I've been to this location a handful of times and have a great experience each time. I ordered ahead this time and my order was waiting for me when I arrived. Staff is friendly, and I was excited that they had peach juice in stock since many locations around me seem to never have it. The food and drink quality needs to be improved at this location. Despite the prices being ridiculous, the end result is lacking. I ordered a small (8 oz) mocha. $5.65 and it wasn't even full! It was probably 3/4 full. Then I ordered a bacon Gouda sandwich and the bacon was barely visible. It was so thin it looked like a smear. So I paid over $12 for breakfast and could have paid the same and had a good, complete breakfast. I won't go back. read more

Hi, so I'm the newest member of the unofficial Starbucks Coffee Club! Thankfully I recently received a gift card which allowed me the opportunity to try a few drinks over the past week. After having my most recent drink, I couldn't pass up the chance to write about this delicious discovery. I ordered: a venti Vanilla Bean Creme Frappuccino with strawberries inclusions blended in, almond milk and topped with whipped cream and strawberries. Awful service. I go to this Starbucks all the time with no problem except today. I rolled up to the drive though window like normal and waited for a few minutes and I heard nothing on the intercom so I proceeded to the window. There I let the employee know I didn't get an order taken and he let me know the only way I can get a drink was to drive all the way back through the drive through line. The drinks & the service here are always bland and inconsistent. I told the barista they made my frappe wrong, she closed the window in my face, & literally poured the old frappe in a new cup, added whip cream and and gave me back the cup. I wanted it remade the correct way, it had no espresso, no caramel sauce, no whipped cream, but I guess that's customer service in 2023. read more

This location is so convenient, the amount of power outlets inside are great. The baristas have great customer service skills, and they give such helpful recommendations, food and drinks are prepared timely. My favorite part is the outdoor patio space, the environment is welcoming. I don't typically support chain restaurants but the management of this location has done a great job at creating a space for community members to go study, work, and catch up. read more

I have been coming to this location since I've lived in Charlotte for the past 12 years , they've just expanded so I was eager to check it out and my daughter wanted to start her birthday off with a refreshing drink and cake pop . To our surprise we were never greeted, stood for 10 minutes until I had to ask for assistance . Even then the heavyset black man still gave us attitude I even stated it was my daughters birthday to lighten the mood he was still very stand offish . The taller lighter eyed gentlemen possibly Caucasian or Spanish had a even worse attitude , I even stated that the energy was disgusting in there , he gave me even more of an attitude . There was also a Caucasian girl sweeping and never once did she acknowledge me either . Very disappointing experience especially on my daughter's 9th birthday . read more

Wooooo-sah. This Starbucks location really tests my patience, especially during the morning weekday rush. I come here sporadically solely due to the fact that is on the way to my job. My main word of advice for dealing with this location is utilize MOBILE ORDER & PAY. Which, coincidentally, may be the leading cause of the decline of service and efficiency for those walking in to order at this location and other Starbucks. On my very last visit, this past Thursday (11/10/16), I waited to order and then receive my drink for a total of 22 minutes. Mind you, there wasn't even that long of a line. One barista was making drinks. DURING A WEEKDAY MORNING. In addition, there was a new-ish employee operating the register who wasn't completely sure of what was available plus what all of the drinks were. Just a list of bad decisions. Weekday mornings from opening to about 9:30/10:00 am is when all, competent and efficient hands should be on deck. This shouldn't be a notion but an actual action for any Starbucks location. I will give them that the employees are very friendly but I prefer productivity over friendliness. read more

This used to be a terrific Starbucks, but there seems to have been a management change. I usually order via the app, but they quite often show they are out of stock on bagels. This morning they did have 1 bagel available, but I had to wait in a long line to order. The barrista that is usually here is pretty efficient, I believe her name is Coralis? Because of it's location, I usually end up here in the morning, I hope they straighten things out soon. I miss walking in and having my order waiting for me. It's hit or miss with service depending on who is working. Cleanliness sometimes isn't the best either. My last visit annoyed me more than I cared to admit because the barista found it better to be texting rather than making our drinks. This barista wasn't nice to the new girl they had working either. Made a quick stop in here as we were helping a friend move and needed a caffeine fix. Very quick service even though it was busy and there was a line. The only issue we had with our order was that they forgot one drink, but they promptly made it up for us before we left. Also, one customer dropped her drink as she was taking it from the barista and they happily picked it up and made her another drink as well. Great service covers a lot of things and this Starbucks did not disappoint. I noticed a lot of people working on laptops or sitting with friends. The speed which I got my drink was slow, however it was because the lady was cleaning up as she explained to her co-worker, she hates making drinks in a mess. For two ladies working, I was very impressed. The drink was consistent to all other starbucks drinks, not sweeter, not less sweet. I would come back again, however, next time: choosy at my times when I walk in. This is my local Starbucks, and I love how close it is to my apartment. The drinks are always made really well. I never have to wait very long. If I order it for pick up, drinks are always made on time. The place is also always really clean, always has anything I want to order, which is really refreshing, because the other Starbucks I go to regularly doesn't have food items I want to order or supplies needed to make certain drinks. All these things are great, but my favorite part of this location is definitely the staff. I really love the staff here. I think they're always pleasant, responsive, and even work with me to offer suggestions of things to try based on my drink orders and preferences. They are also able to find better ways quickly to make it up to me whenever items I ordered online went out of stock. Just one little flaw lately. It seems that they don't put enough ice into frappuccinos because, for instance, I ordered three green tea frappuccinos today and went to pick them up five minutes after. This Starbucks is really a hit or miss in regards to service. I've visited during many different times of the day and the service is never consistent. The morning ladies at 6am are always friendly and welcoming. I prefer to now only visit this location during the morning time. The afternoon and evenings vary. The staff seems to care more about staff gossip or their personal lives. Typically, I wouldn't care what the staff talks about but when my drink isn't made properly due to lack of focus, it's a slight issue for me. They are pretty fast with making the drinks which I can appreciate. The store is tiny! The cleanliness makes up for the size but don't plan on meeting a group of friends here because there probably won't be seating available. Overall, just a decent Starbucks. The ladies are really nice here. I came in on a Sunday when it wasn't busy and the barista answered my question regarding what was in the "peppermint mocha". I thought it was hot chocolate with peppermint syrup. I was wrong. Long story short, I got the peppermint mocha and it was fine, a little wired because it has espresso. So I love Starbucks like any other fan, but I love Starbucks even more when there's a special (like any other fan). Like the $3 Grande Frappuccino they have until today. However, I hate Starbucks when they don't plan accordingly for the crowd. First, if the deal starts after 2 and it's 2:30, there should be more than 2 people working. Especially on a Saturday, 3 wks before Christmas when people are out shopping. There were at least 5 people in front of me, a few after me when I got there. Order taking was an average, and the barista making the drinks was pretty quick. However 2 people after me got their drinks ahead of me. I don't understand that if we're all getting Frappuccinos. I been to this location couple of time now and I have had pleasant experience so far. It is very conveniently located right off of WT Harris Blvd and the good thing is that it's the first store when you enter the shopping center so you can't miss it. They have great outdoor patio seating area perfect for summer time. They have a good size seating area as well. This location is quite clean and organized compare to other locations I been in Charlotte. Obviously all their stuff taste the same so no comments there but they do have good customer service. read more
