The girl at the counter had her mask on properly! We ordered 2 bagels but changes out mind when we saw them. They were good sized and very fresh even though, it was around 11:30am. So we got 2 more! Then, we couldn't leave while staring at the donuts so we got 4 donuts, too! Then, my husband picked 2 more to make it an even half dozen 'since it was cheaper'. I packed the donuts in bags to freeze the plain and keep the others fresh. They also felt fresh and smelled really good. Service was excellent. I'm not sure what the gripes were but it seems to be better. Getting into the parking lot can be a challenge since you pass through an IHOP entering and leaving from one direction and, also, a manager came out with her mask beneath her nose. She wasn't handling food or beverages as far as I could tell and didn't stay long in the front. Not a great example, though. I do recommend this Dunkin' Donuts and would go back the next time I'm down this way!

The drive thru was packed so I went inside and did an order on the self serve board. A couple burgers, some fries, couple McFlurries and some drinks. Lots of people working but 75% just stood around doing nothing. One employee was pushing a box of burger patties across the floor with is foot! He then sat another box on top of the open beef that I'm sure he drug across the floor. I just wanted my food and to get out and back home! When I got home my order was wrong! I always add bacon to my quarter pounder and they failed to do that. I paid for it because I checked my receipt. Also on my McFlurries the Oreos were added on top but not mixed in. How hard is it to spin the spoon on 2 flurries! My fries were ice cold but that's a given on my 5 minute drive home, but these were cold! At McDonald's I expected the same quality regardless of which restaurant I go to. It's not cheap anymore at fast food - almost $30 to feed 3 people! Including mini chocolate chip cookies. Yes! Because you always need a little sweet treat with your afternoon pick me up! The staff is so friendly and super quick making drinks. The rewards program is also fantastic! Free drink for signing up and on your birthday. On top of that they are constantly offering promotions for discounted beverages throughout the month. I have also seen them help the community, pledging with local schools, businesses and charities. All in all; love supporting business like these!
