This Starbucks shares a location with a bank so the parking and drive-thru situation is a little unique. Service was friendly but it did take a bit of time to get a latte. There were only 2 of us inside and a few cars in the drive-thru with 3 baristas working. They have outdoor seating but no trash bins outside so if you have your pup with you and need to dispose of their waste, you will need to dispose of it elsewhere as their bins are only inside. read more

Worst Starbucks experience ever tbh. Stopped in 10/25 4:40pm to which there was no manager or shift lead present just a bunch of ill experienced employees working. Everytime u go there's a different policy regarding a water. Some staff will give you a water upon request and some won't and then argue with you upon clarification in policy. Formal complaint filed with the DM and corporate. Get it together. You spend hundreds here over the course of a week and when you would like to get a water separate after an order some 14 year old barista will tell you no. read more

A lot has changed since the last time I was here. I placed a order in line and walked over to get me coffee like usual. There were 3 girls working. Not one of them greeted me or even acknowledge me even after a five minute wait. I didn't want to go touching other peoples drinks due to how sensitive people have been with Covid. Even after I figured out which drink was mine they didn't even see me. Who's the manager here? I think some training is needed for your store employees. read more

I've been here several times before today but each time before I've only used the drive-thru. Not bad, I've never waited more than 10 minutes and that's when the line is backed up past the bank entrance. However, this is my first check-in to experience their dine-in service. My order went quick, the barista was able to give me great insight on the sugar free ingredients. They use Sucralose as sweetener. Not for me but that's a personal choices. Ohhh choices! So great to have them! Any whoo - sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather while I'm waiting to get my tires replaced at Big O' Tires just behind this location. How convenient!! Another Sbux with a Drive-Thru. Kind of a weird little building - they physically share the building with a bank, you go through a main front door, then bear left to the entrance for the Sbux. I got a tall coffee with room for cream to go. I was tempted by the baked goods in the display case, but I decided to restrain myself. As with the other Starbucks I hit in CO - the same applied - gorgeous mountain babes working the place. Went in, and was literally ignored for 15 minutes even though there was no one in line (no wonder), 3 people inside, and 2 cars in the drive-thru! Convenient location. It is a bit odd that they share an entrance with the bank. I love having a drive-thru, but you cannot make a left out the parking lot by the drive-thru exit, which is probably what 99% of the customers need to do. This place was my savor during college. 5am and a huge cup of joe. I went her recently to grab a tea and chat it up with a friend. It's spotless on the inside and boy is the staff friendly. And not the 'Hello how are you here's your drink bye" kinda friendly they're just plan old nice. Small chit chat with everyone being extra personable remember people coming in asking how they are doing. My drink was perfect. Came out fast. Came with not only a smile but a talk about how to enjoy the nice weather. They even offered to top my drink off with hot water as I was heading out. A trip to THIS Starbucks made me call the 800 customer service number and cancel rewards membership and have them refund the money that was on my gold card. I have been a gold card member with Starbucks since 2008. This visit single-handedly ended that. In one visit to one Starbucks I went from being a frequent customer usually more than three or four times per week, to boycotting them and bad mouthing them to every single one of my friends and family. August 22, 2017, approximately 11:20 AM. I pulled into the drive through. Ordered a Venti iced coffee with no ice. She repeated it back to me Venti iced coffee with no ice she said. She said will there be anything else? I said if you could be so kind as to put one packet of raw sugar in there I would appreciate it. She said no problem. I pulled around and was behind one car. They handed him a sandwich out the window. 15 seconds later he hands the sandwich back. Four minutes later they had him another sandwich and he finally pulled away. Not a big deal. That didn't bother me at all actually. Usually a four minute wait in the drive-through line would make me blow a fuse, but today I actually had some time to kill as I was waiting on somebody so I was just checking my email. I pulled up to the window and she hands me up a Venti iced coffee full of ice. I simply stated oh, I ordered no ice. She looks at me funny and takes it back and shut the window without saying a word. 20 or 30 seconds later she hands me a cup out of the window. I reached out and grabbed it. It was a Venti iced coffee with no ice and it looked like they had dumped it in a barrel of coffee before they handed it to me. It was soaking wet. Dripping from all around the bottom and the lid. It had coffee all over it from top to bottom. It dripped on my brand new car which unfortunately has cream colored leather upholstery. It dripped on my shorts which are unfortunately light gray. It got in my cupholder it got on my armrest, all over my car's console and all over me. When I looked at her after placing the coffee in my cup holder I looked her right in the eyes and sain REALLY?! She said oh let me get you a napkin. She comes back with a handful of napkins and returns my Starbucks card to me, and closes the window without saying a word. I am sorry I inconvenienced you oh genius lady at the Starbucks drive-through, by being a customer of yours. Trust me, it will never ever ever happen again. If you want a randomly select flavor that is somewhat close to your order this is your place. The last 3 times I've been there the order has been wrong. Today, I ordered an iced mocha venti with an extra shot of espresso and 5 shots of raspberry. She repeated back the wrong order that wasn't close. After 3 attempts the order was successfully heard. I got a venti with no raspberry and 5 shots of mocha. To their credit it was a venti. Not sure how much coffee was in there because all I tasted was the mocha. Eat a piece of unsweetened baking chocolate and that's what it tasted like. Unfortunately I was already on the road and couldn't turnaround when I tasted it. Interestingly, I heard all about her 6'5" prom date who is the best basketball player and will be taller than her even with her 4" heels while she was talking to her coworker that was on break while she tried to make my extremely complicate iced venti mocha with an extra shot and 5 pumps of raspberry. 40 minutes later I still only taste Mocha. read more
