I'm constantly giving this place chances 1/2 of the time they get it right & the other 1/2... so wrong. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to where i reside and easy access to the highway on my way to work. Whenever I'm here, there is no sense of urgency and the baristas lack customer service. I have had a pleasant experience with one barista. If I ever get a chance to encounter him again, I'll definitely name drop because he deserves the positive recognition. All I have to say is that Talisha always hooks it up.She always makes sure my drink is great, is always is super kind and friendly, and made a donation of some frappuccinos to my youth group's girls night. (Basic white girls rejoice) However, the first time I came here when it opened--I accidentally left my phone on the counter and it was INSTANTLY stolen. I tracked it down and got it back, but I can't really blame Starbucks on this one. I'm deducting a star because the parking lot is pretty terrible, and not all the workers are friendly, but Emily is a great employee as well! read more

This location is the worst when it comes to timing it seems like alot of people are working but they are super slow and they always make my drink wrong I always order a venti green tea peach sweetened and everytime it's either they forget the tea base itself or the peach juice ....(usually drive thru does this)...... Every time I come to this particular Starbucks, it is clean and the music is on point. They have a drive through so there's hardly ever a line in the store. I think baristas put up with a lot from Starbucks customers who are often impatient, rude and pretentious. As a customer I've witnessed it first hand. The majority of the time I order thru the mobile app so I can make it back to work within my break time. My order is rarely ready even though I place it on the app and is usually incorrect. Have ordered white hot chocolate multiple times and get a white hot mocha or some type of coffee. Service is slow; there's no point of going thru the drive thru. Staff is pleasant but don't seem to get the orders correct. Too bad there is not another Starbucks in the area to go too. read more

Hands down THE slowest service I've ever had at any Starbucks in the New England Region. Depending on who is working the staff can be friendly but otherwise not engaging. The drinks and food is always correct which is the only reason for the two stars. I picked up my drinks in the drive through. One of them was made wrong so I went inside and explained what the issue was and was expecting them to remake it and then I'll be on my way. No. At this point an extremely rude female employee interjected herself and told me she had made the drink herself and it was correct. I have this drink all the time so I know what it's supposed to taste like and this just was not it. She then told me she could not take the drink back even though I NEVER asked her to take it back. I had already drank from it. She then grabbed the drink from me and dumped it down the drain behind the counter. I wanted a refund and she then tried to tell me I could not get a refund because I placed my order through the mobile app. This is just untrue. I have worked at Starbucks and the refund process is the same whether you order ahead or in person. I obviously got my refund in the end but don't come here if you can help it. Violated covid policies and tried to refuse me a refund after dumping my drink down the drain. read more

The concept of having a Starbucks drive-through right off of I-95 is a fantastic idea and could be very appealing to commuters that are short on time. However, it is an absolute shame how SLOW the service is at this location. I could understand that at rush-hour the wait times would be a bit longer than normal but I have come to this location during off peak hours and the drive-through line still moves at a incredibly slow rate. I have come here several times hoping that the service improved but each time I've instantly regretted my decision while sitting in line feeling trapped and unable to back up and escape for 20mins. I really do hope that they can find a way to make their service more efficient since this is the only one of its kind in the area. read more

I'm so happy that Bridgeport has a Starbux and I really want them to succeed. There is a real need for improvement in service. The Starbux in Trumbull and Stratford treat customers in a really personal manner and it creates an atmosphere like a small town coffee shop. This is a new location and the management is obviously not local. read more

It had been a few minutes since I ordered, so she was kind enough to upgrade my drink to a larger size and gave me credit for a future purchase for the extended wait. Except Sunday everything is good. The supervisor or manager really needs to be at sunday what is going on. (Morning time) Too much chat infront of customer, slow not just slow super slow, to get one drink at drive-thru it gets more than 15 minutes. I will definitely understand them if it is busy. I absolutely love coming to this Starbucks. It's in a great location. The staff is excellent, and the managers are super nice and really make an effort to say hello to you! I'm "that girl" who asks for 3 tea refills every time I'm there and they're always so sweet to open up my packets of honey and refill as many as I want! I hope they continue to hire excellent staff. Took my order at 7:15pm through drive threw and no car in front of me and no car behind me. I ordered one drink and a non heated food dish. There was no line inside. It took 10 min to fulfill my order. I know this might sound tedious, but I worked at Starbucks for 8yrs and you need to do things in a timely manner. If there's no line inside and no line outside, why the wait? Plus the window girl never greeted me. She handed the food and never even said have a good night. It was very odd, because she actually never even said one word to me. NOT a good experience! NOT a welcoming or inviting store. But the drink was not that bad. I don't think I'll go back. read more

This store has been open long enough for the staff to get their act together. While most are friendly they just don't seem to have an understanding of how to move business in an efficient way. The wait is too long and the orders are often wrong...Quite disappointing. Management clearly does not do a good job on the local level and I hope that Starbucks corporate jumps in. It would be sad to see this store have to shut down because the experience there is suboptimal. read more

This location has serious management issues. I showed up on a Saturday morning at 6:16AM. The store opens at 6AM supposedly. I wait outside in the cold while two employees are cleaning and setting up. Another customer knocks on the locked door to no response. Seven minutes later at 6:23AM I drive away never to come again. read more

They rarely get my drink right... and give you an attitude when you ask them to fix their mistake.
