Tall caramel macchiato

Thursday afternoon and it wasn't busy and the atmosphere was calm! This is a normal and typical Starbucks, and the staff was so friendly! I was even complimented on my cool pompom sa riot accessory I had on~ it just made my day brighter today. Bathrooms have no codes, so that was great, and plenty of seating. Weekends are busier but within week days, there isn't too many people around. I even noticed some kids studying here which was sweet. Food and drinks were normal for a Starbucks location.

Convenient when you are in Garden City-this location has both indoor and outdoor seating. Service is always quick and friendly. Order ahead on app!

This is definitely my favorite, or one of my favorite Starbucks! There is never really a line and if there is one- it's a short one because the staff here is pretty quick and efficient! The place is small but designed well and it's usually pretty clean and neat. Although tonight I came in near closing and it was a bit messy. Can't beat their cinnamon dolce latte's! They are amazing! Their home made whip cream is delicious as well! Staff is always friendly! 5 stars

A Starbucks lover, especially around the holidays when they bring back my fav, eggnog latte. YES! This one was very modern and obviously renovated. There are plenty of seating for 1,2 or 10... Take your pick. The service was fast and friendly and the put my name on the cup, albeit, misspelled, but good effort. They lost a star because my grande wasn't full and for the price I pay, you gotta be kidding me???? Get it together people!

Empty case with broom lying around.

Used to be one of my favorite stops.I love to walk around Garden City with a fresh cup of coffee. LAst few times I have been there between 7:30-8:30 at night the place looked closed. When I ask for cream I am handed the milk jug. Piles of dirt on floor that I have to walk around. All the food in display case is gone. I feel like more of an inconvenience than a customer.

My coffee made by a Barista that cant properly measure for a venti cup. Thanks for the Grande size in a Venti cup(price too).

I come here nearly every single day. There is one barista who I believe is new, ( 2-3 months in maybe ) and She seems to have an attitude issue, and she makes a crappy cup of coffee, and the last time I got coffee made by her, I asked for a venti, and my cup was missing almost 2 inches of coffee... I paid $5.12, for that crap? I believe someone else posted just this month about this " blond" with an attitude.. she's no beuno! All the other girls there are fantastic.. so warm and friendly, always kind! I love it when a particular lady makes me coffee, I think she may be a manager.. she makes the best cup!! Guys, the new lady is no good! She got all huffy and puffy with me when I told her she gave me the incorrect topping for my oatmeal, she said I didn't ask for the " seed and nut medley".. when it is what I get every morning, I know what I asked for. Boo! I'll change my rating when I get a full cup of coffee in my Venti and That lady is gone! She is not barista material..

It's my local but it's also a place I look forward to visiting on a semi-regular basis.

There was lots of parking available, but some of it is dedicated to the neighboring business so we parked a little further. The inside is big with lots of seating options, both high and low top. We wanted one of each drink from their fall menu but ultimately had to narrow it down to two: caramel apple butter cold brew and pumpkin horchata cortado (iced). The pumpkin horchata cortado just comes in one size and I think it was 12 oz. We got the caramel apple butter cold brew in a medium. We also ordered a corn muffin, buttered and toasted. While we waited, we secured high chairs along the wall facing the parking lot/ street. After a couple minutes, my name was called to collect my order. The pumpkin horchata cortado tasted darker than I expected, and I wish it had a stronger pumpkin flavor. The caramel apple butter cold brew was delicious and creamy. It did taste like apple pie a bit. In hindsight, I would've asked for it to be made less sweet, but that's just a preference thing. The corn muffin was tasty. It was warm, sweet, not dry, and had the signature grainy texture throughout. I think the total came out to about $16-$17 which is standard. The staff was friendly and answered my little questions about the drinks. I like that they open early and close late (for a coffee shop). I enjoyed the art on the walls, the plants, and the corny poems and signs.

I've brought my infant daughter a number of times and she loves toddling around making friends. The vibe is welcoming, the staff - especially the owner - is incredibly kind and there are so many homey touches to the decor. Other local businesses are used wherever possible (tea, pastries, etc). Coffee is... Yes. Really fun, funky and delicious seasonals, spot on regular bevvies that can accommodate many different tastes. I've tried the bagels with homemade cream cheese (yum) and a pastry or two (also yum). Haven't given that toasts or oatmeal a whirl yet but they all look great. All in all, The Nook is perfect and I always look forward to spending time here. Stay awesome.

I walked into a space that was clean and well kept, with a couple of tables and some board games available that gave it a slightly more social feel than a purely grab and go setup. The drink customization here is genuine rather than performative. Sugar levels and ice levels are both adjustable, and the staff actually followed through on my specifications, which is not universally true at boba shops that advertise the same options. I ordered the wintermelon milk tea, and it was a strong choice. The taro with black boba and milk foam, brown sugar bubble tea, and the strawberry milk tea are all consistent options that represent what the kitchen does well. The boba pearls are cooked in house, and the texture reflected that, with a chewiness that held up through my drink. This location reflects an average Gong Cha experience, and it does it well. For a reliable boba stop in the area with actual customization that works, Gong Cha delivers.
