Two women were kind enough to ask if they could help me find anything. Thank you! When I went to buy some sauerkraut-type vegetables in a jar, there was black fuzzy mold, like, the bad kind, all over the container. I told the guy about it but I got the feeling they'll just wipe it off and return it to the shelf....

I had switched to VFP many, many years ago and I am so glad that I did as I have always had top notch service with each and every script, which says a lot as I have 10+ scripts!! I enjoy utilizing their after hours call in, which I appreciate tremendously as there are times that I have 5+ refill requests which may take 3+ minutes on refills which is cumbersome. Though, I did love their grocery store too, so choosing their pharmacy wasn't a stretch for me!!!

The drinks tasted pretty good! But they were a bit on the small side. The shake didn't satiate me, and the iced coffee was more than half ice. The worker running the shop wasn't wearing a mask, and she wasn't enforcing mask wearing. It made me very uncomfortable. The ambiance was also lacking: it felt like a warehouse. There was no music playing and no white noise, which made me feel awkward. I wouldn't use this place to study or relax.

Each and every experience I've had with them has been a delight. Their hemp products are always of super-high quality. What's made my experience with Elevated so amazing, has been their customer service. I've communicated with them several times via email and they are absolutely top-notch. Some real stand-up guys. My wife and I love Elevated so much that they have become our sole provider of hemp and hemp-related items. Prices and quality are incredible and the selection is wide and ever-changing. The level of professionalism that they operate with is un-matched in this industry. There are tooonnnssss of smoke shops in TX and as we all know, many of which are sketchy and staffed with some, let's say "interesting" characters. Not the case with Elevated. Doing business with them feels like I'm buying a Ferrari. I could continue to gush over how amazing they are, but I'll end with this: Go to Elevated, buy their products and help support Texas small business and Texas veterans. You won't regret it. They run an amazing operation and will treat you with dignity and respect every time. They're truly 11/10.
