This was a great find by my wife. I absolutely loved the cafe latte but her Cubano was fantastic as well. We Botha had different burritos and each was good in its own way. Inside we found most people were working or studying with soft music placing. There was a lot of natural light and the room felt "warm". There was also outdoor seating. The place seemed busy as we pulled up with several cars for both dine in and drive-thru. There were a good handful of workers behind the counter who were all more than pleasant and patient with us as we looked over the menu. Things moved quickly including the food we ordered that was prepared in the back. The inside is decorated nicely with light colors to balance the dark paint. Concrete sink in the restroom was cool-good example of modern with classic deco! I got a cappuccino this time and a honey badger with half sugar. I also picked up a cheese danish and a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was a little salty this time, I think because I got an egg. The cappuccinos have been better before here too, but I highly recommend this shop to others. The staff are always kind and very efficient. Love, love, loved; I wish we had a Spencer's in Nebraska. Very special place. Decor is simple and perfect. The service was attentive, friendly and quick. I had a delicious breakfast sandwich, it was a house made biscuit, bacon, egg, and cheese, I also added avocado and apple butter. For my coffee I had a white mocha with caramel and it hit the spot. Happy to have another Spencer's location in town, this time with a drive through. The line looked pretty long so I opted to park and go inside. Took ~10 min to get my iced vanilla latte, and it tasted so good!! Spencer's Coffee is a comfort taste for me growing up in BG. It's great coffee and the staff are always so friendly. SO GOOD!!! This was so delicious and tasty. I love great quality coffee and man you could really taste the beans and actual flavor which I appreciated. Going back to Starbucks is disappointing now LOL. The Sicilian sandwich wow, for breakfast this was so extremely fresh that I got it both times I went here with my boyfriend. The tomatoes were so tasty and crisp and the bacon was crispy and yummy with the pesto UGH. So good. The breakfast burrito was slightlyyyy small for my liking but the flavor was there! Also the cinnamon roll was so tasty too can't go wrong there but my favorite was definitely the Sicilian sandwich. I got a vanilla sugar free latte cold brew and omg it was so yummy. It was definitely dessert coffee but kept me awake for the trip since I was in town for the weekend and I seriously loved this place. The ambiance and the vibe is so cute, I loved the garage doors. I loved this local spot and I always always love to support small local businesses. The whole look and cafe trendy decor was up my alley and will definitely be back. So good!! I was unfamiliar with Spencer's game!! I have family here so I only visit every few years. Great service. Multiple friends working the counter to greet you with a smile. There's plenty of seating if you wanted to lounge around. There were a few big tables too if you're in a group. I went with the trifecta. Hot latte, iced latte and frappe. Everyone said it was delicious. Do yourself a favor and build your own biscuit! It will not disappoint. 10/10 recommend. read more

I'm so happy that the coffee is actually drinkable, and in Kentucky, no less, that I'm giving them an extra star! Seriously, they serve decent espresso drinks here. My card: barista, cafe manager, trainer for 10+ years. But the only way to tell, really is to not drink the sweetened drinks that are such a plague and a fraud (and a crutch, let's be honest) here. Without sugary syrups masking the flavor, the espresso must be poured properly and combined with milk immediately not to be bitter. Where I'm from, their coffee would turn few heads; but here, they are very good indeed. Better than Starbucks, which is a rough baseline, but better than all the independent shops I've tried thus far, even Q. The food program seems solid too, with chia pudding, yoghurt parfaits, small pastries and breads, and some hot offerings like burritos and sandwiches. My sampling shall continue... Went here on a whim this morning- my first time there! The line was horrible for the drive thru but it went really fast! The only scarey part were the people who were parked coming out and trying to back out, just missing your car in line and once through the line getting out was hard because of the line. Anyway 5 star service, price, food and the sweet girl at the window, she was SO NICE because of her and how delicious my food was and the cost I will definitely be back!! no place compares to Spencer's. I've travelled all over the US, even had two coffee shops/bakeries of my own, and Spencer's Coffee, food, gifts, and atmosphere is PERFECT. I've been going here for many years now, and now driving almost an hour one way just to grab an iced almond Matcha, or an iced Americano, Standard Biscuit, Vegan Muffins, etc. I always keep a bag of espresso beans on hand from here.
