Unfortunately, both tasted extremely flavorless and the bagels themselves were an odd texture, almost as if they had been microwaved. My husband was so disappointed he went back to the cash register area to ask for a refund. Management stood by their product asserting that they did not put their sandwiches in the microwave. The manager remained extremely professional and offered a refund on the sandwiches. We were so surprised, but extremely grateful for the gesture.
