Slowest service I have ever received from Starbucks. We finished our order at 7:08pm on 8/7/2019 with one car in front of us. We got the second drink before the first one, which I found odd. The employees were not friendly. For a 10+ minute wait for coffee, I usually receive at least an apology for the delay. The lady who served us had zero personality, again surprising compared to my normal service. The drinks were meh. We both ordered an extra shot of coffee but mine tasted like a normal drink. Seriously disappointed since this is the closest location to my house. There was no sense of urgency for the completion of our order. read more

The low ratings are undeserved. I only drink one complicated espresso drink, and this is the only Starbucks in the region that has never messed up my drink. I go out of my way to go there if visiting the outlet mall an exit away on I-65 and have never been disappointed over at least 5 years. read more

I had gone to this particular store for years (ever since they opened), and have tried many of the alternative drinks (and food), both hot and cold beverages. However, my go to drink is a plain coffee with a hearty splash of whole milk. Been this way for years, so my taste buds know what to expect. Average visits per week was at least 3. However, due to various reasons not related to Starbucks, my visits had dropped off considerably over the last year or so. Recently (within about a 3 week time span), I'd made several visits to this store for my usual Venti hot brewed with extra whole milk. Funny, it didn't taste like it usually does; very weak! Did they forget to put in the coffee? Tried again a day or 2 later. Same results. Now I'm mad... 3rd times a charm; very weak again. Now I'm done with them - unbelievable - can't leave well enough alone. Won't be back. I can go down the street a few blocks to the Big M and get a better cup of joe for 1/3 the cost of Starbucks! Now to add insult to injury, I read a few days ago that they are raising prices again! Ha! You won't get my money again! Really, how can they mess up the very product that they were founded on.???!! If you've been to one Starbucks, you know what most any Starbucks will be like. The station for cream, sugar, mixing sticks, etc, was right by one of the 2 entrances and was kind of a mess. The barista taking orders was friendly and quickly took my order. Those behind the counter, making all the orders were going as fast as they can to handle the small line inside and the full drive thru outside. As they finished orders for the inside, they called out what the drink was, but barely loudly enough to hear over the general din of the place, unless you were standing right by the counter at the time. The most recent review of this Starbucks on yelp is about six months ago. It seems much has improved in the past few months. I have been inside this Starbucks about three times in the past three months, and I find that the staff is very friendly, fast, efficient, and always gets my order correct. Came here for a Slow Roasted Hot Ham & Swiss and the outside of the sandwich was really hot....then I bit the middle of the sandwich and it was still frozen! I thought No big deal, maybe they just didn't warn it up long enough. So, I tried it again the next day and guess what? Same thing happened again! I take I65 nearly every other week and stop here every time. Contrary to other reviews I have always received great service here and I've never had any problems with my beverages. I would recommend stopping at this location. If only they had a Clover and weren't so busy all the time. read more

I am a biased reviewer. This Starbucks was my daily lunch spot for close to two years and I have NEVER had any problems with my order (usually a grande Americano and a pastry item). The staff knows my name, they know my order, they know my kids. The vibe is very casual and that is a good thing, especially on Cervelo R's side of town! Great outdoor seating is a nice touch. Yes, the line is always out the door. Yes, the drive thru is always packed. Be patient. There is a reason the line is so long--you are not the only person who likes to drink good coffee. read more

Worst experience at a Starbucks. I ordered a holiday flat white & a turkey bacon breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was made with ham (not turkey bacon, not Canadian bacon, HAM) and was still cold in the center. The drink tasted okay, other than being lukewarm and the cup being sticky everywhere the cardboard coozie did not cover. The store was crowded, and our order took 14 minutes to get fulfilled, but the quality was extremely poor. read more

Longest lines, staff are McDonald's caliber coffee makers, half the time they mess up your order, not enough parking... Every slot is taken, forget about even going inside, and drive through always has 6-7 cars. Took 22 min for a regular coffee at 2pm on a Wed. read more

If I could give a 1/2 star I would. We are on a family trip and we have stopped in truck stops cleaner than this Starbucks. Bathrooms were disgustingly dirty with no soap. Counters were dirty, floor had trash and the barista was handling tops of cups with bare hands as well as the frother. We love Starbucks but this one needs some help. read more

I frequent Starbucks all over the nation, have a huge "You Are Here" mug collection and am a current barista at a distant store in another city. Concerning the review for this Starbucks, I have never been in a filthier store. But that's just the beginning. They were out of the 1# beans I wanted, the wait in line was over 10 minutes, the wait for the drink preparation was another 10 minutes and the drinks were not made correctly. This is probably the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Both in-store and the drive through take significantly long to receive your order. Aside from the extremely long wait time for a drink, the people working are generally always in a bad mood. While I do enjoy the drinks, the extreme wait time is worth finding a different place to get my coffee. read more

This Starbucks location varies greatly on speed of service. There have been occasions I have been right in and out in under five minutes. Other times it has taken over twenty minutes to get my beverage. This all depends on how busy they are and the times of day. The times it took the diligent employees over twenty minutes to get my drink to me they had a line out the door the whole time I was at this location When I use the mobile app I am in and out as they are prompt with mobile orders, as the app advertises "skip the lines." The reason I have not given them five stars is at the evening times when they are slow they tend to not pay attention to mobile orders as much. I have arrived and they haven't even started mine because they didn't pay attention to the printer. read more

The temperature is always freezing!!! I come here to work in between sales call in the area. I come prepared with a sweater (in the middle of the summer) and it's still freezing. If there was another option close by, I would totally skip this location - purely because of the temperature. Everything else is fine. read more
