Fast service and usually no line, unless there's just one person working which happens sometimes. Staff is always friendly. Place is spacious, air-conditioned, and clean. Mornings are chill, weekends get packed. Plenty of seatings and they got rid of the leather couch and comfy seats. Which is fine for me I hardly sit in them. Only the 4-5 tables by the wall have outlets, naturally, but there are another 8-10 two-seater tables and a longer table (wheelchair accessible). Staff are all friendly. They keep this place pretty cold, and it seems they're occasionally light on food options (particularly breakfast sandwiches). But they do a good job overall here. terrible service at this location. I entered the store at 5 PM today. I ordered two decaf, medium size 8 hot coffees with sweet and low and cream with unsweetened vanilla syrup. I paid immediately. That was the end of any tranquility to my order, this guy David who was the only one in the store immediately disappeared in the back, and it took me 8 to 10 minutes to call out to him. He peeked his head out from behind a partition and said to me, he will be back with me in a minute, I waited a minute and called again. This time he stuck his head out again and said he was busy with an UberEats order. I asked him what about my two decaf coffees? To which he responded it's our policy to fill Uber Eats first because we do not want to have a problem with them. I said to him that you're going to have a problem with me if you don't give me my two coffees pretty soon, he told me this was Dunkins policy and there was nothing he could do about it. Not very happy about it but I accepted it until he finally got around to making my coffee which was now 20 minutes after I entered the store. He had to put up a fresh batch of decaf as he had run out. That added another 8 minutes. I took my two coffees out to the car and my wife and I began to sip them. There was no sweet and low and no unsweetened vanilla syrup. I brought the two coffees back and he argued with me that I never told him about sweet and low or unsweetened vanilla syrup. I asked for my money back and he said it's not their policy to refund the money, a horrible experience. I asked him for the home office phone number to which he said he isn't allowed to give that out. I'm so steamed about this I'm contemplating tracking down how to make a complaint to their home office. Seems the stores are more concerned with filling Uber eats and DoorDash orders and serving customers who are right in their face across the counter. I understand the priorities of these companies, catering to where they are selling volume but they need to staff the stores with more than one person. read more

Since it's officially the holiday season now, they have a assortment of holiday merchandise. The bathroom requires a code thats located on the receipt. Newly remodeled + drinks on point + phenomenal customer service + wifi + outlets + very clean + plenty of seating = a very happy customer! Best coffee shop hands down in Bay Ridge! They recently remodeled and the Starbucks is now 3 times the size of what it was before. It's brand spanking new and super clean. They also have so many tables I never find it hard to find a place to sit. The wifi always works and there are outlets everywhere! It's a great place to study or get some work done. What I honestly love about this location is that it has such a Bay Ridge vibe with returning locals. The manager is super nice and literally individually remembers all of the customers names. I had the worst experience at your Starbucks I have ordered an ice venti tripeo with nonfat milk. They gave me the tall with a splash of milk it was half full so I asked for a venti cup filled with ice. He continued to give me a venti half full I politely ask can I have more milk. He said that's a latte. I explained that been ordering the same drink 5 to 6 days a week for 15 years and I know I have been told since Covid since I can't put my own milk that they leave like an inch at the top which is fine. The manager was so nasty he asked her over and they still would not give me more milk. I've been in customer service for 40 years I've had several Macy stores and I understand rules and policy's but I visit several Starbucks and when I ask for my drink it's always filled to top with milk. I was embarrassed by the manger-women- to speak to me so coldly no apology for messing up my drink first time and then treated me like I was a lowlife. This store is bad enough to make me want to stop going to Starbucks altogether. Not sure why this one has issues with their mobile orders nearly every week that makes them not come through. I can't order food here because it takes 10 extra minutes and comes out cold. Then when you come in and look for your mobile order they either argue that it didn't come in at all or it went to a different store. But they somehow make your drink as requested without ever asking about customizations. The biggest problem here is probably Liz, who consistently ignores customers standing at the counter to jump into other people's conversations. She has that entitled Bay Ridge attitude that makes you want to move to Williamsburg. read more

