Ok. That's it. That is the last time I am going to waste my time trying to get my horn worked on…read moreat this place. Don't waste your time trying to actually get anything done here. Their "techs" are NEVER there. This is the third time I've tried getting them to answer a question or do some work (which I will GLADLY PAY FOR) and they're either closed in the middle of the day, didn't feel like working on that day, or were on a 2-4 hour lunch. I'm not doing this anymore. I just don't have to patience for it at this stage in my life. I worked my ever-loving *** off in my careers -- I was NEVER allowed to take lunch between 11-2pm because that's when our clients needed us. And I absolutely did NOT take 2-4 hour lunches. Just......DON'T. Avoid at all costs. Save yourself the aggravation and go the String and Horn shop in downtown Bryan. They're actually there and will help you. I have no affiliation with them other than they have done work on my horns in the past. I do not get paid by them for saying any of this or anything else. They're just the only other repair shop in town and they actually act like they do want your business.

During the Black Friday sale, the whole drum set was $300 instead $400. This place has tons of parts and instruments that you're looking for. So far, all the staff have been nothing, but friendly and helpful. Staff member, Sergio was very friendly, patient, and helpful. He assisted me on this big purchase for my son. Lots of parking and located across the Post Oak Mall.

I hoped that with all my paperwork, the cards could be voided and reissued. NOPE. I was informed by the manager, Ralph, that their system cannot handle that transaction and that I was SOL for $150. I was not happy but suggested he mention to Corporate that they need to review this policy to help the customer. I NEVER raised my voice. Never used profanity. Never made any threats but Ralph felt it necessary to ask me to never return to their store. Odd way to handle a customer's complaint. But no worries. I won't be back....ever!!

She pays attention to minute details which is very essential in any learning process, and she makes sure you never learn the wrong technique even if you are playing the right music (which is very crucial for playing any instrument). Her class can never get boring and not for a second did I ever feel that I am only practicing a drill. Learning music with Miss Wilson was fun.
