They remember my name, treat me like family, are very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving any issues I may have. I've bought and sold many guitars with these guys over the years. There has been some times where I must say, the store could have done better. But the current manager and sales staff are a real improvement. Ralph the manager, tries to resolve issues within his capabilities, and trust me when I say I have some unusual problems but I understand the reality of business and know he is genuinely there to resolve the best he can. The sales team rocks...literally. Brooks is outstanding, vast knowledge and a love for the craft. Great set of human hearts ...give them a try even if you have to drive a little ways to get to College Station.

Their "techs" are NEVER there. This is the third time I've tried getting them to answer a question or do some work (which I will GLADLY PAY FOR) and they're either closed in the middle of the day, didn't feel like working on that day, or were on a 2-4 hour lunch. I'm not doing this anymore. I just don't have to patience for it at this stage in my life. I worked my ever-loving *** off in my careers -- I was NEVER allowed to take lunch between 11-2pm because that's when our clients needed us. And I absolutely did NOT take 2-4 hour lunches. Just......DON'T. Avoid at all costs. Save yourself the aggravation and go the String and Horn shop in downtown Bryan. They're actually there and will help you. I have no affiliation with them other than they have done work on my horns in the past. I do not get paid by them for saying any of this or anything else. They're just the only other repair shop in town and they actually act like they do want your business.

I have taken piano lessons from Miss Wilson for about two years (I had to relocate and hence…read morediscontinue). She is my very first piano teacher and with her wonderful teaching she has further enhanced my interest and love for playing piano. She is a very devoted teacher and her passion for music does definitely seep in to the students as well. What I really like about her classes is that she tailors classes by the student's needs and by the student type. Plus, incorporating theory into all my lessons has helped me understand music in a way I never thought I would. I have always been a patron of good music but its as if Miss Wilson opened up a whole new way of perceiving music. She pays attention to minute details which is very essential in any learning process, and she makes sure you never learn the wrong technique even if you are playing the right music (which is very crucial for playing any instrument). Her class can never get boring and not for a second did I ever feel that I am only practicing a drill. Learning music with Miss Wilson was fun. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn how to play piano.
