Good prices. The girl there was very kind and well versed on the products I asked about. I felt like she took the time to answer my questions...because I had a dozen! Variety is outstanding, and products were high quality. Best part is...and I kid you not, I was the last customer there the night I was in town before she closed the door, and I asked the young girl if there was anything else she could bonus me on top of all I was buying. Well, she comes over around the counter, and lifts her sweater top...and was bra-less (and were quite impressive) shook from side to side for about 4-5 seconds, and laughed. She then calmly pulled her top back down over "my two bonuses" and gave me a quick kiss on the lips and then went back behind the counter and proceeded to ring me up with a wry grin. Beautiful girl, was not trashy in any way, and it was in top of a great customer experience to begin with. That'll never happen to me again, but make sure you guys always at least ASK FOR ANYTHING ELSE THAT CAN BE BONUSED BEFORE MAKING A DECENT PURCHASE - IF A BEAUTIFUL GIRL CHECKS YOU OUT AT THE REGISTER - because you never know what else you'll get. read more

I go to fatty's weekly however I will be changing my routine due to the horrible service provided at this location. The only female that works here will make it her mission to be extremely rude, belittle you, and make you uncomfortable to the point of leaving. Definitely will be avoiding this location from now on read more

Decent selection and decent prices. The staff is always super professional and courteous.

Most over priced smokeshop in TEXAS. Horrible selection. Go someplace else and get twice as much for half the price.

Won't go anywhere else in town! Texas Avenue location has BEST selection of products, great pricing and phenomenal customer service no one else in town even amounts up to Fattys In Bryan!!! Alina, Blake and Loki are always helpful, kind, respectful and care about the customers that come into the shop from what I've seen over the years of shopping with them we definitely won't take our business anywhere else but to these guys so thank y'all read more

My wife was just in the Bryan store to make our weekly Kratom purchase and for the third time a particular employee was incredibly rude and argumentative. Made a scene in the store with my wife after she witnessed him be rude to the people in line before her. Not sure of his name its either Adrian or Aiden. Short stocky dark skinned man with fake color contacts. This little peice of work has been rude every time ive dealt with him and this is the last straw. I love Fattys and they will contiue to get my buisness but this poor customer service should not have taken place and will not go without commentary on yelp this time. read more

Manager of the store was very rude and condescending. Not knowledgeable about their marketed products. Just go to Wildside, don't waste your time here. read more

I used to love going to fattys but from now on, Tooters will be getting my business! The employee that was there at the time, was extremely rude from the second we walked into the store. He argued with us and did not have even a pinch of customer service. Will not be returning. read more

There is one kind of tall african american young man who works there and is friendly and nice. This other Short stocky dark skinned man with whom I have dealt with twice is very short with his answers and is argumentative. Doesn't represent the ownership well at all. I will be trying a different shop from now on. read more

Pretty sure I got lied to about what a product was so I'd be inclined to buy the more expensive one. Then, didn't even bother to tell me I'd need a 18650 battery for my device so after getting home with it, had to get back out and drive all around to find one. The guy was super short with me, didn't seem interested in answering questions at all. Definitely not gonna be buying from here again. read more

Had a horrible experience employee there sold me the wrong product and then said I couldn't return it as much as I've gone there once never been treated like that ! Basically got robbed cause I paid for something I do didn't want read more

Went here the other day to get some CBD after having a bad experience at smoking joes next door....the Hemp bomb product was slightly more expensive then next door but I'd rather pay for good customer service the guy behind the counter was really cool and honestly I stayed there a few extra minutes because I enjoy good conversation. read more

I have been here several times and everybody is super nice although tonight I walked in to buy a juul pod only to be greeted by some kid who might have been no younger than me wearing a navy blue hoodie with glasses and shaggy long hair my boyfriend made a joke about the price to make this kid laugh but instead of a laugh he replied with "well if you don't like it you can get the fuck out" and proceeded to tell us both get the fuck out more than three times this is completely unprofessional I don't care if it is a smoke shop I've worked in retail for several years and never would I ever treat a customer like this. read more

