I got to try the Kyoto cold brew, which tasted like a geisha coffee to me due to its fruity and floral nature. This will be my go to coffee drink next time I am visiting someone in cstat and a very pleasant surprise after what was described to me as a "stronger cold brew". We got a strawberry and a cream cheese kolache and they were chewy and doughy instead of being soft and pillowy like in most other places in town. Very disappointing. The service was excellent and the baristas were more than happy to indulge my questions about the coffee and equipment used. The atmosphere is also cool and hip (my guess as to why this place is so highly rated). I assume they have free WiFi too (not sure) which is bound to attract even more people.
