I'm very disappointed to be writing this. I visited this location regularly (The College Station…read morelocation on Texas Ave.)--about three times a week--because it is close to my home. Last night, an employee informed me that I was no longer allowed to come to this location. This decision appears to stem from a personal issue unrelated to the business. The employee has shown ongoing hostility toward me because she once dated a family member who now lives in my home. I have never been rude, disruptive, or disrespectful during any visit, yet her behavior has escalated to the point of banning me from the store. I was told the new manager, Brandon, approved this. It is troubling that an employee is permitted to use her position to act on personal grudges rather than professionalism. As a loyal customer, I expected better. Unfortunately, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this business.

I had called and the manager advised me this would be best as sometimes delivery orders this large do not get picked up by the third party for delivery.
