I've always had a good experience at this Starbucks but my husband stopped by this morning to pickup a coffee for me. First his first impression was that he felt like the male barista was asking for a tip plus since it's Veterans Day and he was wearing his military retired hat, he thought he would get a Thank you for your service or even a Happy Veteran's Day greeting but instead nothing. He got himself a vanilla steamer and me a venti White Chocolate Mocha. When he brought it home I took a drink only to find out that someone forgot to put the espresso shots, it was basically just heated up milk and barely any white chocolate flavoring. Thank you for charging us over $6 for warmed milk. Please do better. P.S. also, found out that he should have scored a free coffee for Veterans Day... read more

Decent Starbucks! Order came out correct with no issues around the drinks. However, they were out of all the breakfast Items which sucked. Instead of just saying what that they didn't have all the stuff, they let me ask one by one until I got to the 4th item. Then the person informed me that they were out of almost everything. Bottom line. Starbucks is every where and isn't a speciality coffee spot. I love trying out local coffee shops, but it was a holiday and they were the only place open. read more

Ouch. I wanted my weekly Starbucks fix, and was going to Blue Springs. I stopped at this location. I had my mom with me. We were waited on after waiting a few minutes. Honestly, I've never had rude service at a Starbucks, this one takes the cake, er coffee. I am a fan of the non disposable Starbucks mug. I always ask for it, and have had no troubles, plus it is helpful on the environment since my Starbucks habit is weekly or more. I requested a mug, and she gave me a face like she had never heard of such a thing, but gave me a mug discount in a paper cup . Her face was as much as bewilderment as "I don't want to bother with it." No, I asked for a mug, I saw their mugs. They have mugs. But whatever. I ordered a gingerbread latte, I always order gingerbread latte. While I waited, and waited, someone got served who was after me, who apparently ordered a frappe, only the barista behind the counter, called it a frappy. I couldn't believe it! I got my latte, but they forgot my mom's latte. By now, I was getting irritated, and I watched while they made and discussed "frappys." My mom ordered a caramel latte, and finally it was finished. Neither were very good, I think they forgot an ingredient. I can make a better gingerbread latte than I ordered. I added vanilla sugar to it, which kind of helped. Mine tasted like a regular latte. Or maybe it was a regular lattie. The best part of my latte was the stabelized whipped cream, but I can make that as well. The service continued to be poor, and we hurried and left. I watched as they messed up someone's breakfast sandwich. This Starbucks goes in the Starbucks of shame and I know never to go there again. read more

I was on day two of a wretched illness and ordered a medicine ball through the app while picking up an Rx. My husband went inside and swooped it up like the hero he is. I'm holding it and it feels thick and heavy. I swirl what I'm hoping is some ease to my suffering and take a chug. My mind, body, and soul did an award winning recoil the second it hit, so I instantly took of the lid. THEY PUT CREAM IN IT. Zero stars. I called and they were like "Oops! Drive back" My hero husband went back and gave them their dairy disaster day ruined drink and the barista laughed. What's funny? Nobody invited me to the comedy show. Making two trips wasn't on the agenda. I think I'll refrain from using the app and order and inspect in person. read more

