It's been years since I visited this location. It's still as good (and as busy I remember). Ordered a Brown Sugar Strato Frap. It comes with a brown sugar cold foam. Spouse assured me that "cold foams were dairy free". I had my doubts so asked the baristas and they were very helpful. We did a mobile order so the young man looked us up and told the other barista to make sure to make it dairy free. My stomach thanks you! This location is very busy, the bathrooms are a bit of a mess. But the drinks are well made and the staff is friendly. The drink? Yum! I've been going mostly to small local coffee shops (Starbucks kept making me sick because they were either ignoring my dairy free request or cross contaminating). Customer service was trash! I asked if I was able to get 25 pup cups for my 1st grade hot chocolate day. I was told "no" rudely by the manager Desirée and I asked if I could pay for the "free" cups and was told "no" flat/rudely. No trying to see or anything. It was not busy in there either. No customers inside and one behind me. Get with it Starbucks and at least try to help the customer. I want someone to contact me for my experience yesterday I waited 40minutes and got half of my drink and it wasn't even decent enough to drink but was in such a hurry I drove off before I checked and I was working so I could not turn around. No one would answer the phone when I tried to call several different times. Ok so I've been going to this Starbucks for quite some time. I usually always go through the drive thru. I go at least twice, maybe three times a week. Majority of the time the drive thru is so slow and there is usually at least a twenty minute wait. They are usually pretty busy inside and in the drive thru so I usually will tolerate that. Plus it's kind of small and the parking lot is not very big either. Well, anyway I went there on Sunday September 21st and wanted to order some items from their bakery selection. And guess what? They were completely out of everything!! Haha! And mind you this was kind of early Sunday, 11ish. Then I get to the window to pay and can't even get a receipt because the receipt printer is broken. Ha! Well, last week for 3 days straight they had no receipt paper. About a week before they were always out of mocha syrup. So no mocha drinks at all, nothing!! Well I always have to taste my expensive coffee drinks before I even drive away because 7 times out of 10 they are usually wrong or taste like crap!! If it wasn't for the fact that I really enjoy the service of the drive thru employees I probably wouldn't even go back!! I wouldn't even make this post but I think this is getting a little ridiculous. read more

There's nothing actually wrong with this Starbucks. The coffee was great and the staff were polite. Service is not slow... there's just too many people who go here! I was in the drive thru for 25 minutes before I could even place my order, but then my order was ready in two minutes. Whoever owns this location needs to open another one nearby... Updating my review but still at 5 star. Never have any issues ordering ahead and today 8/31 Tiffany was cranking out orders. She noticed I was waiting and asked about my order and assured me it would be out next. It came out 45 secs later and the girl making the drink apologized for the wait. Don't recall this visit however will presume that it was the typical visit. Recently learned that Starbucks changes the recipe to their Cituis Mint tea, aka Medical Ball. Definitely not the same however the item on the mobile remains unchanged, very misleading. read more

I have used this location several times and being the only Starbucks in the area, they are always busy. Staff is friendly. Today I went inside and quickly ordered my coffee before work. I saw, drink after drink being made as I patiently waited for mine. The barista asked my name, She continued to make several other drinks. After about 8 minutes I asked how many others were in front of me, as I needed to get to work. She tells me " When I looked at your order it had only been 3 minutes"( When she asked my name) Ok, Again , How many others are in front of me? She then tells me that they have to make door dashes and Mobile orders as they come in too. I never in my life been in an establishment that will make customers who are IN THE STORE , WAIT while they make orders for those who aren't even there. After I said something and said I had to go, you would think she would apologize and make my drink immediately , as at this point It had been 10 minutes I had been waiting for ONE drink. But nope, she seemed to not care , and let me leave without my order. ( I did get a refund). After seeing other reviews, this store needs to get a better system and Prioritize those customers who are waiting in person. read more

easily the Starbucks I have ever been to. Both bathrooms were flooded, coffees were awful, lines were long, not clean.

