She wasn't outright rude, but clearly her mind was on other things. My order was served in under 7 minutes, and the young barista who served it couldn't have been more polite. This is the worst Starbucks experience ever. I can't give a rating for my food and drink order. It's all about the service or lack there of. I stopped by 07/16/24 during breakfast hours. I walked in and was not greeted. I headed to the line and stood behind two other customers. I assumed they were doing pickup orders. So after getting the okay to place my order I stood at the counter. First of all, it had to be at least 12 people working. I have never seen that many people working and still was not served. After being ignored and standing there for about 8 minutes I asked if they were taking orders. She told me she would be with me shortly so I left. I guess they only focus on drive thru and pick up orders. I'm not a regular customer but if I don't have coffee at home it's my preferred option. This is my favorite starbucks in the world. They always have a perfect health score and my drink is always made perfectly every time. I am truly impressed by how these employees can handle the rushes that they get while still making your order perfectly. I've never had an issue here, and I go almost every day. I will say the one downfall of this place is the drive through. I mean that whole mini shopping center was designed by someone who is blind. I don't say that to be offensive, I'm very serious. There have been so many times where I have almost been hit just trying to park to get my drink. When it is busy, I will park at the dollar store next door and walk over. Cozy little Starbucks with a drive thru has opened up in my neighborhood. Relaxing music and , lots of USB ports and outlets makes it an ideal spot to focus on some work or to study .. The interior is well lit with natural light , but not too bright and the ceilings are high, which makes it feel less claustrophobic. Diverse seating options, handicap accessible inside and out, and gender neutral restrooms . This was my 3rd visit and it hasn't been too crowded on the weekends . The team has also been consistently friendly. As far as a Starbucks menu is concerned , I am a fan of the Vanilla Chai Tea Latte, White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha, the Flat White, just about any hot tea they serve, and the hot cider ( hot apple juice ). I've also always loved their petite vanilla bean scones. In the mornings when I haven't managed to prepare a breakfast prior to work , or when I'm on the road traveling, I like to go for their breakfast sandwich with turkey bacon, egg white and cheese on an English muffin. Some old time favorites from high school, when my metabolism was through the roof were the Vanilla Bean Frappuccino and the iced lemon pound cake. read more

Super rude employee! We visited this afternoon and the girl at the front accidentally knocked over one of our drinks. She was so nice and asked if we would like a new one. We said yes because we paid $15 for coffee and it was running down the cup. The girl next to her was the rude one and was so annoyed and said "you shouldn't even have asked them if they wanted another one, only a little bit spilled out." I live around the corner from this joint and I've experienced nothing but syrupy sweet, extra sugar with a cherry on top customer service. Whether drive-thru or inside, everyone is pleasant, efficient, and my order is accurate. I like the space inside. It's enough room to not bump into people, even when it's crowded. They always have a ton of people working here in the morning. I take it that's why orders go out fast. There's always a line wrapped around the parking lot in the morning, in drive-thru but they always move fast. Hands down the best Starbucks I've visited out of NC and NYC. The best! read more

This place is always a crap shoot for service inside. 4-5 completed drinks sit behind a plexiglass shield from online orders. Depending on the attendant that made those drinks and making more drinks will decide how long you stand there LOOKING AT YOUR MADE DRINK because he or she won't stop making drinks for 10 SECONDS to ask if the completed drinks are for any of the 8 people standing there like bumps on a log. So he or she spends 5-10 minutes making drinks with people patiently waiting and just hoping that he or she will look someone in the damn eyes or start asking if the made drinks WITH NAMES ON THEM if any of those people are standing directly in front of them. As Starbucks goes it is a place to get expensive coffee. The wifi is so slow I could not even do a speed test which is unsatisfactory. The drive through is good if you just want coffee. Plenty of room to read or chat with a friend or coworker but forget about getting work done if you need the wifi. Update: 1/5/18 They now have faster WiFi. I stopped in yesterday to enjoy my favorite brew. The WiFi speed was 2.3 Mbps download speed. Fast enough to knock out some emails while enjoying my coffee. read more

Complete Chaos- Today was my 3rd time ordering ahead to pick up and will be my last. I get it - it's Starbucks- always busy. Because of Covid, you can't simply go to the counter anymore and grab your coffee when ordering ahead - You have to wait until one of there 20 barista workers call you to the register and collect the coffee that's been sitting there for 10 minutes. They are always friendly and kind and even take time to chat with me while I wait for my coffee. They really seem to care about their customers and take the time to get to know you! I was really impressed the first time they asked me my name and just started chatting with me about my upcoming day! The coffee is the best I've ever had at a Starbucks. I've visited several other locations around Charlotte and they are never consistent. One visit might be great and the next might suck but this place is on point EVERY TIME! Coffee fanatic alert! Anyone that knows me is aware that I'm obsessed with Starbucks. I've been to pretty much all of the locations in and around Charlotte and this is by far one of my favs. The baristas are kind. My order is always right and I can get a little complicated..... lol I love the new Cloud Machiatto. They recommend the caramel for me and it was delicious. Creamy lines of caramel float on a bed of white froth. I love the intricate designs that the barista puts in my drink. The Caramel Ribbon Crunch takes me to my happy place. I normally add a shot of espresso. Of course Vanilla Creme is a dream and reminds me of snow cream. It's got this light, airy, perfect for summer coolness. All of the teas are refreshing in this Carolina heat. I especially enjoy the Dragon fruit tea. The color is vibrant and the drink has a pick me up. You can never go wrong with the sandwiches if you need a quick bite with your drink. I love the gouda and turkey bacon or the chicken patty. They're both Delish. If you need something sweet other than the fraps I recommend the cheese danish or the lemon cake. OMG! I've talked myself up into a necessary trip there right now. Enjoy! read more
