Review of STARBUCKS Coffee # 50264 , 2188 white plains road, Bronx , NY : The people working here are very nice . When I go here , I always order the cafe latte venti ( $5.45) they make it good but they do not fill to the top the venti size cup with the coffee , which saddens me because its $5.45. When they hand me this cafe latte its like a little above half full only with the foam on top, and the cup feels that's its only half full. When the foam dissolves as I said its only half full which is a waste of my money. So when I order I told them please fill.it to the top so that I can get my money's worth. The lady there said when I order I should tell them " no foam", so next time I'll tell them to fill this cafe latte up to the top and then they should pour a little foam. I also noticed their croissants ($2.95 each) does not taste good as it was before, it is not flaky, and not buttery at all. When you order a croissant it is wrapped in plastic and they microwave this. They have a turkey bacon sandwich ($4.45) which is good.Their chocolate brownie is also good ($3.25 each). read more

Finally, a Starbucks in the Bronx that has a drive-thru! The service is fairly fast. I haven't gone inside the store which I will and will edit my review then. Minus 1 star because there were a couple of times I went through the drive-thru and their credit card machine wasn't working. Extremely bad service and ridiculously bad behavior! Besides taking the order wrong, when I asked the lady to fix the order, she took the wrongly ordered item and dropped it forcefully in trash can. -We absolutely don't need to deal with This location's employees' bad nerves and toxic energy. It took 17 minutes from the time of ordering (I know because of the receipt notification on my phone) for me to receive a caramel macchiato. Multiple people who ordered after me received their drinks before me, and the barista forgot to put caramel in my macchiato. I've had similar experiences at this location before, but today was especially frustrating. This location is fine at off hours, but if there's any semblance of a rush, stay away. read more

This is the 3rd time I preorder a drink, 20 minutes later its still not made. My drink is not complicated its Iced Green Tea Lemonade Unsweetened. Not complicated. And I always have to wait 30 minutes for a preordered drink! Also while standing here I have observed none of the workers washing their hands or at least sanitizing. Basically Gross. This place is great. It has so much space and you can see all the items they sell. Above all, I love costumer service. They are so nice and helpful when you are undeceive what to get. I love Jean Marie, one of the best employees here:'). She is able to tell you how a lot of drinks taste so it is helpful to match you taste. Today I got a lemonade with cascara syrup with her recommendation. Is absolutely great. Highly recommend. read more

I would have given this Starbucks location a 5-star rating. It's a great location. The service is superb however they like to crank up the air conditioner and freeze your butt off. LOL. This is great when it's 100 degrees outside not when it 40 degrees during the winter. I understand why many cafes do this and it's for you to purchase more hot coffee to keep warm. I see employees working with heavy sweaters and scarfs. Not good at all. Excessive coldness can cause employees to get sick and call in many times and you'll be short staffed. Bad management in this respect. Minus one star. read more

Very big; open location. Plenty of open seats; only a few outlets if you need to charge your computer. Has a small privet parking lot, which is very is great since there isn't much street parking available. Also they have a great drive through. The people who work here love their jobs and are very helpful and friendly! I will most definitely be returning! read more

Nice large space. The music however is a bit loud, especially if you're trying to study, read or just relax over a cup of coffee. The staff are all very friendly, the public restroom could use a good clean, but it is a public restroom after all. Ordered a caramel frapp. Soo yummy. It's my go to at Starbucks. read more

While Starbucks is always my go to, today's drive-thru experience was beyond awesome. The young woman at the window was so lively and entertaining, there is no possible way anyone who is having a rough day can leave her window in a bad mood. My commendation on a great hire. Had a horrible experience with the unprofessional supervisor Mikaela. Gave back my cold foam cappuccino because it was half coffee and half foam when it is normally more coffee and less foam. She refused to remake it so I asked for my refund. Will not return to that location. Starbucks needs to train their staff on customer service especially MANAGEMENT!!!!!! read more

I would only really come here for the drive thru, but since there's so much construction around this side of Eastchester it gets really dangerous. The inside has a lot more seating than the location up the block, but even with a minimal rush hour the baristas were a bit slow. It was probably because they had so much drive-thru traffic they couldn't keep the pace with the mobile and in store orders. This location needs more baristas or a dedicated drive thru barista line to keep up with demand. If you're not driving go to the one up the block, which empties fast because of this new location. read more

I order from here daily using uber eats & everything was going good i order the mango dragonfruit everyday but lately i been ordering n they been giving me the nasty lemonade dragonfruit one which clearly i didnt order this in inconveient when im unable to return it for the correct one cause i used uber eats. I live in the neighborhood working in the city I get same drink everyday always awesome 5+ until I come here Saturdays never can get it right then chic that prepares it has bad attitude, use that energy to learn the drinks and things will go smooth for you. Awesome place to come and hangout. However, don't bother ordering using the Starbucks app because this place never checks their incoming orders. Three times this place has me waiting 10 minutes for my coffee inside. I usually order 10minutes before I get there, so that's 20minutes in total! The whole point of using the app is so people don't have to wait. Well, this place is opposite, you'll be lucky if they ever see your incoming order. You will probably have better luck using the drive-thru or paying to the register. read more

After a long day running back and forth with my daughter on her prom day. I come to this Starbucks and I had the best coffee of my life. one of the nicer buckys i have visited ever and it's in the bronx. i assume it's a few months old cause the place looks new and inside it's spacious with a small outdoor parking lot and a drive thru which is fine but i recommend you visit inside . the locals and folks who work at the hospital near by will like this new starbucks cause it's open space with plenty of seating options with tables ,sofas , chairs all around and communal tables nicely spread out. the front counter is long and everything is visibly displayed for your choosing from pastries, salads, bagels, sandwiches , etc and of course the beverages . place is clean and organized with friendly starbucks staff who do a nice job keeping it all together . the only starbucks that i visited that you can spread your arms apart and not hit anyone and the wifi is super fast and free so yes you will see the laptop dweller sitting at a side table for hours. i enjoyed my cappuccino with a blueberry muffin while i am waiting for my buddy (the pictures all over the walls are interesting ). i will be back cause it's a better option when in the bronx with time too waste then hanging at the local mcdonald's . read more

When I have a bad day nothing makes me happier than iced chai.......I have ordered the same chai at every starbucks but this starbucks in particular really knows how to make you feel like shutting them down because of the customer service. I always order a iced trenton skim chai extra milk light ice and asked to charge me an additional tall coffee due to the size ........EVERY SINGLE starbucks has done it for me but this one even the ones out of state allow my order. Again......today, a horrible day they did the trenton anyway but didnt have what i wanted to eat which was the chicken wrap protein pack........didn't have it........so im at the drive thru sadd because of whats going on and I say outloud "damn, this really isn't my day". So the manager Miguel says "No, I guess not". Wow, you would think you would get lengendary service even from management with a smile and some severity. I guess through the years Starbucks may make it's money with caffeine but the attitudes from the employees and service is beginning to decline.......its sadd......i woked for Starbucks years ago and they wouldn't tolerate this. read more
