You cannot SPEAK to someone to ask about individual cards, you HAVE to use a kiosk & look everything up yourself. Why even go to the store if that's the case? They allow people to use tables to make deals selling cards & such - which is weird for ANY retail establishment. Very disappointed & wont be returning.
