June 24,2026 in the late afternoon we walked up to the door and saw a sign that read NO SEATING INSIDE. I open the door and all the chairs were on top of the tables, and it was dark inside, however they were open and still open serving customers. All we wanted to do is sit inside and have coffee and relax for a while. We walked out. I also saw a guy with his young son walk in then walk right out. SHAME on Starbucks for Not allowing its paying customers to sit inside. I would NEVER SUPPORT this location, I will go elsewhere to spend my money on coffee. read more

Always quick getting out orders and very friendly staff! Conveniently located in a shopping plaza, so a great one stop shop.

I'm a Starbucks guy, what can I say. Ambiance - meh, like other coffee shops. Food is ok, all microwaved if hot - I ask they take it out 10-15 seconds da early otherwise it's over cooked, not heated through. Service is always good. read more

The pictures on the cups are SO CUTE. Very adorable when they put smiley faces! So happy you're open! read more

For a Starbucks in a strip plaza they certainly are very busy. There is consistently a very steady stream of people coming & going with ample staying in house to enjoy their purchase. I stopped in around 2pm and with four staff members on they were running in circles and appeared to be very chaotic & not in sync. Unfortunately their staff was not overly pleasant when interacting with them. I brought up an empty container on cream for them to refill & instead of a "thank you" I was greeted with an eye roll. For the 35 minutes that I sat in their shop not once did a staff member come out from behind the counter to wipe down tables, check the coffee bar/trash levels. Overall they serve their purpose, I got my coffee but probably won't go out of my way to go back anytime soon. read more

Starbucks - Cute coffee bar, however for a packed house no one utilized it. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Southbury, Connecticut

This Southbury CT location is a very busy Starbucks most of the day. Katy and the team members are super friendly and do their best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. The store has always been clean when I stopped in and it's always nice to be greeted and called by my first name when entering the store. Keep up the great work! read more

I watched one of the employees (Olive was on her name tag) drop a venti cup on the floor and picked it up and placed it right back on the counter and continued to work on the drink and serve it to someone. As someone who works in the food industry I hope people realize how sick someone can get from that. I'd also be questioning the overall cleanliness of this store if that's how the treat customers orders. read more

LOVE this place! As a mom of 3, I always need a little caffeine! Service is friendly, efficient and kind. Can't speak on the ambiance since i'm always all over the place and don't have time to sit, but it seems nice. The drinks are made perfectly almost every time! read more

100% one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. I've never had a problem with any of my drinks, staff work efficiently and are very polite.

OMG-- painful!! Had to wait forever for my latte! Had to be at least 6 people working. No one in the place. Just the six of them talking shit about other locations. Seriously baristas, I'm only there for one thing! Jeez!!! read more

I have been to a lot of Starbucks this is the only Starbucks around that makes my drinks the way I like them. When I order something I know they will usually make it well. A couple times I ordered a drink and it had to be remade it seems they hired a couple new people so I gave them the benefit of doubt. Overall the staff is pretty friendly and they do well at their job I just hope the new staff catches up. read more

Very upset the staff let multiple dogs in here that are not service animals...puts customers on edge when animals are all over the place....according Starbucks corporate "According to the official Starbucks pet policy: Pets are not allowed in the storesand Starbucks may be subject to health code violations if pets are found in the store. Starbucks allows service animals to enter our stores...." where is the management? Also, team behind counter keeps screwing around rather than helping customers....they also start cleaning up and putting things away an hour before closing...managers card holder was empty...the regional and district manager need to review this location. read more

I wish the staff were friendlier! I come in 5 times a week! Can't you spare a simple smile for me?!!! I ordered no foam latte! Thank you for that half a cup of foam!!! How hard is it to understand and remember, No Foam?!!! read more

This place is the best Starbucks I've been too, with being able to get me in and out very quickly and also being open very late. The local Starbucks near me is closing so early and this is always open. Great place, great workers. 100% recommend read more

This is an excellent Starbucks restaurant. I visit several times a week on my commute to work. Service has fast and pleasant. The lines tend not to be very long. I'm there on Friday, Saturday and Sundays between 4:30pm and 5pm. The staff is very courteous and after a few visits they know your favorite drinks. If you're looking for a place to hang out, it's good for that too. It's very spacious and has lots of seating space. read more

Prioritize mobile orders instead of those waiting in line...waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks which they proceeded to mess up...even made an announcement stating they were only filling mobile orders while I waited. read more

The people working here are nice but they cannot make a flat white. I love flat white -- the edge, the richness, the jolt. This one was milky and bland. They kindly remade it, but the result was the same. Blah. read more

Love that we have a Starbucks in town. It's busy but it always seems to run smoothly. The Baristas are kind and sweet and always remember my name. It's a great place to sit and chat. read more

Very nice location. As all Starbucks are concerned, the prices are just as high but the food, atmosphere, and staff were excellent. Grabbed a sandwitch and it was delicious. Parking lot can be tough if you are just grabbing a coffee, but if you plan to do a little shopping on the weekend it is a nice place to stop in and grab a bite during your travels. Has a beautiful town park on the other side of the parking lot where you can sit down to drink your coffee and get a relaxing sense of mother nature in the process. I would definitely come back here if I am in the area and looking for a quick bite. read more

This Starbucks by far has been such a pleasant experience. Every time I go, there is a young man Jonathan who takes my order and always makes my drinks the best. His personality is great. It is very obvious that he takes his job seriously and his level of customer service is impeccable. read more

This is Starbucks! They usually do a great job at being consistent and all around good! I've never had that 5-star experience ever, at any Starbucks but each time I go, I can't complain. Always a long wait. Never enough staff. Other staff are in the back or stocking. Why don't they help out. 10 minutes to wait on a $5 coffee.

I love this Starbucks. Me and my friends go here a lot in the summer and go out an sit in the gazebo in the middle of the plaza and talk while we drink our delicious coffee. It's expensive though, like all Starbucks which definitely sucks. There is a lot of good local entertainment that plays here on weekends as well. read more
