! I thought their matcha blend was okay. I got it with oat milk which sometimes changes the flavor, so that could definitely be part of it since I've heard so many good things about it previously.
