She was SHOCKED to see me come in and have a heart to heart with her about she could either refund my kid or add more sauce and we can take our business elsewhere. Totally disappointed in this business now. It used to be great, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone not to mention the HORRENDOUS odor that comes from poke that they're not cleaning properly. It nearly knocks you over when you walk inside this place.

The girls at the window are always so friendly, sweet, and sensitive to be carful of my allergies. What really sets Crazy Rooster apart is that the service is SO fast. You can be the fifth car in line and still have coffee in your hand before you would even move up a car length at Starbucks. Also CR is super affordable compared to starbies (legit half the price) and supporting small local businesses is ALWAYS preferable to putting another buck in a CEOs pocket. Great vibes, great location, great service, great prices, and GREAT coffee! A must stop.

I absolutely love 7 Brew, so this visit was especially disappointing…read more It started with one employee's iPad dying because it wasn't charged. Things happen, and that alone wouldn't have bothered me. But when another employee came over to take our order, we had to repeat a pretty simple order about four times: a banana vanilla latte with chocolate drizzle, plus three dog biscuits with no whipped cream. When we got to the window, the order was still wrong, so we waited while they fixed it. Then we were handed three cups of whipped cream for the dogs. We explained again that we didn't want whipped cream, just the biscuits. After going back and forth a couple of times, we were finally told they were actually out of dog biscuits. Running out of something happens, and I don't blame the employees for that. But the entire experience felt extremely disorganized. The iPads weren't charged, the order had to be repeated multiple times and was still made incorrectly, and there seemed to be a lot of confusion over very simple requests. I normally really enjoy 7 Brew, which is why this location was such a disappointment. This felt less like one employee making a mistake and more like a location that simply wasn't prepared or organized that day.