We really like the dude that changes his hair all the time (still have to ask his name) and Trevor. We go to this Starbucks three times a week and for the most part we have had great experiences. The times that we have not had a great experience or our drink was not up to par, we've received either a refund or they have given us a new drink. I went through drive-thru today and there was a girl with two cute buns in her hair, her name was Claire. She was super nice right off the bat and seemed to be working hard. My daughter and I had a great conversation with her about music while we were waiting for the drinks to be made. She was a sweetheart. The drinks tasted amazing and I asked who made them. This place is Slooooooooow!!! I always order a classic late with sweet cream. One employee said it was not an additional charge because they they change how it's made and then another employee came over to help the cashier and said there was an extra up charge.... making my coffee almost $5 that outrageous! I am in love the with ham and cheese croissant and yet I have only been able to snag 1 . Every time I go they are out . When I finally asked if they are so popular why are there not more, I was told they only set out a few everyday if they want unless someone forgets. I don't fee like they were very friendly. In fact they looked pretty bored. Maybe just a bad day? But I feel like coffee shops are the place to go if you want small talk, friendly faces, and an energy boost. They also don't have a microwave, so none of their pastries can be warmed unless you want a 20 minute wait (...is what the barista said). However, as we came in when they were close to cosing time - so they gave us a few free cake pops that they would have been throwing out. I have tried to go here the past three mornings and have been forced to go without coffee or breakfast due to the lengthy stay in the drive through. Sure, I'm aware that I could leave earlier or simply go inside. But, to me, defeats the entire point of you having a drive through.. especially sitting in a line for 10-15 minutes without even moving. I've already spent money to reload my card and am always defending Starbucks name. Would be nice if we could get a decent staff or it may even be on managements end to make your drive through speedy and worth the money it took to build at this location. I think the sensitivity training failed in this particular location. I have given tips several times, without receiving so much as a thank you. I'm so incredibly rushed each time I try to order that I end up repeating myself several times because they will not listen without interrupting. A stellar Starbucks experience! Our cashier, Katie, was very patient and helpful while we waited for our kids to choose their snacks and smoothies. The baristas were quick and efficient and coffees came out just as they should. The inside is very modern, clean and nice compared to other locations we visit in the South. One last shout-out to Katie again, who topped off my iced coffee with some extra milk and offered to reload my Starbucks card when the app failed. Been here before and the young man who helped me was great. This time I went and the older lady Shelley was talking to the lady in front of me about hair color, so I went to another associate. Apparently she was the one taking the orders. She went to help another customer and I said I was next so I went in place my order. She did apologize to the guy that was behind me because she had to take my order first. However, she did not apologize to me because she kept me waiting while she talked to another customer about Haircoloring. I also asked about the Tuesday promotion and nobody seems to know what I was talking about, it was an email from Starbucks. And apparently "thank you" I'd not in there vocabulary. Very nice new remodeled business. Looks Great! Drive-through is always very busy but I do love the new video/employee pic when they take your order. I waited here over 20 minutes-no exaggeration- for a pumpkin loaf. We were in a strict schedule and needed to leave. Finally we went up to ask after many other people -orders taken after us-had left. She had yet to even start to pick up the loaf into a bag and give it to me. I am very disappointed in the management here. I waited a half hour for a small drink in the drive thru, which I understood, because this location is almost always packed. the next day, I went in, avoiding the drive thru, and waited 10 minutes more than the day before. there were 5 employees there but only one actually working. the rest of the women were complaining about how the location was hiring and asking others who were also waiting for their drink if they wanted to apply. the floors and tables were also very dirty. after waiting 40 minutes I received my drink and it was wrong & their policy is to fix any problems and I asked them to fix it and they replied "we're kind of backed up and don't have the time". Fast, friendly and fun. F cubed. This Starbucks team is awesome. I am an addict. NF/SVL, NF/NoWtr/ChaiLatte/2 pumps of White Choc/with WHIP. Figured out how to get the Chai Latte to taste extra YUMMY. You get to the point where you drive up and they do not even have to ask. They do, but it has become "The Usual?" Yep! "Pull forward." 8/10 times the drink is ready when you get to the window. If it takes way too long for some reason I have had it given to me "on the house". Love Starbucks just not this location. Some employees are great that work there. Too bad for them that the other 75 percent of them don't listen to your order, don't punch your order into the computer right, don't make the drinks properly or are to busy talking to each other to care when it is wrong. When you tell them hey this is wrong they look at you like you don't speak English or that you must have said it wrong or maybe you will get a "huh? " from them. This location is close to my house so I gave them a lot of chances to get better but when your drink is almost 5 bucks a pop when it is not right what a disappointment. read more