As with most locations, the ambiance is distinctly Starbucks, from the music, chairs, tables, refrigerated foods/drinks and amenities counter. The only thing that I'd often grieve about is how few tables there are as their always taken up, some by people who hoard them for hours on end. Don't people work? The one thing that sets this apart is the vibe the baristas invest into their craft. Great customer service from beginning to end and that comes down from store management. They never appear overwhelmed despite having lines and they work through queues seemingly effortlessly. I've gone there three times in the last week and on each occasion, they messed up my order. Visit 1) I ordered a Caramel Brûlée Latte and picked it up. I take my first sip about two blocks from the store and quickly realize they had forgotten to add the whipped cream and caramel brûlée topping but I didn't feel like going back and put it down to a one-off mistake. Visit 2) I ordered an Egg Nog Latte and customized it with some whipped cream topping. As I was picking it up, my wife suggested that I check it to make sure the whipped cream had been added and low and behold, it had not despite the printed label stating that whipped cream was to be added. I had to point this out and the guy behind the counter said, "oh, you wanted whipped cream?" Duh, it's right there on the label!!! Visit 3) I ordered a Caramel Brûlée Latte again and forgot to check the contents before leaving the store, however, after one sip, I knew something was way off. I removed the lid to see that there was no whipped cream or caramel brûlée topping, so I went back in to tell them they'd missed the cream and topping. They put this on for me and I left the store and took another sip only to realize that they had forgotten the four pumps of caramel brûlée sauce. Basically, they had served me a cup of unflavored coffee instead of the flavored latte with cream and topping I had ordered. I will give them one more chance to redeem themselves and if they let me down agin, I'll be having a word with the manager. read more

This a really pretty newly renovated Starbucks in a very peaceful neighborhood. The staffs are wonderful and polite. The hours are long and you can always park here to study and the bathroom is quiet clean. Love this newly renovated Starbucks! They ended up expanding it into another storefront next door and now the place is so spacious! Definitely bigger tables and actual comfortable leather seats. This is still my go-to spot but I do more mobile ordering now since it's a lot faster especially when I'm on my way to work. Nice spot for some coffee, wifi, and AC. There are additional seats outside. Staff is friendly too. Early weekday afternoon, not very busy so that was pleasant. Staff was quick and provided smiles from the cashier thru the bar. Neat! Seat spacing is good. Customers don't bump into each other and well lit with the windows. Went back for a refill and I guess I dealt with the manager, short Caucasian lady. Had to ask twice if I was still within in the store in order to get the free refill. So I assume sitting outside doesn't allow you to get a refill, heads up. After I assured her I stayed within the shop, she got friendlier and did the refill. Problem is she charged me an additional drink price, what the hey. Now I have to deal with online customer support. I like this spot. Relaxed and laid back. I ordered a common mocha frappuccino, and it tasted nothing like mocha. I thought maybe I was given the wrong drink. I asked a worker and she said that it was my drink and quickly brushed me aside. I refused to refer to them as barista when you can't even make a mocha frappuccino. Also the service wasn't good. They were super SLOW and not friendly. Honestly not mean but with attitude and detachment. Like it's the customer's fault they have to do their job and can't lounge around. Please hire new staff! Best Starbucks in the 'hood, if not all of Brooklyn! It's like the 'Cheers' of Starbucks, they always know your name, your kids' name and ask how your sick mother is doing. Honestly, the staff here feels like family. I adore them and they are a daily fixture in my "routine." Beyond that: the service is incredible, the product placement and assortment is always flawless and Liz, the manager is always on top of any issues that arise. I came in once with a friend who preferred Dunkin' Donuts. Liz said, "Tell me what you drink and I'll make it better." My friend declined, citing the price of Starbucks. Liz said, "No, on the house, I want to show you that we are not overpriced, we are priced fairly because our product is better! I'll make your drink the best you've ever had." (Of course, my girlfriend had one of those annoying "When Harry Met Sally" super-annoying orders with a billion specifications). Did Liz win her over? N'est pas. That's how my girls roll on 92nd Street. This team and this location is one of my favorite places to be, seriously. My only gripe is that I want it bigger!!! Get my coffee here almost every morning. Its always correct and 90% of the time when particular staff is present, they know my name greet me and wish me a good day. Only a few staff members across the shifts (Its common for me to get a 2nd cup in the afternoon when necessary) are personable. Small location that looks like it gets very busy. Stopped in for a iced Lemongrass Green Tea which they did not have any prepared. So I had to settle for iced green tea with scoop of matcha. I really love the lemongrass cause it has spearmint and is very refreshing. But the green tea was suffice wasnt top notch but alright.
