This starbucks is always nice to come to because as a millennial, I get stressed about parking. There are lots of parking spots available in their lot. This location has a mix of individual tables, group tables, and big long tables for groups or just sitting at the table together with others. There are also bar seats. The bathrooms are gender neutral and require a code. And there is a drive thru at this location. read more

I get going in here the point is to buy something. Had to go to the bathroom and no disrespect im a working person and the girl rudly said u have to buy something *noted* but why so rude. I have gone into plenty of stabucks asked for the code and not once have they discriminated against me saying you have to buy something. Look you all have jobs because of us that go in and buy overpriced coffee and you still have the audacity to ask for a tip. You should at least let a person use the restroom without harassing them to buy a drink. Guess they didn't like i told them like it was and they asked me to leave. Ladies you all need to remember not everyone will be rainbows and unicorns when your working in a customer service oriented business. read more

Free wifi, good parking area, serene place, hipster place, quiet. Service? Not that much, the drinks are just there, they never called out your name or number, i just got mine just because my eyes is on the one who serve the drinks. But if you are not alert as i was your drinks will be taken away by anybody. Or, the orders are getting doubled. I saw 3 drinks that the server threw it away cause nobody claims it. I love this Starbucks, drinks always feel like they are made with love and most employees are the sweetest. But ive had two separate occasions where I have a lady by the name DANIELLE speak to me so rudely when taking my order like im stupid or a child. I asked the people at the window who I can speak to about her but they mentioned she's the highest one at that location so there's not much that can be done??? That lady only knows how to do one thing and it's ruin a good morning with her dirty attitude. Also I have never went out my way for a review. But she real life made me sick, I order almost every morning from this location, she's miserable??? read more

II had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered three items. a water, a cup of ice, a chocolate cookie, and a Dubai matcha. The cashier handed me the first three right away, but I waited a long time for my matcha while four to six customers who arrived after me received their drinks first. When I politely followed up, the barista dismissed me and told me to "wait because they're busy," even though she was making drinks for newer customers. While I continued waiting, I also overheard two employees, one with red/pinkish hair and glasses, and another with short curly black hair and glasses, calling me a "cry baby," which was extremely unprofessional. This behavior is unacceptable in customer service. I hope management addresses this and ensures the staff treats customers with professionalism and respect. read more

On the way to Porto's bakery in the morning stopped to grab a vanilla latte for my wife. The folks inside were super nice and greeted me when coming in. The store was not too busy as it was still early in the morning. Chatted a bit with the barista as I am not as familiar with the various cup sizes. She showed me the sizes and I picked one and with in 3-4 minutes had my drink in hand. Liked how nice it was inside super clean not to mention the fresh smell of coffee brewing is always nice Would come again. read more

The drinks are the same.. but as for the customer service, the baristas are rude af.. some lady needed to use the restroom, she didn't speak English that well, and asked for the code to the bathroom.. instead of just saying it nicely she started shouting and repeating herself.. like she was super bother that she had to speak to anyone... like really? Totally unnecessary.. we all got our own problems but taking out yours on a nice little lady?? Definitely need some customer service training... in the end the lady still didn't get the code and I had to help her which I was happy to do... trying my best to not make this personal.. but you make Starbucks drinks.. if this is hard or your not happy get a different job.. read more

This Starbucks is not worth it. Yeah, all Starbucks are expensive, but what makes this one worse is the terrible service. I had to grab another form of payment from my car (took 6-7 minutes), came back, and my $15 drinks were already melted. I asked for a redo, and the staff gave me major attitude like it was some huge inconvenience, even though no one else was there. The barista making my drinks looked angry the whole time. Also, the drive thru is way too narrow for trucks. The interior is decent, and the drive thru roof is kinda nice, but the service ruins everything. Go somewhere else. read more

I recently started working in the area and have gone to this Starbucks a few times now. The staff is always friendly, and have a smile on their face. My drink is ALWAYS amazing, and I do not understand how this drink can be made so well but other locations do not have the same quality. Also the little happy face they put on my drink, or the little doodle like a star makes me smile. read more

Spacious Starbucks with plenty of seating for everyone. This is a great pit stop if you've been on the road for a while heading to Knott's Berry Farm. It is right off of the 91 freeway and about a five minute drive to the theme park. Drive through is attached. read more

