Last night, an employee informed me that I was no longer allowed to come to this location. This decision appears to stem from a personal issue unrelated to the business. The employee has shown ongoing hostility toward me because she once dated a family member who now lives in my home. I have never been rude, disruptive, or disrespectful during any visit, yet her behavior has escalated to the point of banning me from the store. I was told the new manager, Brandon, approved this. It is troubling that an employee is permitted to use her position to act on personal grudges rather than professionalism. As a loyal customer, I expected better. Unfortunately, I no longer feel comfortable supporting this business.

Each and every experience I've had with them has been a delight. Their hemp products are always of super-high quality. What's made my experience with Elevated so amazing, has been their customer service. I've communicated with them several times via email and they are absolutely top-notch. Some real stand-up guys. My wife and I love Elevated so much that they have become our sole provider of hemp and hemp-related items. Prices and quality are incredible and the selection is wide and ever-changing. The level of professionalism that they operate with is un-matched in this industry. There are tooonnnssss of smoke shops in TX and as we all know, many of which are sketchy and staffed with some, let's say "interesting" characters. Not the case with Elevated.
