Made to wait 5-10 minutes to order while employees came and went to the computer located there. No one said they'd be with me, thank you for waiting, just petulant rudeness. I am always looking for a good Starbucks, maybe one that actually cares what I order? I am lactose intolerant and HAVE to have oat milk with my daily drinks. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and no whipped cream. I paid $2 extra!! I didn't get it and it SAID on the LABEL that I had an oat milk PSL with no whipped cream. Quite the opposite. There was normal milk, LOTS of whipped cream and it wasn't even the size I ordered. I don't know how you mess something up THAT BAD. Another scenario I had was when I ordered the Summer Berry Drink with 4 scoops of the popping pearls and light ice. OPPOSITE. It isn't hard to read what I order. (online most of the time) I don't mind when they mess up minority. But when I paid extra for something I don't get it is a problem. Don't go here. I ordered ahead on the app & then saw all the not so great reviews! I was worried our orders wouldn't be be ready, but they were sitting on the counter ready for pickup. We did order basic coffees, so nothing difficult, but they were delicious and a perfect pit stop on our travels. The drive through line did have a fair amount of cars in it, so I would recommend ordering on the app. read more

Put in an order in-store for a tall Pike Place with cream and two Splenda. The simplest of orders possible. I repeated my order twice to the register staff. I scanned my app and he asked for a good name for the order. The app scan puts my name on the order so... 20 minutes later with 2 visits to the pick up station with all workers in full ignore mode, I finally stop one and ask where my order is. She can't find my order that the register worker should have just made for me quickly like any other Starbucks would. I repeat my order again, for a 3rd try win! 30 min for a simple coffee order. This location is one of the worst popsicle stands I have ever been to. read more

I truly love love love the Starbucks. It is not only clean and looks like all the generic ones it's a little bit smaller than what I'm used to but it has so much personality. Coming from a huge city to a small town gives this atmosphere a certain charm. The size is cute, decor is modern yet comfortable. Bathrooms are clean Halleluyer!! Baristas are amazing as always. They get to know their regulars and give the warmest greeting. Wi-Fi is the bomb!! Since this is a small college town the noise level is pretty low for a Starbucks which is even a greater bonus. I love to come in here and get school work done and even work work done because I can focus. I'm weird because I like noise around me and I can't take that quiet when it while working. The coffee is always great and I have never had a problem with a customer service or quality of drinks. read more

You have so many choices of coffee, cappuccinos, frappuccinos, smoothies, and teas to choose from its unbelievable. You can also sit out on the patio. read more

I just got my usual, an iced caramel mocciato, and it tastes like water. They filled it up so far it started spilling, and I had to ask for the sea salt I paid for. I just don't get why they can't make it the same way every time. I also didn't get ice, I got one big chunk of ice so I couldn't even put my straw in. read more

I ordered an Iced Chai Latte and the milk in it was CURDLED! I took it back up to the counter and the barista told me it was just frozen. I think I can tell the difference between frozen and rotten. The drink tasted awful which is what caused me to examine it and realize the milk was curdled. The barista reluctantly made me a new drink using the same cup without washing it. While all of this was happening, we were still waiting on my mother's drink which for whatever reason took twenty minutes to make. It was a plain green tea! This Starbucks is so much nicer than the other ones in Cleveland its newer not more than 5 years old probably not even that old in nice and clean and the people who work here are really nice its also a lot bigger than all the other Cleveland stores there's more tables and more coffee chooses (not much) it's really nice and I recommend that you go to this Starbucks over all the others in the Cleveland area :) They feel like a second family to me! read more

The breakfast sausage, bacon and egg wrap I ordered this morning was so bad and disappointing. I don't go to coffee houses but I received a gift card and thought I would try out the food there. I've been going to this location for years. The past few months, it's been horrible. The employees are rude. One particular young lady has been there the past three times I have visited to pick up mobile orders. Each time I have asked a question and she flat out yelled at me to be patient. Each time I have stood in the store for 30 minutes waiting on the second part of my order. Today I was there and it happened again. They make drinks wrong, serve cold food, and are honestly just rude to customers. I will not be using this location anymore. I'd rather go to McDonalds than deal with this mess. read more

I go to this location multiple times a week and wait forever and receive an order that's not made right fifty percent of the time. Not satisfied. To be paid to do a job that tends to customer satisfaction you'd think they would be a little more aware or training better. Beware if you order a sugar free frappuccino!! Went through the drive-thru and ordered a sugar free frappuccino, which came out with whipped cream. Why would you put whipped cream on something ordered as sugar free?! When I pointed it out and asked to correct, barista Joel was very nice, but when returned it was sprinkled with sugar on top, which I noticed after pulling away. I then parked and walked in, where instead of apologizing, which is the first rule of customer service, another little blonde boy (I didn't get his name) told me I couldn't have ordered a sugar free frap anyway, because the base contains xanthan gum. I've ordered this drink many times and never been told this anywhere else. I ended up just leaving the drink and walking away out of frustration. read more

I love coming here, as I have not had a bad experience yet. Ed, the manager is awesome & always cheerful when he is there. However, there are a few occasions where a some of the women that work there are not as friendly. But not enough to stop me from getting my coffee here. One time, I had to wait for my coffee longer than usual. By the time I got go the drive thru, the young lady told me that my coffee was on the house because of waiting so long for it. One car in front of us, they ordered two drinks and we sat behind them in line for 15 minutes for them to get 2 drinks! I ordered a smoothie and my husband wanted a tall hot coffee with nothing in it! That's it! And we waited for 20 minutes! We thought, well surely we will get them for free since we've waited so long! At least an apology! But nope. Nothing! They said well smoothies take a few minutes... 20 minutes tho?! I don't think so. Not even an apology was given for the wait. Then when we got our drinks my smoothie wasn't even the correct flavor I told her strawberry banana and only got strawberry!