I was sitting with a group of people for over an hour (who ordered items in the store) as we were having a meeting, but after we dispersed I decided to stay back to continue working on my laptop. After working for about 30 minutes, the employee DANIELLE said I needed to leave because I didn't order anything. To which I explained I had already been in there for over an hour with a group of people who all ordered, she replied with "well I didn't see that so if you didn't purchase anything you can't use the space." I'm just a block away and my friends think it's so cool that I'm within walking distance from a Starbucks. Not only that, this one has a drive-through. Walked there today and the staff was friendly and getting the job done, I didn't have to wait too long. Note that online it states they close at 11pm, but actually their dining room closes at 7pm so people like me that walk there won't be able to order (only drive-through available). Lots of tables and chairs available. I was just thinking that this place would have been perfect for studying when I was in nursing school but then I saw other reviews stating that there weren't any outlets available. read more

Came in as a partner and didn't have any ID which was no problem paying full price but shift lead made it seem like I was trying to steal and had a very rude demeanor. Stopped by Starbucks for a quick coffee before work. The line was long, but I figured it would move fast spoiler it didn't. After waiting almost 15 minutes, I finally got my latte, and it was... fine. Not bad, but not great either.The place was packed, so finding a seat was impossible, and the noise level made it hard to relax. It's convenient, and the drinks are consistent, but for the price, I'd rather go somewhere with better coffee and a calmer vibe. read more

Pulling up to this Starbucks at 6:00am on a Sunday, the drive-thru was a mile long but not a single person inside. So like a normal human being I parked and went inside. I was instantly greeted by multiple staff members which was a nice welcome! I was taking a look at the new holiday items and needed a minute, but I was asked by three cashiers if I needed help. I do appreciate the attention but found it odd that nobody heard the other person ask or realized I was still the only person inside. I ordered my dirty chai latte and a pumpkin scone, and typically the food items that are not heated or prepped are brought over to the pick-up counter right away. As I waited I noticed that it was not there but my drink came out in about 2 minutes. I asked if my pastry was coming and the barista said it should be. I waited another 5 minutes before yet another barista packed my scone and brought it over. I was not in a rush so I'm not worried or complaining about the wait time, but even while waiting and watching the chaos, everyone just seems so disorganized and either does not know where the food/drink items are or does not know where they need to go. I would not doubt a longer wait in the drive-thru because of this. Luckily my drink was made good and the scone had no complaints. read more

The staff are very nice and welcoming. They offer a wide variety of coffee, with lots of options to choose from. My favorites are the banana milk latte and the corn latte. Both are signature drinks and definitely worth trying. They also have a good selection of baked goods. The scones and garlic bread are especially tasty. The facilities feel a bit outdated and could use some remodeling. The restroom, in particular, is old and not very clean. Service is good. If you order online, they prepare your drink ahead of time and keep it chilled in the fridge until pickup, which is a nice touch.

Unfortunately, that turned into over an hour--with no updates from staff during that time. What made it worse was that we only found out after we had already paid that the kitchen was backed up. That's something customers deserve to know upfront so they can decide whether they're willing to wait. We were also there with a baby who needed to go down for a nap, which made the long, unexpected delay even more difficult. On top of that, they had already run out of matcha and the menu was extremely limited, which was disappointing considering that's one of the main draws of a place like this. Overall, poor communication and lack of transparency really ruined the experience. I understand delays happen, but being upfront and managing expectations would have made a huge difference. Extremely disappointed. We went to this place a long time ago when they first opened and remembered them having a more extensive menu and it being far better. Sad to see that this place has gone downhill. My family and I will definitely not be coming back again.

From the cashier (pretty young lady) and 2 barista/dudes and since I have been binging finally on K drama I swear one of them (you need to find out for yourself) could be a twins of Kim Min-Kyu with glasses. I however didn't wear my glasses but I'm not mad about that. I think my first time visited this location was during 2010. Definitely more future trips back even though there are 20-+ coffee shops nearby. I love their coffee and it is such a nice taste to add the coffee ice but last time I went there…read morethey didn't have the coffee ice which was kind of a bummer but their iced Americano is so rich and roasty.. I've been here since I was in college but still such a gem! The owner is also super helpful and nice :)
