When I brought it to the attention of the two women at the front who were making the drinks, I politely asked if I could get a different one. Instead of helping, they responded with a rude attitude and dismissively told me they were all the same--without offering any apology or attempt to fix the issue. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. She was also on her phone at the front scrolling and talking with AirPods. She was hiding her name tag. My god what a train wreck this Starbucks is. The wait in the drive thru was over 30 mins.. we waited at the window (after we paid) for 13 minutes. Yes... 13 minutes. I've never experienced anything like this in my life.. never returning. They could give out free drinks for the year and I'd never go back... to make matters worse, they got the order wrong. I stopped by the other day for an afternoon pick me up. 16 minutes to get a hot espresso. The staff seems genuinely nice and friendly and want to help. However, the staff didn't seem to be on the same team. One barista seemed to have 4x the orders of the other barista who spent much of her time standing around. No one seemed to be stocking ice or coffee beans as both machines ran dry while I stood there. Several patrons had the hot food already but still waiting for drinks. I'm sure Starbucks has a service process but it wasn't working here. It was like watching a train wreck. Lots of staff appearing to work hard but not producing any product. This used to be my go-to morning place I'd order ahead and pick it up seamlessly. Numerous times this month they've shut off mobile order-ahead but today's experience was the last straw. Ordered ahead to pickup in store yet all the doors were locked and only drive thru was open. Line was twenty cars deep in a parking lot which was apparently designed by a six year old. Waste of a morning as the drive through is garbage and takes forever it's faster if folks park and walk all of ten feet. WHY POST A COFFEE IF YOU DON'T BREW IT AFTER 10 AM!!!!!! Now, if i want to wait an additional 10 minutes, they do offer the pour over. So i tried it............TERRIBLE!!!!! Today they can't open the doors due to "safety reasons" so I've been sitting in the drive through for another 15 minutes. So I barely go to Starbucks. But when ever they make a new frap, I always gotta try it. So my boyfriend told me about the zombie frap, and I just couldn't pass it up. So we got in there. First off, the woman that was doing our orders didn't smile once. She was muttering, barely able to hear her, she didn't ask if we wanted our receipts, and you know, over all rude and not caring. Presentation of the frap was very nice. Basically just like the pic. I don't know what they flavored the whipped cream with maybe grape maybe raspberry? But it was not very sweet and almost tasted like they used fake butter. I was told this was green apple and caramel. This location hit the bed. Lobby is never open, drive thru takes 25 minutes for 8 cars.... Absolutely wild. Idk why you guys can't just pay your staff a living wage. I think it is very important for people to show kindness, and when they do, to get recognized for it, at least in the work environment. It's been several time I gave them A chance to make the drinks right, but for whatever reason, there is a full glass of ice when you ask for light ice, the drinks are not made the way you ask them, they are out of what you order or like today, they took my order for a Strawberry Açaí refresher and no strawberries in it. I asked the " charming " woman at the drive-thru and I'm told with an attitude that they are out of it... then communicate and I would have taken something else. Great customer service half of the time. They often run out of things (pumpkin, heavy cream, nitro lids etc) and the service is not very fast, sometimes you get caught in the drive through in the morning or afternoon and it is so slow, feels like the longest wait ever when your in a hurry. I can tell a lot of the time my order is ready and paid for as I'm at the drive thru window but they continue making other drinks before just handing me mine. I ordered one of those pumpkin cream cold brews recently and it looked different with no foam and no nitro lid. I asked why no foam? And the barista said it's the same thing but they ran out of heavy cream so there wouldn't be foam. Uhh tell me this as I'm ordering so I can change my mind about it since what your giving me is not what I ordered. The drinks a lid the time here don't come out correct.
