Easily the best vape shop I've visited in college Station, I really enjoy the fact that they include a pool table and some very comfortable chairs. The owner will walk you through setting up your new equipment, and gives you tips on how to not mess anything up. Their prices are very fair plus you have someone to go back to if anything in your device starts messing up for no reason. A couple of years ago I wrote a good but less than perfect review for this place but things have sure improved. More specifically, I never have to wait. And the deals they offer can't be beat. I hear people constantly raving about a couple of other Vape stores here locally that I have patroned in the past and Vintage Vape runs circles around them when it comes to pricing of juice and custom flavors. OOOOK.... So I would like to start by saying they have the best vapor in town (unfortunately, collectively they are all terrible). Believe me, I have tried every single place. I have not had a very good experience with this place. I will list each of my experiences in order. 1st: I think this around the time they first opened up. I figured, great a new vape shop! Walked in, everyone seemed super friendly! No big deal. I wanted to try a sweet flavor, and they had all of their flavors in huge bottles on the wall behind the counter. Wanted me to put my nose up to the bulk flavoring to take a whiff if it. To me, that is disgusting. How many other people have breathed on this flavor?! I asked if that was what they were going to serve out of, and they said yes. I walked out. 2nd: I was hoping they had stopped the whiff test, and they had lol. Got a very good sweet flavor and was super happy about it. Bit of a wait, but that is expected when they mix everything fresh. 3rd: It took me 5 trys to get to them when they were open. They have posted business hours that are not followed very strictly. The owner blames it on them living in Houston. I work in Houston. I have never been late or missed days. However, they kept saying they would be there in an hour. I waited in the parking lot for an hour then went home. Came back an hour later, no one. Came back another hour, no one. Not sure how many times I tried. When I finally got there they were out of VG. OUT OF VG. What vape shop is out of VG? 4th: I go up there during business hours on a Saturday. No sign, no note on the door. Nothing on their website. My wife left a voicemail. We got a TEXT from the owner saying sorry, they randomly decided to spend all of fathersday weekend with their dad and the shop was not going to be open all weekend. Who does that? 5th: This was today. I went in to get a flavor, and they were saying some crap about being out of nicotine. They said they had enough to make my juice. Ill tell you something, I have been vaping for a LONG time. I know when there is no nicotine. Guess what... there is no nicotine in this flavor. Also, and added bonus, the glass on my juice dropper was broken when I got home with it. Owners: As a business owner myself, you must understand that you have to serve your customer. That means, if you forget to put a sign on the door when you are closed during business hours, you have to drive yourself all the way to work and put that sign up. If you are going to be in the business of selling E juice, you have to actually stock product to sell. This is basic stuff. SO basic. Also, in your attempt to have a chill environment, you have to include every person that walks in the door in your "group." I felt like I was walking into someones house a few times during a party. Its weird. AND final note, if you are having a bad day, I don't care. When you are an adult you have to learn how to smile when you are sad. MY customers do not care if I am having a bad day. Really cool atmosphere, good juices at good prices. Met the owner and he seems like a nice, honest guy. Was disappointed that their method for tasting juices was for me to hit the owner's dripper which had a weird tang to it from whatever juice he normally vapes on. Despite this I still got some pretty good juice for a fair price. Fair prices on hardware, not the best in town but certainly not the worst! Was disappointed by the staff/ hangers on at this place however. Most vape shops have a bar-like friendly atmosphere, this place is obviously going for that but when I sat down at the counter while waiting for my juice to be made the employees talking behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me and even walked to another area of the shop to escape the awkward tension. This was kind of insulting as I am used to sitting down at vape shops and getting into friendly and helpful conversations with complete strangers about vaping, here it felt a little like i was intruding. BEWARE Scam artist, the owner or whatever he may call himself is far from knowledgeable as a business owner. They will tell you one price for an item after you put a down payment to purchase the following day when the item comes in and when you pick up they try to change the price. After a conversation about a trade in I bring the item in to trade and he offers you 15$ for something not used and worth alot more but orginally was told 35$-45$. The return policy hahah! Oh well that's another scam or non existing item as he will offer you significantly less then you paid 3days prior and then turn around and sell the item for new if you accept his scam of the day! There juice isn't even house juice it's premium juices mixed and put into another bottle with there sticker. There customer service is poor you are basically non existent until you want to buy something. Good luck trying to scam Cstat buddy. I'll stick with the real vape shop tooters from here on out as they are a honest, respectable, customer service driven business and true to there words! read more
