Do you ever wish that you could find that coffee shop where you could sit and work - and staff would come and offer you free refills of your drip coffee? Well I found my go-to spot, just off of 410 near Walmart. Yes the line for the drive-thru can get pretty long. But step inside and you'll be greeted with warmth and great service. I was here this morning for over an hour nursing my 12 ounce dark roast drip coffee while doing a bit of work. After I drained my first mug-full, I was offered a refill. Then a bit later when my mug had somehow become empty again, I received another refill. Great job team! Makes me want to return soon. read more

Prices are still terribly high. Especially for the Refresher drinks that are just two ingredients. They have recently had a remodel, so it looks decent inside, although a smaller area for customers. It is Starbucks, so you know what you get, at least it is a standard taste for everything. Lots of staff and it took about three minutes before me as the first person in line was helped. Stopped in while we were in Bonney Lake. Great vibe-clean, comfy location with fun, friendly staff. Nice prompt service.

This Starbucks is a larger space with a drive through. There are only a few tables though, and the old merchandising cupboards now store production supplies instead of Starbucks merchandise. The place always seems empty and over-staffed. I'm assuming their drive through business must keep them busy. There's a second location less than a mile away - I'll never understand Starbucks and their store placement strategy. There's no logic to it. I dislike that the music is played at such a high volume. It's impossible to sit and chat with anyone. There is an outside seating area but it abuts the 410 so it's loud out there, too. read more

Poor. Regrettably, this particular spot has been plagued by issues for a number of years. The service is notoriously sluggish, resulting in overly diluted and lukewarm frappuccinos. Had to pick up a gift card and stopped to get a coffee for my son who is in the middle of finals. Met a great barista named Wish. She was warm, friendly and creative. She was attentive and fast. I wanted to make sure to take the time to leave a review specific to the staff at this Starbucks location. The WiFi for all of Tehaleh went out today, which made for an influx of people, such as myself, into Starbucks today to utilize the WiFi for work calls etc. The staff was beyond friendly, went around offering water and samples of banana bread, and greeted everyone with a genuine smile. Starbucks is Starbucks at the end of the day (and I am not a coffee drinker or lover, so I am not their key audience I realize), but the staff was so kind that I will go back to this location! I have to say that this Starbucks is TOP Notch!! I've only been here three times since moving to the area but they made my drink correct ALL three times!! It was beyond awesome!! I WAS a regular at the market at lake tapps. I will have to consider coming here from now on!! Props to the staff here! Very happy customer I am with this location and today the manager helped me. 13 min for a quad is unacceptable. Normally I'm a pretty relaxed customer but was a bit on edge today due lack of sleep thanks to two 10 year old boys and a slumber party. Walked in, wait was average , order taker person was cordial, placed order and waited. Was average busy for this Starbucks, 3 people deep in line, drive though packed, etc. coffee bar looked like a tornado hit it. Wife gets her order 3 waters and some over complicated latte thing that requires the baristas to milk a cow and heat the milk with gluten with free heat. 13 min later I mention to wife I still don't have coffee. She attempts to get barista's attention with little luck. (Barista appeared to be very cranky, or annoyed?). Finally wife gets baristas attention, quad is finally made, but is sent back because.......there is too much coffee. (I think this is a bit much) Anyway I finally receive my quad...13 min late. I went through the drive through recently and it seemed like I just rolled through a line of about 8 cars. It was midday and I went from the end of the line to the window in about 3 minutes. All the partners were friendly and my drinks came out perfect. The store manager Cassie is awesome and has done a lot for the culture of the store seeing as recently I've always been greeted promptly and with smiles. read more

Hey it's a Starbucks and it has easy access. They tend to be SLOW and make stupid mistakes. Garbage is always overflowing outside (along with cigarette butts....yuk!) They tend to be nice and friendly (unless they make a mistake and then they just act like you are invisible). read more

I was just at this location less than two hours ago and am giving them two stars because the person at the window was very friendly. However, when I was in the drive-thru and pulled up to order, I was abruptly told to wait. I was happy to do that. It was lunch hour on a Saturday so I knew they were busy. The girl did not turn off her microphone and I could hear her barking orders at co-workers. When she asked me for my order, I asked for a sandwich and a Venti Iced Green Tea with no sugar syrup but add 2 Stevias. I looked at the screen and it said 2 Splenda. I corrected her and she was in such a hurry that she just cleared the screen and said she'd see me at the window. When I got to the window, there was a polite girl who handed me my sandwich and my tea. I looked at the label that said it had 2 Splenda. I told her I was sorry, but I can't have Splenda and that I corrected the person who took my order. She apologized and turned around with the tea and seemed as though she was going to get me a new one. Unfortunately, the girl who took the order told her it has Stevia in it. I clarified and told her I cannot have Splenda and she told me that she made sure it had Stevia in it. I questioned again and she was going to continue to argue about it so I took the tea and left. If she had been polite and seemed like she was not in a constant state of panic, I might have been able to trust her. But, I had to throw out the tea. I am VERY disappointed and will drive the extra mile to the next Starbucks in the future. read more

Wow, no kidding about the friendly service. Every other Starbucks I usually get acknowledged, not this one. They seem pretty unhappy to be there, maybe management isn't taking care of his/her staff? I'm surprised corporate hasn't looked into this with all the bad reviews... I never really cared to go this Starbucks in particular but the hubby decided to stop at this one. They seem to always be out of something, today they ran out of sleeves & while she did ask if I wanted our coffee double cupped, I felt that they were trying to save on the cups so I didn't get it. Service is fast, BUT a majority of the female staff tend to have bad attitudes - apparently they're annoyed by the very people who pay their wages. There are only a couple guys working there, and they're very friendly. Every time I have been here, the experience has been great. Today I ordered an iced triple white chocolate mocha which was out of the norm for me. I usually have an americano. The mocha was delicious. I also got a Chocolate Hazelnut Croissant which was amazing! There was a steady stream of cars in the drive-thru but it was quiet inside. The layout inside is pretty neat. Usually, I have a good experience at Starbucks. It's pretty alarming when you walk in there with two kids and there's five employees standing around talking to each other for five minutes, with no one in line but myself and my kids. Apparently, their Conversations about what they are doing for the weekend are too important to help the customers. I left without ordering anything and I won't be back!!! read more

They made a small mistake with our order. When approached the counter the girls ignored us. They stared right at us and turned when we started talk. We followed the girl across counter the until she couldn't ignore anymore. She corrected our without word. Nothing. I left with feeling we were't welcome. Service is never friendly and my drinks were highly disappointing. I ordered two frappuccinos, a green tea frap and a java chip frap. The green tea frap didn't seem like it was even blended, it was just a weird, liquidy consistency. On both drinks, the whipped cream was melted and was just a white pool sitting on the surface of the drinks. Watching the barista through the drive thru window, he started to put the chocolate syrup on the green tea instead of the java chip, caught himself, then put it on the right drink, although there was still a little bit of syrup in the wrong drink.
