Gravity Coffee - 24 OZ surprise energy - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Sumner, Washington

Dirty place, counters, floors, bathrooms, tables, I lined my table with napkins before setting food on it. I wouldn't recommend eating in. Girl at the counter could use a lesson in customer service, tossing my sandwich on the counter, "Here's your sandwich!" I didn't leave a tip, for that reason. Other gals during a "break" were more interested in gabbing and drinking there coffees than cleaning the restaurant. Food was good. This was my first and last time eating inside. read more

So friendly! They always do a great job at making sure you're getting what you want and they do it with a smile and make it quick!

We love Gravity and always find great options. The store is clean and we always get the best service!

This is my second visit to this establishment and both times I came in to the store. Both times the lobby was completely empty. Both times I stood at the counter for minutes waiting for someone to notice me. This shop is definitely focused on their drive thru service. If you are in a hurry, use the drive thru. The drink I ordered didn't taste like coffee, but I may be old school. They seem to specialize in iced energy drinks. No GF snack options. read more

If you haven't tried Gravity Coffee yet, you're seriously missing out. Their drinks are amazing--perfectly balanced, flavorful, and always made with care. Every time I go, the coffee is smooth, rich, and tastes incredible. The menu has so many great options, and everything I've tried has been top-notch. The staff is always friendly and fast, which makes the experience even better. Whether you're grabbing a quick morning coffee or treating yourself to one of their specialty drinks, Gravity Coffee never disappoints. Definitely a 5-star spot I'll keep coming back to! read more

The cafe was clean. The baristas were friendly. My drink and my daughter's drink were good.

Walked in today and it smelled so good, almost like coconut. Barista was very nice and even warned me when I ordered 4 shots of white coffee. So sweet to look out for her customers. Oh and my drink was especially delicious! read more

Friendly, good drink. Thank you. Gabrielle W made it just the way I asked. Easy in and out location in Sumner.

Love this location! Very nice and personable people! 10/10 would recommend! Food is always delicious and the coffee is great every time!

Updating my review since its been years since I last reviewed. It seems even if you order ahead and arrive even after the time they state that your drink is ready, you still have to wait in line for your drink. They do come to your car to get your order ready and for payment, but will not deliver your drink to you. It was an easy pick up and go, but the lines and wait times continue to be long here. Ended up waiting 15 minutes even though there were 3 cars ahead of me and I ordered ahead. Coffee still tastes great here, but the lines are what make me not want to visit too often. read more

I really appreciate Gravity. I appreciate all the employees that work there. They're so sweet and are always nice about making drinks. The manager at the Puyallup one that's connected to the gym is my favorite cat she sees me pulling in and she already has everything made up for me and my stuff ready to go, but you guys run a really good business. read more

A little expensive but the best people here and they always give back to the community!

love gravity baristas are always super friendly. Drinks are always good never had a bad drink yet

drink was great, a bit pricey in my opinion but good service. Everyone was friendly and I got my drink quickly

I went to this location a couple of days ago to stop in for quick drink and bite to eat. The place was full with people, but the baristas seemed to be more involved with sitting at the end of their bar discussing personal matters than helping the customers. One of them came up and took my order, while still interacting with the others sitting at the end of the counter. Personally, I just thought it was rude to not interact with the person in front of you, outside of "what would you like?" while still carrying on a personal discussion with coworkers. The only reason I am giving this place three stars is because although the service wasn't the best, they were still fast, the drink was still good and they actually had the muffin top in stock that I ordered. As for the ambiance of the place, it was nice, and relatively clean. There was quite a bit of people there that morning, so probably not the best place to come and get some work done, but definitely okay place to meet up with friends. read more

I normally LOVE this location. Drinks are consistent and delicious , store is clean , and everyone I've met up until this point has been extremely friendly and personable. The batista today was dismissive, arrogant and made me feel like it was an inconvenience to serve me and my passenger. It was really disappointing. If this was the first time I had encounted this behavior from this individual, I would give the benefit of the doubt that it was a bad day, but this is the 3rd time she has treated me this way. If I visit this location in the future and see her working I will drive away. read more

Asking for you phone number and not giving you the points. BIG FOOT, Point... Winner CAUTION! Several locations will not credit you your loyalty points for the coffee you buy. It seems logical if their goal is to boost profits at the customer's detriment. Coffee good, Service good, Ambiance good. read more

We didn't get coffee but some Italian sodas- they were cery tasty and the drive through staff were very considerate and quick. They saw kids in the car and prepared with napkins and straws in advance. read more

I've always had something good to say every time I had Mia, she makes a extremely good interstellar, she's fast, shes kind, I've had problems with other stands (especially Orting and Buckley) but the crew here is great and worth a stop by! read more

I won't stop in again at the Cle Elum store only because my caramel latte cold was pretty disgusting. Not sure if it was the coffee or was it the caramel. I appreciate good Customer Service so when the person taking my order was sitting on a chair, leaning backwards to touch the register didn't sit well with me. Then she left me to do the payment all on my own. I didn't leave a tap. I didn't think it was wise to encourage that type of behavior. read more
