Nicest employees of any Starbucks I've ever visited. Always smiling and patient in what's a busy location. Vanessa, Brian, Mike, Ashley, Becca, Mandi... all great baristas and great people. being a former employee makes it hard to give starbucks a fair review.. other than the crew at 755 boylston (whom all have now left starbucks for greener pastures) i haven't had a real cappuccino or decent latte from any starbucks... this one is no exception. it's a typical starbucks, if you've been to one then you know what i'm talking about. i've tried to order a latte and it was bleh. the milk was poorly foamed, a lot of people just can't handle rocking the bar the way it's supposed to be run.. bubble bath foam, burnt milk... over steaming.. it was worth a shot.. one day, i'll have enough money to buy my damn steamer and make myself a bomb drink every morning.. until then.. i'll stick with a tall cup of whatever dark roast is being rocked that week. the one good thing about this place is that there is decent parking, it's right off the highway and there is a light, so getting in and out of the lot is a breeze. read more

This is one of the only Starbucks in the area. That aside, I'll compare it to other Starbucks locations. There isn't much seating here. I do enjoy coming here with a friend to sit down, however if you don't come at the right hours, there won't be any seating. Service is good. Everything tastes great!! read more

I was just there a few moments ago and let me tell you something. Service there is terrible. With the exception of one lady making the coffee and passing them out, everyone else was just standing around. I had ordered 2 coffees and a breakfast sandwich. Coffees came out just fine but I had to wait about 15 minutes to even be acknowledge to let someone know that I was still waiting for my sandwich. As I let the lady know making the coffee she apologized and said someone will get it right away. As I mentioned I didn't have mine, another customer mentioned that she was still waiting for her order. Even after I was apologized to, maybe 4-5 orders were given out. So i just left. Not sure why there were 3 other employees doing nothing (well one guy was ringing people up). Seems very in sufficient and poor service. Would have given it one star but the lady making the coffee was working her butt off. read more

Friendly staff. Happy to see their regulars and most always greet you with a smile, but this Starbucks is Poorly run!!!!!! I get that it's a prime location and as such gets pretty busy, but it shouldn't take 15 minutes to serve up an ice coffee!!!!! There is no reason why the ice coffee people should have to wait in the special drinks section. The register folks can serve up the hot coffee, then they should be able to scoop a little ice too!!!! Yes, I'll continue to go there because I'm an addict, but PLEASE, I'm begging you, change your ways, Starbucks!!! And hire more staff on Sunday mornings, too! read more

My wife and I both got iced mocha frappucinos and they came out excellent. The cleanliness was lacking a bit. There was a girl bringing a trash bag out of the store and it was leaking on the floor. From the time we ordered until the time we left (after receiving our drinks) the spil on the floor was not cleaned. Bathrooms were fairly messy - I usually judge whether to touch the flush handle as a clean bathroom or not. read more

The other day I was in a rush to go to work and I should have come earlier but my co workers decided to ask me to grab drinks. (4 total. Venti frap, 2 venti refreshers , and 1 venti latte). I was worried that I was going to be late but Kirsten did an amazing job getting them all ready for me and I was actually alittle early to work. hey...its starbucks...i really haven't been able to tell any difference between any of them. but what i will say is that this location isn't the greatest during high-traffic times. it can be difficult pulling out of there onto drum hill road...and if you are on the other side, it can be a pain to pull in. there isn't much sitting room in there, so if you really want to sit with a cup of coffee for a while go to the JAVA ROOM in Chelmsford. They have FREE wireless internet, plus they often have muscians. read more

this starbucks should be a model store for the entire company. i've rarely in my life been to a retail store or restaurant with a staff that awesome. everyone is constantly hustling, always friendly and makes a bomb drink. my office is right down the street from this location and in a town full of crappy dunkins, this place is a breath of fresh air. read more

Yet again another horrible experience at the Drum HELL Starbucks. 11:15 am on Saturday morning and 9 people waiting for drinks and another 8 in line. I have been to Starbucks all over the world and this place can't get drinks right or in a timely manner even with 5 employees working behind the counter. I uses to visit this location daily and even twice a day at times since it is close to my home untill I had several altercations with the Assistant Manager Stacy. I was yelled at and spoken down to on 3 seperate occations by her and never reported it until I witnessed another customer experiencing the wrath of Stacey. I contacted Starbucks and was directed to the Distric Manager Michelle who apologized and said she would take care of it and offered to send me a gift card, which I never received. So i gave it another chance and had the same experience and when i said to the clerk "I can't believe Stacey is still here" the clerk responded and I quote" either can I, she is so rude to the customers". I really dont understand why still location has not been evaluated by the home office. read more
