However, the onion soup was overly salty, likely due to the cheese which was in the soup and also on the bread. Another downside, especially as first-time visitors, was the lack of guidance. We weren't informed that water was self-serve, and only realized it after noticing another guest getting it themselves. Interestingly, when leaving, we saw staff pouring water for newly seated guests, which added to the inconsistency. Overall, the food showed effort from the kitchen, but the service experience was disappointing. The 2-star rating is mainly in appreciation of the quality of the dishes. Cafe is quite small and we felt hot, as there's only a portable AC that couldn't accommodate that size of room. Not recommended place, even this is one of the rarest cafe in town. We left the chicken, but ate the salad, which was good. We notified, the server regarding the over salting of the chicken, and she stated she would let the prep team know.
