I ordered 2 drinks on my app one a London fog with 5 pumps of sweet had absolutely no sweet in it at all plain tea and almond milk Yukkk then got there lavender matcha with almond milk they gave me a regular matcha with a bit of banana cold foam I could taste it no lavender at all totally disappointing will never do another app order again and my husband picked it up only one drink was done and he knows I always get two so he called me sure enough they didn't even see the second drink they said and I even left a tip for what ??? I stop here when I get my vehicle serviced at Toyota. It's right off 75 and very convenient. The people are always friendly and they make my drinks correctly , all the time. Salted caramel mocha today with 1/2 the syrup made my morning great. Seating just opened back up inside where they have coasters on the tables letting you know they were clean. Flip them over when you leave so they will come sanatize again. The mobile orders are also behind plexiglass now so everyone isn't touching your order. read more

This Starbucks must be super busy most of the time. Due to Covid, the dining area is shut down. So the only seats are outdoors and on a summer day this can be brutal. My biggest complaint here seemingly was the slow food heating process. There was obviously a bottleneck at whoever was responsible that day because I waited 15 minutes for my food. Located right off I-75 It is a smallish Starbucks inside and not much in the way of seating outside, but is conveniently located along I-75. Much of their business may come from their active drive-thru. I stopped by and went inside this morning to try my second off the menu Pokemon Go Frappuccino. The order taker was very nice, noting that she liked my name, and I had my drink in just a few minutes. They also had a nice selection of bakery items, but I passed on that today. The place was quite noisy, even when there were few customers inside. There was pipped in music, a lot of noise from all the activities behind the counter, and an underlying steady sound, likely from air handling. My drink was very cold and good, a vanilla bean based raspberry syrup with blackberry drink. I wouldn't recommend this drink to others only because it has little pieces like seeds mixed in, a result of blending in the frozen blackberries. I had gotten one from a different Starbucks a couple of weeks ago, discovered that gritty feeling, and wanted to see if that was a one off or just how the drink was made. Got a Quad Espresso in a Grande cup. Espresso was good as always but when I asked for the drink to be topped up with milk (there was maybe 0.5inches missing), I was told no and would have to be charged for a different drink. Seriously? Worst. Starbucks. I've. Ever. Visited. Period. I stopped by after a VA appointment to get some coffee and complete some resumes (around 3 pm). I stood in line and an employee started working on the register, so I thought he was going to take my order. He never actually acknowledged me and continued to fidget on the register completely ignoring me for a good 5 minutes. Eventually a young man on the opposite register took my order. I wish I'd taken down his name because he was actually the only good thing about that place; he was super nice and helpful. It ends there though. I ordered a caramel macchiato with extra espresso. What I actually got was a cup of milk with caramel. My husband went back to the register to ask if they forgot my shot. The young man said maybe the espresso was weak and added another shot. I took a sip and I could see that my macchiato was darker but still tasted like just milk. At that point I gave up on the coffee and got to work on my computer. Ambiance: holy crap. It is SO loud in there I couldn't hear myself think. Because the place is so small you can literally hear every conversation everyone is having. There was a pair of women cackling super loudly for over an hour. I get it that they were having a good time, but it was super distracting to the rest of the patrons working on their computers. I felt like I was at a club vs. a coffee shop, that's how loud it was I there. If you have anxiety, don't like small, crowded, or loud places, you might want to stay away from this place. My nerves are still super shot from this experience and I will absolutely not be returning to this establishment. read more

I've been getting my starbucks fix in Bradenton for about 10 years now, tried every one of the 12+ stores in my area, and this is by far the best store in town. The staff are competent and so incredibly sweet. They make a point to remember your name and your order. They always make it right when mistakes happen.
