So far, all the staff have been nothing, but friendly and helpful. Staff member, Sergio was very friendly, patient, and helpful. He assisted me on this big purchase for my son. Their "techs" are NEVER there. This is the third time I've tried getting them to answer a question or do some work (which I will GLADLY PAY FOR) and they're either closed in the middle of the day, didn't feel like working on that day, or were on a 2-4 hour lunch. I'm not doing this anymore. I just don't have to patience for it at this stage in my life. I worked my ever-loving *** off in my careers -- I was NEVER allowed to take lunch between 11-2pm because that's when our clients needed us. And I absolutely did NOT take 2-4 hour lunches. Just......DON'T. Avoid at all costs. Save yourself the aggravation and go the String and Horn shop in downtown Bryan. They're actually there and will help you. I have no affiliation with them other than they have done work on my horns in the past. I do not get paid by them for saying any of this or anything else. They're just the only other repair shop in town and they actually act like they do want your business.

As a parent living between Bastrop and south Austin it's sometimes hard to find things outside of Austin and I'm always down for supporting local businesses. Leo is my son's instructor and he is patient, kind and very knowledgeable. He pushes my son and encourages his talent.