First off.... I love it when people complain about the Drive Thru at Starbucks, when there shouldn't be one in the first place. They'd rather waste 20 minutes sitting in their cars with the engine running, instead of walking in to grab their drink orders. Wonder why America has an obesity problem.... I recently went in around lunch hour to grab an iced coffee. It was a Sunday afternoon so it was slightly busy inside, but the Drive Thru had a line leading out to the parking lot area. The Baristas are very friendly and got my drink order out quickly. No complaints there. This location seems to be a new build. Not sure though since I'm not from the area. The building itself is clean on the outside. The inside is very well lit, with all the windows around the perimeter. It was a particularly nice day and beautiful outside. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. A couple of very comfortable chairs in the far corner. They have me as a customer as long as i'm in the area. read more

Absolutely worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I started out waiting on the drive thru line for about 10 minutes before I decided I should just go inside because I was in a rush and needed to get out of there. Finally after waiting another 5 minutes in line for the baristas to process one order (a black coffee, no I'm not exaggerating, yes the coffee was already made) I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to complete a 2 drink order of 2 basic lattes. I'm big on giving the benefit of the doubt when it comes to service work, I understand what it looks like to be overwhelmed... but there were 8 baristas and it took 3 of them to refill cups at one point, two decided to go on break, approximately 10 people were waiting on drinks by the time I finally got mine. Because of terrible new management, they are unable to keep good long term trained employees. Drinks end up made incorrectly resulting in more remakes, and longer wait times. Store is constantly dirty, because they cannot ever keep up with the orders. Save your time and money and go to a different location. read more

Holly fudge ! I get that ya are busy but there's more employees standing around then doing drinks. If there's no one ordering at the counter then you should be helping to do drinks. Seems like drive up takes priority over inside. The person at the window is only standing there instead of helping do drinks. The bathroom needs cleaning. The barista area needs cleaning. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a while (talking about the front part where the coffee beans are). I've been here a few times and the wait time today was horrible ! What has happened? I thought Corporate Starbucks ensured that all of their stores were up to standard? I've been here 3 times this week and it's my last. The place is DIRTY and mostly because the employees are sloppy and are the ones making the messes. I watched the MANAGER throwing half filled pitchers of milk into the sink after each drink was made over and over and over again. All the while the water was running continuously. I just watched an employee argue with a customer, who by the way, said she comes in 3x a day, about getting a half-filled cup of coffee. Then several of us had to wait for an employee to be served ahead of us while the one making her drink was complaining to the manager that it was time for her to go home. Sad. I'll easily find somewhere else for my coffee that has higher standards and better customer service. read more

The only reason they get 1 star is because no stars were not an option. Waited 22 mins for a regular coffee. They filled my cup half way with the bottom of the barrel - helped other people - 3 workers watched the coffee drip and did NOTHING - then, instead of just giving me a fresh cup - topped off the cold old coffee. That was sitting there. Asked for half n half and got whole milk. Slow, inattentive and totally unmotivated. I get that it's a minimum wage job, but being a loyal Starbucks girl, you kind of get used to a level of service. Luckily I was just passing through. Let me preface this review by saying that I love the skinny white guy at the window. He is extremely nice and he knows his customers by name. LOVE HIM, but even he can't save this Starbucks location from terrible reviews. I've come to this Starbucks 4x in the last two weeks. Order 1- Grande Blond Vanilla Latte hoy, it was 15 minutes late and they used dark roast (or burnt/old blond) Order 2- Grande Blond Vanilla Latte iced, it was 20 minutes late and they used dark roast (or burnt/old blond) Order 3- Grande Blond Vanilla Latte hot, not late but they used dark roast again (or burnt/old blond) Order 4- Today (1/28/2020) I thought I was being safe by ordering a grande Blond roast black holy Christ was I wrong!!! This is the worst, THE WORST. It tastes burnt and old AF. I thought I could force it down, but honestly this tastes like it's coffee from days ago.
