But when another employee came over to take our order, we had to repeat a pretty simple order about four times: a banana vanilla latte with chocolate drizzle, plus three dog biscuits with no whipped cream. When we got to the window, the order was still wrong, so we waited while they fixed it. Then we were handed three cups of whipped cream for the dogs. We explained again that we didn't want whipped cream, just the biscuits. After going back and forth a couple of times, we were finally told they were actually out of dog biscuits. Running out of something happens, and I don't blame the employees for that. But the entire experience felt extremely disorganized. The iPads weren't charged, the order had to be repeated multiple times and was still made incorrectly, and there seemed to be a lot of confusion over very simple requests.
