Dog friendly patio dining at entrance.

Finally! A wonderful cafe that carries an excellent chicken salad sandwich on a crossaint! After recent Chicken Salad Chick let downs, I've been on the hunt for a good chicken salad sandwich on a crossaint. I never thought it'd be so difficult to find. Lo and behold, here comes Lasaters and my goodness they do this sandwich justice! This was our first visit to Lasaters, and we were cheerfully greeted. After spending a moment to look over the drink menu, we decided on a medium sweetened Elderberry Hibiscus tea ($3.50) and two chicken salad crossaints with lettuce and tomato added ($5.50 each). Everything was delicious, and I mean it when I say that this is the best chicken salad crossaint sandwich I've had in years. The crossaint was so buttery and flaky, and they did not skimp on the amount of chicken salad put on the sandwich. Cherry on top? They offer extremely comfortable indoor seating as well as dog friendly patio dining options AND a drive-thru. I'm so happy to have found Lasaters, and we absolutely will enjoy returning again and again.

Curbside appeal is truly a "thing". I have raced by Lasaters in the Spring Creek Center far too long thinking, "I should check them out!". After completing a job nearby, I finally stopped in for refreshments and to wrap up the task. I'm SO glad I did. This is a GREAT place to grab coffee, tea or snacks with friends and colleagues. "Clean as a whistle" inside and out, I was served by friendly staff members. My selected "eats" were fresh and delicious. The music was not too loud and the playlist was upbeat and "inspirational". There are a variety of table settings with a good supply of outlets to charge up your devices. They've checked all of my boxes. Don't drive by Spring Creek Lasiter's Coffee, stop in or drive through! You'll love it!

Swung by again the other day to find they had several new tea options and just had to try them. I have a weakness for most things mint and tea tops them. This time I tried the lavender mint and chocolate mint teas. Both are very nice but I definitely prefer the lavender mint isn't it has two of my favorite herbs. Whether it is tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or a tasty bite, they most likely have something for you.

What a great way to pay it forward. I love this concept.

I rarely stop in to a coffee shop like this since the coffee markup is usually pretty high. I mean, you can buy a number ten can of Folgers coffee for $8.00 and it'll make numerous cups of coffee and last a month or more. That being said, I do stop in here on occasion when the mood strikes me. I'm also the kind of guy that enjoys buying someone else a meal or a cup of coffee every now and then. Today my buddy and I dropped in for an afternoon cup of joe and I saw the "pay it forward" wall. I started reading the concept and found it to be an amazing idea. Of course I know the pay it forward concept, but they way Lasaters implements the idea is pretty cool. Basically you decide what you want to do for someone else and you write it down and put it on their board. Then it can be redeemed by the appropriate customer. You can see the picture for more details. Stop in and give it a look and then buy someone a cup of coffee or danish. Your act of kindness will surely be a blessing to someone.

    Syrup flavors galore.

This place never disappoints! I love the coffee and blueberry muffins, I would highly suggest a pumpkin latte.

Preachy. Coffee is mediocre. Skip this place in favor of Cleveland Coffee or Lola. Service is very preachy. Ambiance... What ambiance?

So with the parking situation, a little stressful for me but eventually I found a space and made it work. I got an Iced Moon River latte with oat milk, which is pretty much an iced honey lavender latte. It was delicious. The sweetness level was perfect, it had great floral and lavender notes, and it blended well with the oat milk. It was a solid iced latte. I'm interested in their other signature lattes, but the Moon River Latte blew me away that I would just order that every single time. Unfortunately I didn't explore the back area, but I was in the front lobby area with the couch as I waited for my drink and found a small table by the window. I loved how cozy it was inside, there are so many seating options and green plants within the repurposed home. I brought my journal here and it's a great place to study, journal, and just hangout. Baristas were nice and friendly. This place deserves all stars, I look forward to returning :)

My friends and I were always lucky to snag a table for us those times. But coming in the morning is really pleasant. I've only gotten coffee here in the past, so this time we got food. I got a Pistachio Croffin (croissant muffin) and we shared a Berries and Cream crepe. And that first bite of that crepe was absolutely delicious. We were planning on sharing that crepe with another friend, but that crepe was so good we demolished it haha. We ended up ordering the Spinach Pesto crepe to share for later instead. But wow, I have nothing but praise for these crepes because they blew me away. The Berries and Cream crepe was just amazing. Fruits tasted fresh and juicy. The crepe itself was perfectly sweet. And the whipped cream cheese filling inside was light and creamy. I couldn't ask for more in a fruit crepe. Also the light drizzle of sweetened condensed milk on top? Chef's kiss. And then we tried the Spinach and Pesto crepe. It had all my favorite things inside, so of course I loved it. I loved the savory pesto spread inside the crepe, the spinach, ricotta, and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. The tomatoes added a nice acidity to balance and the balsalmic glaze tied it all together on top. It felt like applause roared in my mouth. Also I can't forget the Pistachio Croffin I ate too. It had great texture, and had that subtle nutty flavor from the pistachio. I really liked it. Anyways, I'm a big Morning Brew fan. It's poppin' in the afternoon and it's tough getting a seat, but it's not hard to see why. I prefer the early mornings for a more quiet and less chaotic atmosphere. Love you morning brew! I will always remember how those crepes rocked my world and I'll definitely be back.

If we had been staying locally, we would have turned around and grabbed one. We both ordered cold brew (both with oat milk and hubby also got sugar free salted caramel syrup).
