I'm usually a big fan of Koala, but Kung Fu is definitely becoming one of my go-to spots again. The shop itself is pretty spacious. There's a bar-style counter with high chairs and outlets along one wall, which is nice if you want to get some work done. On the other side, there are a couple of booths that are perfect for studying. It's usually quiet, and the music isn't too loud. One thing I wish they had is more places to plug things in. There's really only one outlet, so it would be helpful if they added a power strip or something similar for people using devices. The drinks have been solid overall. I've tried the oolong milk tea, which was good and pretty standard. I think they use milk powder in that one, just something to keep in mind. The mango slush was a little too artificial tasting for me, but still enjoyable every now and then depending on your mood. My current favorite is the Wow Milk Cap Oolong Tea. It has this creamy layer on top that you mix into the oolong tea, and the flavor is amazing. I get it at 30% sweetness with boba, and I've been obsessed. The boba is always soft and chewy with that perfect brown sugar flavor. They really get the texture right every time. The staff is always friendly and always get my order right. Service has been quick and easy every time I've visited. If you're into milk tea and looking for a chill spot to hang out or study, definitely check this place out.

short review w/ tips!…read more so many memories made of sharetea at a&m. really glad we have one so close to campus! fast service, nice staff, fun anime character drawings around the store, limited indoor seating but nice outdoor area with more seating available! love the price, size, and boba here overall. my go-to is a milk green tea w/ 75% sugar & less ice, try it :) tip 1: rewards; this location doesn't have rewards stamp cards like some other share teas. instead they have rewards through cash up-- it works the exact same, just put in your phone number and get a free boba every 10 drinks :) tip 2: parking; careful with parking anywhere in century square, it's *supposed* to be paid nearby (which sucks)-- sometimes you can cheese it on off hours or if you're quick, but other times the shopping complex stations parking attendants around that give out tickets like candy. there's a garage nearby you can park at for free if you wanna play it safe. overall: 10/10
