I know they have several locations, but we've only been to this one. Back in February we were in town when my husband was running low on vape juice. We just happened to see this place from the road as we were driving by and stopped in on a whim. At that time, I stayed in the car on some phone calls while my husband ran in. He emerged with some vape juice, snacks and a couple of vitamin waters. He said they had snacks for the customers and he noticed the prices were cheaper than he was used to. He liked it enough that we decided to stock up on our most recent visit to the area. Where we live you can't get made in house juices, so we decided to get 3 large bottles. The large bottles we bought at the end of October were $19.99! I've NEVER seen them at such a low price! The inside was larger than expected and there was a lot of seating I was surprised to see as well. We waited at a table while my husbands order was being made. I didn't time it, but it was definitely less than 10 minutes. However, I saw several couches and they did indeed have drinks and snacks spread about. A very comfortable waiting experience for their customers- bravo! While I didn't check prices, I noticed a good amount of vape gear, so it's definitely more than just juices. They had an entire binder of options for the juices, which would seem overwhelming if it was your first time. My husband already had an idea of what he wanted. The staff we spoke to were polite and knowledgeable. If you set up a profile you can get discounts, for example, military. This town has a lot of options, but I only know of one other business that makes their own recipes and these prices and quality are a very good deal! Ran in today due to the fact that my coils would not fit for a yet still unknown reason. Matt was more than courteous in trying to diagnose the problem. Though the issue was never discovered, the problem was solved. He then went on to discuss a custom juice for me made like one of the premiums that I love. He was patient quite knowledgeable and thorough in his research while I was there. I was disappointed when my regular vape store closed but I found Matt and his helpful staff at Tooters, my new vape store! Everything happens for a reason, right?! I was in town for TEEX Annual Municipal Fire School as a Volunteer Firefighter. One morning in a rush to get to my training class I dropped my mod and shattered my tank. During our lunch break I rushed over to the closest vape shop I found to get a replacement so I could have time to get back and eat before returning to class. The young man who was working that day was helping another customer but immediately asked how he could help me. I showed him my set up and told him that I just needed replacement glass. He said unfortunately they were all out of replacement glass for my particular tank. I was not upset but was clearly distressed and quickly explained my situation. He didn't hesitate, as soon as he knew I was a public servant he silaid "Don't worry I got you" and went and opened up a full set up ready for sale and pulled the glass out of it. I put my debit card on the counter and told me over and over again it wasn't necessary, not to worry about payment. I was VERY grateful and explained this was like the 4th glass I've broken and he was saving me from having to tell my husband that I had to replace yet another one! So he hands me the glass and rushes to another shelf on the other side of the store. He came back (as I am struggling with getting the tank apart) and hands me a rubber ring to put around it so I won't break anymore tanks! Seeing me struggle and knowing I'm in a hurry he even offered to actually replace the tank and put the rubber ring!!! I am so very grateful for this young man. For the rest of the week any other Fire students I saw with a Vape I made sure to mention Tooters! Thank you for your kindness sir, I only feel bad that I didn't get your name. read more