I was in town looking to get a few gifts for a friend. I don't have much knowledge on hookahs and Tobacco accessories. They were super helpful on explaining the different types of cuts, papers, pipes, and they never tried to push me to buy anything. They just give me information for the products they had to offer. I especially loved how they didn't ask me for an ID the second I walked through the door. Because I look like a small child, but I'm really 21. They won't however sell you anything without an ID so have it ready when you do go. I would highly recommend this place. I only wish there was one in my city. read more

Fatty's staff are friendly and innovative when solving customer concerns and questions. Their selection of pipes, vape equipment and glassware is top-notch of the Brazos valley. Excellent store availability (in hours and location) and generous pricing round off a new customer's experience in smoke- shops. Highly recommend! read more

Amazing selection of high quality glass. Also Customer service is always on point. A very home like feel. ALWAYS positive vibes!

This is SUCH an amazing shop. I went here for the first time last night and the ladies in there were SO SWEET, so informative, and so personable! I left with a really beautiful piece, and a new grinder! The customer service is excellent, the store is set up really nice, super clean and professional, and a great overall vibe! I'll definitely be back. I'd recommend this shop to ANYONE. read more

Walked in looking to make a great purchase today. White couple in front of me getting checked out for a bong. White lady walks in behind me and gets in line... BEHIND me. A big chubby looking white guy who works there immediately goes to her aid while completely ignoring my prescence. So I continue to stand in line .... where I'm NEXT waiting to be helped and he comes over to ring her up in FRONT of me. They missed out on a big purchase JUST to ring up her little ass pipe smh. read more

Went to fattys after my pipe broke.. Too many choices made it hard for me to choose but the girl helped me out, she knew her stuff helped me make a good choice at a reasonable price...It was quik and smooth just the way i like it...thanks read more

It's a friendly local head shop with a pretty good selection. Everyone is chill and answered all of my questions about their vaporizers. Both locations are well stocked. read more

Awesome people awesome place! Highly recommended this is our only stop for tobacco supplies. Great prices and a fantastic selection!!

Fattys hands down is one of texas greatest smoke shops! they have a huge selection of all the great stuff you would expect to find in a smoke shop at the best prices i have ever seen. As far as being k2 verified, thats a bunch of non sense, there is no such thing as being k2 verified. The guys at fattys are super kool, always friendly and helpful with no gimmicks...thats what keeps bringing me back. I moved to college station 9 months ago and checked out all the places around and i can not find any one reason i would rather go anywhere than fattys! read more

I have actually found this place much more pricey then any other smoke shop in town, plus since when do I have to get someone out of a chair after 15 minutes of looking around to come show me there retail selection? Thought you were supposed to be helpful to your customers not be playing around on your laptop. read more

So just moved here from Dallas. Straight up, I felt like the employee was just trying to sell me an expensive water pipe and my gf a handheld vape by soliciting he could get product for us. Of course we bought them, but over 2 weeks and just a spanish voicemail. I understand this behavior from a junkie but not a pot head. My loss, I won't be back...I'm not gonna make it awkward for all of us. I recently found wildside in cs was great! They didn't try to hassle me or even bring up product, and it seems enough smiling faces go to wildside that it won't take long to find a source outside of the shop, which is the right way to do it. read more

Dude, Fatty's is, like, my number one smoke shop. Since the first time I walked in, I haven't gone to any other shop. The guys working there are always so cool, but very professional. I purposely said bong one day instead of water pipe to see what they'd do, and this guy (cant remember who) went from cool as a cucumber, to ready to throw me out. He didn't, but still. The music is a little loud most of the times, but it usually isn't that much of an issue. They usually seem to know their shit too, and they have never tried pushing a product on me. Personally, I'm going to give 4 stars on smoke shops forever, cause the shit's just so damn expensive. I know that the way it goes with that kind of stuff but still. So if you want posters, water pipes, hookahs, glass pipes and bubblers, bowls, lighters, incense, colored contacts, tattoo guns, (deep inhale) rolling papers, grinders, screens, filters, vaporizers, cleansers or even just a fuckin' energy drink, head down to Fatty's. You won't be sorry. read more
