My wife was just in the Bryan store to make our weekly Kratom purchase and for the third time a particular employee was incredibly rude and argumentative. Made a scene in the store with my wife after she witnessed him be rude to the people in line before her. Not sure of his name its either Adrian or Aiden. Short stocky dark skinned man with fake color contacts. This little peice of work has been rude every time ive dealt with him and this is the last straw. Good prices. The girl there was very kind and well versed on the products I asked about. I felt like she took the time to answer my questions...because I had a dozen! Variety is outstanding, and products were high quality. Best part is...and I kid you not, I was the last customer there the night I was in town before she closed the door, and I asked the young girl if there was anything else she could bonus me on top of all I was buying. Well, she comes over around the counter, and lifts her sweater top...and was bra-less (and were quite impressive) shook from side to side for about 4-5 seconds, and laughed. She then calmly pulled her top back down over "my two bonuses" and gave me a quick kiss on the lips and then went back behind the counter and proceeded to ring me up with a wry grin. Beautiful girl, was not trashy in any way, and it was in top of a great customer experience to begin with. That'll never happen to me again, but make sure you guys always at least ASK FOR ANYTHING ELSE THAT CAN BE BONUSED BEFORE MAKING A DECENT PURCHASE - IF A BEAUTIFUL GIRL CHECKS YOU OUT AT THE REGISTER - because you never know what else you'll get. read more

I was in town looking to get a few gifts for a friend. I don't have much knowledge on hookahs and Tobacco accessories. They were super helpful on explaining the different types of cuts, papers, pipes, and they never tried to push me to buy anything. They just give me information for the products they had to offer. I especially loved how they didn't ask me for an ID the second I walked through the door. Because I look like a small child, but I'm really 21. They won't however sell you anything without an ID so have it ready when you do go. I would highly recommend this place. I only wish there was one in my city. read more

So just moved here from Dallas. Straight up, I felt like the employee was just trying to sell me an expensive water pipe and my gf a handheld vape by soliciting he could get product for us. Of course we bought them, but over 2 weeks and just a spanish voicemail. I understand this behavior from a junkie but not a pot head. My loss, I won't be back...I'm not gonna make it awkward for all of us. I recently found wildside in cs was great! They didn't try to hassle me or even bring up product, and it seems enough smiling faces go to wildside that it won't take long to find a source outside of the shop, which is the right way to do it. read more

Dude, Fatty's is, like, my number one smoke shop. Since the first time I walked in, I haven't gone to any other shop. The guys working there are always so cool, but very professional. I purposely said bong one day instead of water pipe to see what they'd do, and this guy (cant remember who) went from cool as a cucumber, to ready to throw me out. He didn't, but still. The music is a little loud most of the times, but it usually isn't that much of an issue. They usually seem to know their shit too, and they have never tried pushing a product on me. Personally, I'm going to give 4 stars on smoke shops forever, cause the shit's just so damn expensive. I know that the way it goes with that kind of stuff but still. So if you want posters, water pipes, hookahs, glass pipes and bubblers, bowls, lighters, incense, colored contacts, tattoo guns, (deep inhale) rolling papers, grinders, screens, filters, vaporizers, cleansers or even just a fuckin' energy drink, head down to Fatty's.
