Once inside we were very happy to see quality , gently used items. No junk to be seen. Updated items. No dirty massive heaps of yuckiness. And it was well organized and smells fresh and clean. And items were clearly marked. No guessing on prices and no asking only to decline buying because the prices are on the items. There was well organized clothing racks, for adults and babies, there were household goods, crafting supplies, kitchenwear and things such as movies and books for entertainment. Here is the breakdown on some of the effects they carry: Merle Norman Cosmetics- The only location in BCS where you can get it. I have been using this makeup company for years and love it. Plus they will give you a free makeover whether you just want a new way to wear your eye-makeup or you actually want an entire skin care lesson. Brighton Collectables- They have the biggest selection in BCS of jewelry, and I'm pretty sure the other stores that carry Brighton don't have their other products like handbags or shoes. The ladies that work here are very helpful and if they don't have a piece you're looking for they will special order it for you no problem. Vera Bradley- A few other places in town carry this line as well but none of them offer the personalized customer service that this location has as well as such a large selection. Hair-U-Wear- They have wigs and hair pieces out the wahzoo!! The hair pieces they carry are very high quality. I got one of the ponytail ones just for fun. I love using it when I'm having a bad hair day and believe it or not I get compliments! They also have a ton of little random gift ideas as well as clothes. The clothing is more geared toward women who are 40+ though. The store can be a little overwhelming with the amount of items that are packed into it but the ladies there are more than willing to help you search through it and I think they have been making more of an effort to organize it recently. This business is very poorly managed by allowing this conduct to occur. We were cussed out and threatened TWICE that "a gun would be put to our heads" if we attempted to pick up my trailer. Matt handled our GN livestock trailer repairs that totalled $2655.72 and of that amt. $202.40 was tax. We are a farm/ranch and have a Agricultural/Timber tax exempt permit. I told him that I had already sent my horse trainer to pick up the trailer with a check made out less the tax. Matt totally freaked out and started screaming, cussing and threatening us. I assured him not to worry and that we would pick up the trailer no matter what was owed. I called my CPA and he said to pay the tax which is exactly what we did. This business DOESN'T HANDLE PROBLEMS OR DISAGREEMENTS VERY WELL AT ALL. What a horrible experience all over a tax exempt issue. TEXAS CUSTOMZ has lost us as a customer forever. WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE after receiving these horrifying threats over not agreeing to paying a tax until we spoke with our CPA. We cannot and will not EVER RECOMMEND TEXAS CUSTOMZ TO ANYONE. I was referred to Texas Truck Riggins and Brooke was so incredibly helpful on the phone even with the shop about to close for the day. She was so kind and understanding to my situation and was able to connect me with Jason. Jason came in on Saturday, on his day off, shop closed, just to help me. He was so kind and just a genuinely great person. He got me fixed up and ready to go, and because of his efforts with Brooke, I was able to make my trip.
