Dear Starbucks, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an extremely upsetting experience at 1265 E Brandon Blvd. I am a regular customer who has always enjoyed Starbucks, not only for the quality of the products but for the welcoming atmosphere and friendly service I have consistently received over the years. Unfortunately, my recent visit has left me feeling disrespected, stressed, and genuinely hesitant to return. During my visit, I pulled up to the drive-thru and was greeted--or rather, not greeted--by the employee taking orders, a young woman named Tyra. She did not acknowledge me, did not say hello, and made no effort to offer even basic courtesy. When I placed my order, I clearly requested a Venti Strawberry Açaí Refresher, yet she entered it as a Grande. I politely let her know the size was incorrect, and instead of simply correcting it, she responded in a noticeably rude and irritated tone, telling me she would "fix it at the window." I still responded kindly and thanked her, but she did not reply. When I arrived at the window, I noticed there were no other customers ahead of me, yet I still waited approximately twenty minutes for my drinks. During this time, the employee made no effort to communicate with me or explain the delay. I asked for a cup of water, which she handed to me silently. When I asked--very politely--for a second cup, she stared at me with a visibly annoyed expression, gave me a dirty look, and then abruptly slammed the drive-thru window in my face. I was shocked and honestly hurt. When she finally handed me my drinks, she still said nothing. I made an effort to remain polite and even said, "Thank you, have a good day," yet she chose to ignore me completely. I want to emphasize how upsetting this was. I was treated with blatant disrespect from start to finish, and the attitude displayed was not only unprofessional but openly hostile. I left the store feeling shaken, frustrated, and genuinely saddened. Starbucks has always been a place that feels warm, consistent, and reliable. This experience made me feel the opposite--unwelcome, disrespected, and undervalued as a customer. It is very disappointing to feel this way about a store I've gone to regularly and trusted for years. The behavior I encountered was so negative that it has honestly made me question whether I even want to return to Starbucks at all. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but the level of rudeness and disregard shown was completely unacceptable for any workplace, especially one built on customer experience. I truly hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed promptly. I am not writing this to complain casually--I am writing because the experience genuinely affected me, and I would like to see improvements made so that no other customers feel the way I did. Made my drink the wrong size (totally fine) asked for it to be corrected- remade it wrong a second time (no shaking it, no energy powder). I asked to double check on the energy was told it had it (I watched it not add) Very bad customer service from the girl with the nose ring. read more

This is hands down the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I've waited so long before that I just left my order. I gave it another shot after it being months and had that same result with a long wait time. I will continue to drive out of my way to go to another location. My husband loves Starbucks Iced Caramel Macchiatos. My nephew's favorite drink is Starbucks Caramel ribbon crunch frappe. asked for a pink drink with cold foam, the barista said there was no more cold foam. 10 minutes later i see the same barista adding cold foam onto another drink. my boyfriend and i then waited half an hour for nothing and when we asked for a refund that's when they said they'd make our drinks. another 10 minutes later and still didn't get anything. finally got our order and they gave me the wrong drink even tho the label literally said the drink i got. pls for the love of everyone close this starbucks or get better employees because these baristas are so rude. read more

5 from my perspective but i saw a couple instances where others would rate at the 3.5-4 star. I used to come to this one a lot but sense my Luv works in another one i rather go to that one. Kiss two birds with one heart shaped stone. I can see the difference between a regular SB store vs Drive through one like this. The time window is huge! I think like most places they are understaffed to. Holiday week can do that to any business. Nice line of cars outside for window service n a medium one inside to. The staff was doing what they do best n were on task. Well mannered n positive vibes. The madam before me had a hiccup order but it wasn't written in the cup as she wanted it. No biggie the barista doing the mixes fixed it on the spot. Place was packed by the time i got my orders coming out. To my knowledge i think it's faster to just get out of your car n walk inside. I like coming inside anyways. I love the human interaction better. Cuz whats the point without it? Might as well just stay home n make yourself a mean cup of joe your way. Be in your pjs n cuddle up with a nice bottle of inspiration n the dogos. Lol i saw the place was well kept inside, they had an unfinished creative board with a high quality Japanese Manga style barista being painted in pastels. Don't know who did it but here's a boat load of support from another Artist n professional illustrator; "your art is superb quality, even if it's a hobby? N / or if not? Chase that dragon with full intent of making it yours! You have a beautiful talent that to my very steep n high expectations of this style of art? It matches with my own standards. It is very well done. Make it to sell in posters or even prints. You will get that money fast! Pair yourself with a writer n build your dreams together or if you are just like me? My local Starbucks is pretty consistent with service and drink quality as well as being on time for app orders. If I were to find one thing to nitpick it would be - examples like this morning - where I wanted to order a drink ahead of time to beat the rush hour traffic and my local Starbucks did not have the pistachio latte available on the app. The Starbucks app suggested I drive out to a further location, about 10 minutes out of the way. So skipped the convenience of app ordering and drove out there and order through the drive-through, the old fashioned way. The young man that helped me via the drive-through was very nice and pleasant for 7:30 in the morning. I will reiterate, I have no issues with this location they are always on par with my expectations! Pro tip, always try the new drinks or the Barista's secret menu suggestions. You might actually find something new you enjoy! And do try the new pistachio latte (Jan 2021)... I highly recommend this new addition!!! read more

