This Starbucks location has taken a 180 degree turn around from when they first opened. A turn for the better. The last 4-5 times I have visited, service has consistently been excellent. Now they usually have 2 people staffed to take and process orders and everything we order is actually in stock. The staff is friendly and greets you when you place your order. The area that used to have overflowing garbage and dirty milk/sugar section is now completely clean. Keep up the great work!!!! I will keep coming back. Let's support our local Starbucks! read more

I was not impresses with this starbucks. Its located inside of Kroger which isnt clear from google and needs to be updated. When I arrived there were 3people in front of me. Despite there being two workers, the line moved super slow. It took me about 15-20mins to get my drink and when I received it, it was incorrect. I came here because I was in the area and needed a boost but I wouldnt come back again. read more

No one was working at the counter. Had to wait 45 minutes before someone returned to the counter. This was by far a bad experienced and it was NOT the fault of the kind, gracious Barista. She was the only one working without any help today. Normally, there are at least 2 Baristas working. They really should have more help as the area is a bit messy and the condiment jars are sticky. Trying so hard to be patient with the employees and this location because it's typically only 2 of them working and the line is always out the door because it's the only starbucks option we have since they turned the Panola Road Starbucks into a Dunkin Donuts many years ago. But last weekend was more than I could take. Long story short: I ordered my drink at 12:09. At 12:40, I was still waiting on it. I saw people who put their order in after me get their drinks and go about their day. At that point I went back up to the front and just asked if I could have my money back. The barista swore she put it out but someone must've grabbed it. I never left that area because I already know not to plus no one ever called my name (they never call anyone's name so I don't even know the point of them asking for it). The barista hurried and made my drink when she heard me asking for my money back and offered that same explanation again about someone probably grabbing it (which wasn't the case cause I was there). No apologies or anything. The cashier offered up one though. But they gotta do better. Either we need another starbucks in the area or at least 1 more person behind the counter. With the time I spent waiting at this one, I could have driven to the Starbucks inside the Glenwood Kroger, placed my order, got it, drank it, and drove back to this one and the order still wouldn't have been ready. read more

Morning it's Saturday about 11am and the line is long and only two workers working. I am not rushers for time but I think it will be long. NO the two ladies working killed it and kept the line moving. Look if you want Starbucks that's for a reason if your COFFEE MIX is rushed it could be made wrong. This Starbucks is inside the Kroger grocery store in some sort of barren wasteland where there aren't alot of Starbucks around. The employees were really friendly and customer service oriented. Although my first two choices (egg bites, bacon, egg, cheese croissant) were not available their friendly smiles and prompt service somehow made that less of a disappointment. Aaron is an awesome barista, but Starbucks or Kroger need to do better with getting staffing for this location. It's a very busy Starbucks and to run the cash register and make beverages alone is not ok. We deserve to have quality service in this neighborhood and I would hate to see him or anyone else leave this location because of staffing issues.
