Sometimes the service is good. In the drive thru, I did have a barista not paying attention and dump all 4 of my drinks on my lap and I yelled in exasperation. I drove off and called them and apologized for yelling. Went back the following week and she almost did the same thing! She can't help it. Haha. So I try to stick to my "home" Starbucks on Paul Huff even though it's further away. read more

This is probably the fastest drive thru coffee shop I been through. Just turn onto Innman Street then take a right to enter a convenient drive thru for coffee. I paid a total of $1.92 for my coffee and it tasted really great. It was served at the right temperature too. Not to hot and with friendly fast service. You can't go at just about any Starbucks but this one is exceptional. Now, this review was for the drive thru so just to let everyone know. read more

Only recently, this particular Starbucks' brewed coffee has started to consistently taste weaker than before. Perhaps some new employees weren't properly trained to brew the original Pikes Place. The staff is still friendly, the place is still clean, but the coffee has become disappointing. read more

I'm giving this Starbucks location the benefit of the doubt here... it was Saturday morning around rush hour and the drive thru was packed, as well as the in-store line. This being said, was I blown away with the customer service and quality of the product? No. Was the staff putting out drinks in an efficient manner? Ehh there was room for improvement. However, once I did receive my toasted vanilla shaken espresso with oat-milk I was pleasantly surprised with its brew. The added cold foam was just to my liking and the ice to drink ratio was spot on. If you're in the Cleveland area, check this place out and I can guarantee you'll have a fairly average experience. read more

Even for Cleveland TN this is bad. From the "I don't care attitude" to waiting 20 minutes for a coffee when they aren't even busy...awful.

The pickup was very efficient but the drive through line looked very backed up:/ the drinks were good and so were the egg bites!

The staff was very friendly. They needed to brew another pot while I was there, so they charged me for only half of my order and then gave me a free cup of coffee! read more

This has been my favorite Starbucks for years. They have a friendly, competent staff and uphold rigorous cleanliness standards. I usually come in at night - that's when most of my favorite baristas work - but the morning staff is also nice and good about getting you in and out quickly, on your way to work. read more

It's Starbucks, so I expect potentially snobby baristas; however, this doesn't mean I also expect lousy service. I went inside to order, & only one other person was ahead of me. 3 people were at the counter "working." Then one of them suddenly disappeared & I'm still waiting on my drink. The one who didn't serve me was supposedly manning the drive through, but they spent more time socializing than paying attention to it. On another trip, I actually went through the drive through with my parents. They took our order, & we pulled up to the window, normal. We sat there for 20 minutes at the window & never got our order, so we left. I don't know when people are getting this "good service" I keep reading about, but every evening trip has been terrible. Now, I only use their parking lot as a meeting place for friends. read more

Probably the absolutely worst Starbucks I've been to as far as waiting time. In house or drive through in the 5 times I've been here I have at least a 15 minute wait. Now this is a college town so I expect it to be a little busy but when it's been 10 minutes and I'm still in the middle of the busy Inman street we have a problem. As well as getting to the window to just be sat there and ignored. The staff attempt to make up for the lack of speedy service with their gracious smiles and how can we help you's but their inability to organize who is what and what is going where does not help them achieve this. I will say that I have only received the wrong drink once and that matter was quickly rectified. read more

The service here was absolutely terrible. It's July 4th so it's understandable why the entire place was totally empty. It's not understandable however why the barista, having to work on July 4th, has to give attitude. After waiting 15 minutes for our drinks (while the place was totally empty) the barista said our drink names inaudibly (one I could understand, the other I could not.) After approaching the pick-up counter he just HAD to say "yeah they've been up here for awhile." With the place empty could it really be hard to notice "oh hey they haven't picked up their drinks, maybe I should go out and hand them the drinks rather than waiting 10 minutes to mumble." Good as far as Starbucks go. Though this one is a little on the small side and since this city lacks restaurants and coffee shops, it gets pretty crowded fast. Service is friendly and drinks are good. Pastries are not too bad either! WiFi here as well. Good place to get your caffeine fix! read more

Not happy with my strawberry acai refresher. The cup was full of ice and barely any drink and I paid for a Trenta.

The Mocha was definitely good. Not the best I have had but not burnt like some seem to make them. Didn't have my brownie though which was a let down. I'll go back just because it's Starbucks. lol read more

This was quite possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. Took 15 minutes just to have my order taken with only 2 people ahead of me (after 9am). The kind male (20ish) barista took pity on my impatience to help me when one coworker was talking on the phone and another (at the cash register) looked at me then turned around and walked away. I ordered 4 coffees for family members. My Cinnamon Dolce Latte tasted great; was told that one of the White Chocolate Mochas I ordered was not good at all. That gentleman was the only kind person in the establishment, out of 5-6 employees. My family members that live in Cleveland tried to warn me on how slow and lackluster they were. read more

We showed up at this Starbucks location at 8:30pm on Saturday night there was no one in the place except one person on his computer. Standing at the counter we were never acknowledged, once we decided on what we wanted we moved towards the order area when 2 guys came in. Apparently they knew the manager on duty and started chatting. As we stood there waiting the three of them CONTINUED to chat. 6 more people came walking in and we decided to go through the drive thru. Upon ordering they were out of what we both asked for so we ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte instead. First the guy wasn't paying any attention and only had half of the order until we corrected him, then as he hands drinks through the window three cars up he's leaning all the way out of the window chatting with the people in the car. I was beyond frustrated by this point. As we finally reached the window I noticed more staff inside behind the counter and the manager was now making the orders. We finally got our drinks and left. Drove the few miles home and as I took the first sip of my drink I thought "what is this?" I didn't get a Pumpkin Spice Latte I got coffee with milk. My boyfriend got very little Pumpkin flavor in his. So either these people have no clue how to make drinks or they were too busy wanting to socialize to pay attention to their jobs. I will NEVER go to this Starbucks again. I don't care if it's a few miles from my house I will drive the 20 miles to Hamilton Place to get my order completed right with friendly staff. read more