Don't order ahead via the Starbucks app. This store is to worried about getting the drive thru line going more then anything . I usually have to wait 10 to 15 minutes on top of my pick up time . It shouldn't take 30 minutes. I drive for work and this puts me behind schedule. My vechile is over 9ft tall and I can't use the drive thru. With Covid-19 I would completely stay away from this location. They are not easy to do business with. The inside is closed and the couple ways of ordering a cup of coffee are terrible experiences. The single drive through wraps around the building, often twice if people can figure out where the line starts. When I tried to go inside it is all boxed off and there isn't any easy to read instructions on how to get coffee without getting in the 30 minute drive thru lane. Mobile ordering isn't easy without better instructions for those who don't frequent Starbucks. Very confusing. read more

Well this recent Starbucks visit went sorry here's why. My father, my mother and I visited this Starbucks location for a nice coffee treat for a cold day and we went thru the drive thru. When we receive the coffee the lids wasn't on there all the way and the coffee spilled everywhere in my father's truck. As you can see in the picture's I posted in the photograph section. My mocha frappachino cup was split in half for unknown reason. I spoked with one of the shift leaders over the phone they claim they were going to tell the manager of that store to call me back but they never did it's been four days since it happen 2/18/2015 is the official date when the issue happened. My father got burnt when the hot coffee went all over the place. I had two speak to two different people at Starbucks Customer Relations Department for the same issue and finally two days later a Supervisor from the Level 2 Customer Service Realations Supervisor team called me and asked me what all happen have I heard from the manager of the store or spoke to anyone from the store and I replied with Yes, the shift leader and she claim that she was going to leave a message for the manager to call me back that day and she hasn't so far. The District manager called me yesterday (Saturday 2/21/2015) to tell me she's going to get the bottom of this and figure out what email I need to try to send the photographs of what all got damage in my father's truck and how much the cost is to detail the whole inside of the interior. To me this Starbucks location lacks common sense when it comes to check the coffee cups, lids and etc before they hand the hot coffee or cold coffee to the customers before they leave the store. So hopefully I will have the final solution from the Staff that works for Starbucks. read more

Whoever was running the register today told me the wrong amount of espresso shots for my drink. I only found out later when I asked the person making it. You may want to be cautious if you are limiting your caffeine for heath reasons. You have basically one job at Starbucks: Know how to make the coffee. If you can't do that consistently, you should probably seek employment elsewhere. read more

The worst Starbucks I've been to. I've been here at least 3 times and the service is always so slow and my order is never right. I placed mobile orders twice and both occasions I was scolded for arriving too soon, even though i was the only customer in the drive through with 5 cars in their parking lot... There's a polite way to tell a customer their order isn't ready yet without giving attitude and placing blame. Starbucks prices are worth it due to quality & customer service, but not here. read more

I love Starbucks and I'm a big supporter, but this location is absolutely terrible. 0 customer service, 0 urgency, and they don't know how to do anything. We ordered 2 simple drinks, a vanilla latte and a nitro, along with a blueberry muffin and ham and cheese croissant. There was ONE car in front of us, who got ONE drink and they flew through the drive through, but it took our order 27 MINUTES!!! After 10 minutes of waiting at the window they come and say they don't have blueberry muffins. We switched to a sandwich at that point. Our ham and cheese croissant sticker was time stamped for 8:20 am but we didn't get it until 8:36 and at that point it was just cold. Then we had to wait for the other food item. Even though it's supposed to be opened.You wonder if the lobby is going to be open or closed. Mostly closed. I totally understand that we are in a pandemic and all restaurants are trying their best but this particular location is never consistent on when they are going to be open. If they are having issues opening the store or having enough employees for the store then they should keep to a certain time or certain set of hours instead of being open all day one day the. Usually this Starbucks is wonderful. Sometimes a little slow, but not too bad. This morning I mobile-ordered. Due to Covid they reduced their lobby hours, which I totally understand. BUT there were no instructions stating how to pick up mobile orders when the lobby is closed. So, I went through the drive through but didn't stop to order (because I already had and there was no one else in the line) and the cashier was super rude when she told me "you can't just come to the window. Next time, stop at the box". I realize this a minor incident, but it could've been handled in a more professional and friendly way. read more

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER! You still have to wait in their ridiculously long drive through. They won't bring your mobile outside or let you inside BUT they will pull a car forward if their order is taking too long and bring it out to them.
