I ordered a drink from here that i got delivered to my door. The man who delivered it noticed that there was a few drips of coffee coming out the bottom of the bag. Once it was delivered I opened the bag and there was a giant crack in the bottom of my cup and the coffee was maybe half full. I tried contacting starbucks to see if they could send me another but no answer. I would not recommend ordering a coffee to for delivery from here. I am pretty bummed. read more

Haven't reviewed anything I a while but I just had a terrible experience at this drive thru. The line was backed up and after waiting for more than 15 minutes to finally get our drinks the lady got our order wrong and had the nerve to say that we didn't say our order correctly. Excuse me?! You had one job! She was so rude. What an embarrassment to her co-worker who was kind enough to remake my drink for me. read more

It's a standard Starbucks. Sometimes my drink is better than other times. But the staff is friendly and my wait has never been insanely long. If you want the typical chain restaurant morning coffee, this is fine. If you're looking for something special, I'd check out the local coffee house in Crestview. read more

I have had an issue with the speed of this location since I moved here. I will occasionally order something because I do like the drinks. I stopped ordering as much because of the wait... forever waiting. I ordered a pickup and the inside was closed because of staffing... I didn't have time to wait and called and was told I could get my drink a different day. Well today I received my order and was told it was my fault because I could have picked it up in drive thru. The manager on duty could have gone about that many ways but chose to blame me for there issues. If I order pick up, I want a pick up! Turn of the option on the app if you can't staff you location. Just watched a Shaolin Showdown between Tabitha and another employee. Just another day in Crestview Starbucks but its starting to get old. Send this little gem Starbucks' Customer Complaint Area. "A barista at my local Starbucks, Tabitha, is luke warm at best towards her customers. That's not the problem. The problem is her constant verbal assaults towards her coworkers. I am a very devoted customer and order mostly via the app for a quick pop in and out at least 2-3 times a week. Every single time I've been in there for more than just a couple of minutes and Tabitha is there, I've witnessed her yelling at coworkers, making derogatory remarks, insulting the other employees. I've even visited via the drive thru and more than once I've heard her through the window yelling at the other baristas. This is a very unacceptable environment for not only employees but customers. Its uncomfortable, awkward and sad to witness. I'm not sure if she's in a position of authority that has gone to her head or if her personality is just that hideous, but everyone just puts up with her tirades with obvious looks of defeat. I know this complaint will probably not do much but I felt like it was time someone stuck up for those poor guys and girls that put up with her." We were looking for a Starbucks while traveling and I was a little hesitant to stop at this one because of some of the other reviews. It was quite busy, but it only took a short time to get our drinks. The staff was friendly and they worked together like a well oiled machine. If you've never tried their sandwiches or breakfast items, you're missing out. This is the only other chain I like to eat at besides Panera bread. The food tastes like it is made from quality ingredients and not "processed" like fast food. The egg bites are amazing. read more

Pretty pricey for some cup of coffee, and the food they serve does not taste great, and a bit dry. The cashier drive through was horrible, I almost drove off without my coffee and food, and had to tell her that she was missing some stuff and questioned me that I was lying asked for my receipt. I couldn't believe it how can you forget something that quick at drive through and telling the customer they were lying. Very bad overall. read more

Drive Thru is a little slow at time but I always have a smile on my face when I pull up to the window. The online ordering is the best way to go if you have time to go in and pick it up. Parking isn't so great at this location. read more

Um not a good experience long road trip gold card holder and very frequent flyer! Tickets did not print out so drinks were not made waited forever asked they made them...this has happened to me once before and I was given a gift card for my inconvenience would not mind they were not busy at all yep added a good 20minutes to my journey not pleasant! read more

The beverage selection is great, preparation standard with other Starbucks I've been too but the employees are horrible here. I went last week with a friend to sit down and have a nice relaxing conversation over a latte. It was fine until two employees got into a loud verbal confrontation in front of several customers. The drive thru is horrible with mobile orders. Last week I waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru for 2 drinks. Today I ordered 12 minutes ago and I get to the window and they ask me what my order was. Now I am sitting at the window while they make my drink, holding up everyone behind me. Went thru the drive thru during my lunch break. The girl handed me my coffee and as I tried to put it in my cup holder because the lid wasn't properly put on, it popped off and spilled half of my drink out into my car. I had to ask for napkins as the girl smirked then promptly told me to "have a nice day" as if I was holding up her line. No assistance, concern, or apologies. After spending over $6 for a coffee, I'd expect better customer service. read more

Close to I10 and has a drive thru. Staff was friendly. My tip sums up this place. To give you more insight this location is across from Big Lots, and Taco Bell. You can easily access the Starbucks just off of I 10. The staff was friendly and I was served my drinks under five minutes. Facility looked clean, and the store looked organized. read more

I love our Starbucks, it is a place you can sit down, kick back, and leave everything outside. The Crew is wonderful, most of which I enjoy seeing their smiling faces. Tabitha, Krista, Rhonda, Jane, Nicole, Stephanie Olivia, Tiffany, Sam Jordan,Malory, Jenna, Liz, Sarah and all managed by a Super Fantastic Manager, that is not afraid to jump in with both feet and would never ask anything from her staff that she would not do herself. I go to the Crestview location at ferdon Blvd almost daily being that it is just across the street from where I work. I order my coffee with 3 cream, 4 sugars on the side, for whatever reason they refuse to give me 4 sugar 2 days in a row now and without mention, so I drive off without all of what I ordered and last week I got my cream on the side in a small cup, the blonde with freckles (I didn't get her name, sorry) but I asked where my cream on the side was when she gives me my coffee, she says "we don't have cream on the side, it's in it, sorry" ??? I like my coffee a very specific way and the people here at this location make my morning really frustrating. Thanks Starbucks for your concern. read more
