I was in the area for work, was staying at a local Hotel, this was the closest Starbucks to the Hotel. I was actually surprised that there was not one closer, there are Starbucks everywhere. Just spoiled, this location was within a couple miles, . This location seems newer, very nice inside, lots of seating, not sure they have a patio, but maybe on the other side. The interior is modern, open and welcoming. I used the app of course to pre-order my drink so it would be ready when I arrived. Highly recommended you use it as well, saves time as well as you earn rewards. The staff had my drink ready with a smile and were very friendly. My horchata espresso was very good, consistency from location to location is what you can count on at Starbucks, thank you for that. Great spot to enjoy coffee, drinks, snacks or food. This Buena Park Starbucks has repeatedly disappointed me with poor customer service, unacceptable cleanliness, and low-quality drinks. On several occasions, I have said I would not return, but after this latest visit, I am done. My drink was only three-quarters full. Charging customers full price while serving noticeably less than what they paid for is unacceptable. Customers should not have to question whether they will receive a properly prepared, full drink. Beyond this location, my experiences have left me questioning whether Starbucks still upholds the values and standards that once distinguished the company. What happened to the legendary service, consistent quality, and welcoming environment that built its reputation Premium prices come with expectations, and this location consistently falls short. This starbucks is always nice to come to because as a millennial, I get stressed about parking. There are lots of parking spots available in their lot. This location has a mix of individual tables, group tables, and big long tables for groups or just sitting at the table together with others. There are also bar seats. Came to this location at 7:18 this morning when I walked into this location customer service is my main thing and also being a manager as well without customers we do not have paychecks. Lynn was extremely rude when I walked up to the counter instead of saying good morning welcome to Starbucks when I went up to the register I asked her may I please use the restroom and when she looked up at me, her face looked like she was so disgusted and what she's saying and then she asked me will I even be making a purchase at this location today and I said yes ma'am I will very hesitant to give customer restroom code at that a paying customer and I looked at her and said yes everybody in the restaurant was looking at me already because I asked her. Idk what's up with this particular Starbucks but they have unfulfilling staff. I usually avoid this location because they've always given me a bad experience.. On the way to Porto's bakery in the morning stopped to grab a vanilla latte for my wife. The folks inside were super nice and greeted me when coming in. The store was not too busy as it was still early in the morning. Chatted a bit with the barista as I am not as familiar with the various cup sizes. I had to grab another form of payment from my car (took 6-7 minutes), came back, and my $15 drinks were already melted. II had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered three items. a water, a cup of ice, a chocolate cookie, and a Dubai matcha. The cashier handed me the first three right away, but I waited a long time for my matcha while four to six customers who arrived after me received their drinks first. I'm just a block away and my friends think it's so cool that I'm within walking distance from a Starbucks. Not only that, this one has a drive-through. Walked there today and the staff was friendly and getting the job done, I didn't have to wait too long. Note that online it states they close at 11pm, but actually their dining room closes at 7pm so people like me that walk there won't be able to order (only drive-through available). Lots of tables and chairs available.
