I used my Starbucks app to order ahead and when I walked up to the pickup counter to get it was surprised when the barista did not utter a word of greetings or thank you. The friendliness of the server at the window in the drive through merits a five star review. Too bad this location isn't closer to interstate 165, formerly the William Natcher Parkway. It took longer than it should have to get here and get back to the interstate. When I was in the drive-through I could see four cars ahead of me and three cars behind me. But the line moved pretty well. The employee that waited on me is one that I wish I could hire for my business. She was friendly, professional, Cheerful. I told my nephew who was with me in the car, and whose desire for a Java chip Frappuccino brought us there, "I wish I could be that friendly all day long". read more

Ordered the vanilla frappuccino and it was good ($3.95), as well asked for some water and received a grande cup of ice water...nice. Not a very comfortable place, mostly wood "school" chairs and a few high tops.(sticky top that needs a towel). There is space to place a couch or a few comfy chairs. Not even a specialty drink that needs to be made, simply a coffee that is poured. Avoid this location and try one of the others in the area. We usually go to the Starbucks -closer to our home @ Scottsville Road but they have an unlit sign so will never go there again you can't see anything on the sign if it's after 5 o'clock at night. We're at this one now on Campbell Lane and we been in line now five minutes outside which it's not their fault there's a zillion people here in line however what happened to the festive flavors of the season? All they have for festive flavors is a peppermint mocha what happened to eggnog? What happened to gingerbread? Even pumpkin? Is Starbucks anti-Christmas? We Asked the barista when we paid and he said yes that can do eggnog but it's not on their menu-he was super nice so will probably come back here again I do miss my Tim Hortons!! Super slow and seems to be short staffed. No ya one time problem. Hasn't been good in a fr way too much is no. This place was the best service and quickest time for Starbucks in BG. Today they got our coffee wrong. It was simple 4 shots creamer and one stevia. One had no stevia. 1 had too much. We didn't have time to turn around and wait in line for another 30 min. Kid at the window was very nice and said they were short staffed. If this was the first time I would understand but it's slowly been going down hill. The drinks are always good, and the staff is friendly. However, it is impossible to study or even quietly catch up with a friend, because the staff is so noise. They are constantly yelling gossip across the store to each other. I mean constantly level 8 voices. Hugh headache every time I come. Not to mention the store is always freezing. I drive past this Starbucks every couple days thinking I would love to stop and get coffee, but I most often opt out. Parking lot ALWAYS full and drive thru ALWAYS gridlocked..no matter what day or time. I decided to take a chance today because I have a busy day and didn't bring coffee from home...15 minutes and counting in drive thru with 4 cars still in front of me. My one visit inside the store was no better than 1 star either. Crowded, long wait, and mediocre service. On a VERY rare date night with my husband I asked him to stop here before we headed home. It was the most amusing and enjoyable trip we have ever taken to a Starbucks.
