When I made the trip back I grabbed a stove from AO and took it with me. I have no idea how but when I went to install the stove three of the burners were missing. AO immediately.shipped the missing burners to the rental. When the tenant moved in they called and said the oven wasn't working. AO sent a guy right away to repair or replace it. As he was taking parts off the dryer to find out what the problem was, he told me to come over and put my fingers together and spit on them then touch the exposed wire to see if it was still working. He laughed and said he couldn't figure out what was wrong with the dryer. He didn't know what he was doing and making jokes and being insulting the whole time. I had to call another place to fix the dryer. His comments were unacceptable and unprofessional, besides harassing the customer, and thinking it was funny to suggest I shock myself for his entertainment. He's lucky I didn't call the police. Stay away from this place! Buddy's appliance has mature, respectful, and professional people who get the job done. Shame to Appliance Outfitters, just a bunch of scammers who enjoy insulting and harassing clients.

The sales person who directed us to parts and service was nice. The niceness ended there. We went back to the service area. Three women were working. I talked with the one sitting at the desk who seemed to be in charge and explained the problem to her. They all seemed a bit ticked that I interrupted the conversation they were having. They asked if I bought the dryer there. I said no. They said that they could not send someone to our place because 25 miles was too far to travel. They told me I could bring it in for a $75 service fee. As soon as I said I didn't buy it there, the attitude shifted I felt like I wasn't good enough for them because I didn't buy from them, even though I was willing to pay for repairs. Then, they asked me what type of dryer it was. When I said LG, I kinda got a sigh and a sneer, and was told that they don't work on LG appliances. It now become very obvious that I was bothering them, wasn't good enough for them, and that we were no longer wanted. Had I been looking for any other new appliances, I definitely wouldn't have looked there. I won't go back. I don't recommend this business to anyone. It seems as if your business is not wanted if you didn't buy your appliance from them, or if you're not planning on buying a new one from them.
